Negative experience: Messed up my dad's dentures and refuse to fix it, sending us back on the monash waiting list. Edit: owner's reply is untrue, do you really think we are that ignorant to believe you? You have 10 1 star reviews, pretty bad for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing clinic. The team works well together, and Kevin is always so helpful! I no longer live in the area but I still happily drive an hour to come back to a clinic I trust.

Fantastic experience: I would honestly rate this clinic 10 ⭐️’s if I could. From the receptionist, to the dentists, every person that I have personally had dealings with are absolutely lovely, and are also very knowledgeable in their fields. They are open weekends as well, and their prices are hard to beat, having been quoted nearly double their charge at other clinics. High praise to Dr Tran, who took care of my elderly father last week, and also to Dr Thai, who has taken care of me in the past. I would also love to mention the receptionist, whose name I unfortunately cannot recall, who is most helpful, and their positive attitude and energy is most infectious

Fantastic experience: Really happy I called this dental practice when my daughter required emergency work completed. Since then they have become our family dentist. Every experience there has been a positive one, they are gentle, keep me informed a off all work they are doing whilst keeping the atmosphere happy and calming.

Fantastic experience: Very good experience, they are prompt and keeps your interest first rather than their own pocket. Dentist are great and friendly, they know what they are doing. Just make sure to have a good private insurance (you can ask them which one gives better rebate or where you have to pay less). Kevin is very friendly and he is the face of this whole clinic (give him a hug if you can ).

Negative experience: I had an appointment that was made 6 months ago that they had to cancel which I was not made aware of until I had arrive to the clinic (straight after work) and the gates were closed. I was the one that had to call them up and asked about it. They only tried to call once (a mobile number that's unknown to me) but I couldn't pick up as I had work and they did not bother to text or email to reschedule my appointment. Will not be going back.

Negative experience: (The owner is not being honest ) at the very beginning I went to this dentist on May just for a routine cleaning, and at the time, I had no pain at all in my teeth. During the appointment, the dentist said one of my teeth had a crack and needed a filling. If I had known that the filling would cause my tooth pulp to become inflamed and lead to unbearable pain, would I have agreed to the filling? Of course not. After two weeks of pain, I returned to the office and spoke to the boss and front desk. They dismissed my concerns, saying that the dentist had already told me a crown was needed, but I insisted on the filling, so the pain was my responsibility. If I already knew everything, why would I seek advice from a dentist in the first place? I’ve been a patient at this clinic for five to six years, but this is how they treat loyal customers. I initially left a negative review, and they quickly contacted me, offering to redo the filling for free and ask me deleted the review. I agreed, and they repaired it, but my tooth continued to hurt. By August, the pain was so severe that I couldn't function normally. Do you understand how unbearable that kind of pain is? Now, they continue to tell me that this is my fault. I’ve had to consult other dentists to figure out what's going on because it’s clear this clinic doesn’t want to take responsibility. They seem more concerned about not dealing with the issue, likely because a root canal is now necessary, which is expensive. When I visit a dentist, it’s with the expectation that my teeth will get better, not worse. If the filling was a bad idea from the start, shouldn’t the dentist have used their professional knowledge to explain that it could cause severe pain? I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone, as they clearly don't take responsibility for their mistakes and put their patients through unnecessary suffering.

Fantastic experience: Dr Khoi and the team are brilliant. I’ve moved to Southbank now but still make the trip down here every time I need to see the dentist. Lovely family business and super friendly staff

Negative experience: Took my 6yo daughter for check up and clean and she's always upset whenever she's there. I found the dentist here was brusque, at times used threats and made us feel uncomfortable. My daughter needs filling and dentist said kids may not be cooperative so she advised to go under general anaesthetic. So I went to a different dentist and learn that good dentists just know to show empathy, patience and how to be gentle when working with kids. We did filling and extraction at this other clinic and my daughter was still smiling at the end. They also took x-ray which this place didn't.

Fantastic experience: First time patient this evening after being recommended this dentistry by my boss. Very friendly from start to finish can’t fault any of the staff whatsoever. Made an unpleasant experience having a wisdom tooth extracted seem not so bad at all, would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: I came here on a Saturday morning and the good female dentist wasn't working I saw a male and I needed a small grind on my lower denture it has been rubbing on scar tissue so I told him what I wanted and where and he went ahead and ground it everywhere now I have a denture that's uncomfortable to ware and hurts when I eat and no one will take responsibility now I have to get new dentures at my expense

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! I had an initial consult, then came back for a filling. Unfortunately, my tooth had deteriorated too much and I required and extraction. I'm terrified of the dentist but they were very patient, and kind and were able to get the tooth out. I'll definitely be coming back.

Negative experience: This is my teeth AFTER my clean. The dentist was Nathalin Thea. She was super scripted in her communication and was super unfriendly. She asked if i wanted xrays and I questioned why I would need xrays with a clean and she said very condescendingly "because I dont have xray vision". When I questioned why the stains dont look as tho they have been removed whatsoever she said because she cant clean between the teeth. I said to her that my old dentist could get between my teeth and remove the plaque and stains and she literally told me to "go to my old dentist then" Super unhappy and super unprofessional from this one dentist. I have been there on a few occasions and the other staff members were nice but unfortunately she has ruined my experience there and she does not take pride in her work

Fantastic experience: went here for new dentures @ first I was a little dubious, but very very pleased to say I got a lovely set of dentures. they look and feel fabulous. would recommend this place for all your dentures needs.bent over backwards t make sure they fitted properly. thankyou.

Fantastic experience: I just had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr Vicky and would like to share how impressed I am with her skill! Before the removal, I was warned by my colleagues and friends that it will be very painful and I might not be able to work the next day. However, the experience I had with Dr Vicky was painless! She removed it so quickly and smoothly, I didn’t even feel any pain during or after the extraction. Definitely recommend her.

Negative experience: I had booked for 3 teeth filling - sent them my whole teeth photos- when arrived, dr thai told me straight away that she have seen my teeth- she refused to do my teeth refill 3 times when I kept asking her but she said I needed to get gum disease treated 2 times- each time $500-$600, i refused to do then she said she will do the scans for my teeth and then she took me to the room xray - then let me leave with $280 bill, did not tell me all about what she going charge- and only let patient leave once she did her exams- scans- xray what ever- she won’t let you go out without paying her. They even threatened me that if I leave a bad review here- they would sue me! They think I don’t complain them- I was and I am doing complain to them to HCC and soon to the next place until they can help me I made a review few months ago and seem they asked google to remove it… I hope google wont remove my review anymore- as if they do- I will complain also google.

Fantastic experience: Dr Vicky Thai is an exceptional dentist. She is precise, gentle, and thorough. A true professional, taking time to explain things carefully and offering options for treatment. She speaks fluently to my parents in Chinese/Cantonese which has allowed them to understand their treatment requirements a lot better.

Negative experience: Avoid this dentist if you can, I had my tooth pulled out after the dentist Viky failed to save it and or advised me to treat it in early visit. Viky has bad attitude and doesn’t care about you she only care about empty your pocket, and yet she charge me $260 for 15 minute pull out tooth while I paid $150 before. Now a week after my gum is still infected and painful and I am sure it because of the unprofessional way or non sterilised tools she use without gave me antibiotics. Viky if you get ur degree from backyard class go back to study again.

Fantastic experience: I had a teeth clean and fluoride treatment done today. The best treatment and service that I ever had in my life. My teeth looks very clean. She also showed how to floss in a better way to keep my teeth clean and healthy as the way I floss was not correct. I will definitely going back to that dentist.

Fantastic experience: Amazing caring dentist, I saw Dr Joy and she was amazing. I was seen quickly, they looked after me explained what was happening in detail and constantly checked to make sure I was ok. The price was really reasonable and less than I expected.

Negative experience: Do not recommend! I’m so regret chosen this clinic and Dr Nathalie Thea for my 9 yr old daughter. Dr Thea was doing my daughter’s tooth extraction. In the middle of the procedure Dr Thea could not handle kids anxiety, she impatiently told my daughter she has 2 mins to think want to continue or go home because she had another appointment. we got kicked out half way of tooth removal. I called up another dentist straight away and know that she supposed to give us antibiotics but she didn’t, so we went back to her asked for prescription. Dr Thea was unprofessional and unfriendly to my daughter. It’s been few days, my daughter still very upset and cried before sleep. Response to owner: you seems like making up excuses to cover up her mistake. 1) Dr Thea suggested two options, root canal need to refer to a specialist and tooth extraction can be done at your clinic. 2) Dr Thea spent an hour to get her cooperate? Our appointment started at 2pm and we left at 3:04pm, in that hour we did examination, x ray,10 mins discussed with my husband, injected anaesthetic, my daughter did not cry a bit during that time, I think the truth is she spent 5-10 mins.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a regular client for years but my most recent visit was during stage 3 lockdown, and felt very safe and comfortable that all safety precautions were taken. I like the little details that make the experience that much better; nice clean waiting room, hot green tea on arrival, tv mounted on the ceiling so as you are lying down getting your teeth worked on you can watch some tv, smooth and easy transaction processing at the end and of course my free dental bag with goodies!!! Which includes toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, etc... As with previous reviews here, I highly recommend this place and will continue visiting here for years to come.

She is a dentist that genuinely cares about her patients and does all she can to provide the best oral care for her patients. There are no hidden costs and she only recommends procedures that are necessary.
