Fantastic experience: 5 star review of a dental practice - never thought I'd do that ... But after asking on socials for a practice that was not only walker-accessible but great with elderly/dementia patients, I took my Mum to Kissing Point Dental Practice. Originally seeing Dr Osie to repair a cracked front tooth and being super-impressed by his manner with her, Mum's next check up was with Dr Karen, and this was next level. Incredibly patient and with a very deep understanding of the unique challenges of patients living with dementia, her every comment recognised Mum's dignity and encouraged her involvement in decisions and subsequent actions. I didn't catch the dental assistant's name, but her mirroring of Dr Karen's calm professionalism and warmth was very much appreciated. Again, surprised that a lifelong fear of dentists could lead me to write a 5 star review - but there you have it. I could not recommend this practice enough.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful friendly service, makes going to the dentist as good as it can be. Peter is a first class dentist in every way. Gentle, caring and an expert in all aspects of dentistry. David is the world’s best extractor of teeth! I had a really dodgy one to deal with and David made the extraction painless and easy. The support staff of Shelley, Hannah, Mel, Jo and everyone are fantastic. Simply, this is the best dentist!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Osie after being in extreme pain resulting from an appointment with my previous dentist. Dr Osie was very knowledgeable about what work I needed done and his priority in giving advice was focused on best practice and my health. He was very professional and would not say a bad word about another dentist – despite my experience. I absolutely hate needles but found those I received from Dr Osie for my procedure to be the best of any previously received (If needles can be good). Fantastic experience: While on holiday in Sydney, I cracked a tooth. I was promptly seen by Dr David Osie who recommended a crown. I am generally very anxious at the dentist, but Dr Osie's kind and patient demeanor, put me at ease. The temporary crown placement was successfully and efficiently accomplished. He even managed to expedite the permanent crown placement as I was leaving Sydney in a few days. I am very grateful to Dr David Osie and would be remiss if I did not also mention his wonderful nurses and friendly receptionists.

Fantastic experience: Dr Osie makes time for his patients by making the appointments longer to talk with you about what is going on with your mouth and makes sure when you are in the chair you understand what is happening. he is honest and straight forward, but theirs no pressure to do anything unless you are it in danger of your health, but he makes sure also that you know the consequences of not taking action on the condition if there is one, his staff are very friendly over all I would recommend anyone to try here. David is just a very genuine guy and if you want a dentist who cares about you then book in with him, he and his staff will take care of you. If they can't they will find you someone good who can.

He has expressed concern for my well being out of hours and on weekends when I have had fairly major dental work done. He has rung on numerous occasions to check on me. I consider him to be a very caring dentist and now am travelling from the South Coast to continue professional care. I would recommend him to any prospective patients. His team are also very caring people and I feel comfortable with all of them too.

Negative experience: After moving to the area with my family I tried to make a booking here but the woman on the phone discouraged me with random excuses about bulk billing and waiting time. Just as well, found a great place in Chatswood we all go to now.

Fantastic experience: I usually find dental clinics intimidating and sterile. Dental Loving Care changed my mind on the whole experience. Fantastic experience: Well they are very nice and always willing to help us when ever we need them. We live 9.5 hours away so they always accommodating us, at the times we can get there and we really appreciate that. As far the dentistry goes we have never had a complaint about any procedures they have done and we would not hesitate to recommend the practice.

Fantastic experience: I have yet to get any actual work done BUT I was accommodated on an urgent basis (called at 4pm, they saw me at 6pm) as I was experiencing pain in my jaw and had gum problems. The great experience started with the lovely receptionist who slotted me in, and finished up with David's directness at the course of action going forward.

Negative experience: I was formerly a happy patient of Dr Taylor but have not enjoyed a good experience since he retired. Dr Osie was very keen to push me into some seriously major dental work (never suggested by any previous dentists), and the price is very much at the upper end of what one might expect. Not good for a single mum. I have now found a dentist that is approved by my health fund where the service is every bit as good, if not better, but the treatment and the cost are more realistic.
