Negative experience: Went in for a checkup and cleaning. Two visits and $1100 later I still have to come back for cleaning which will be a further $1000 and requested to pay a deposit in advance. Dental work was good but the business structure/pricing is appalling.

Always feel incredibly comfortable at Diviach Dental - recently had a wisdom tooth removed and it was genuinely a painless and easy procedure thanks to the incredible staff!!!! Monique the receptionist is also so incredibly lovely, I have had nothing but great experiences!

Negative experience: Love Angela, but would not see anyone other than her. Had a clean today - less than 20 minutes in the chair, sub par job … but $190 all the same. Not coming back. Also, please get an online appointment system.

Negative experience: Just got off the phone with reception and never will book again at this clinic. I called to reschedule an appointment for my daughter for tomorrow and the receptionist was like that’s less than 24 hour cancellation when my daughters appointment was at 3:15pm and i called 4:30 i told her i was waiting for her to come from school to confirm with her about tomorrow and my daughter said she can not make it tomorrow since she is high school and has something on! I explained that to her than she was like i will make a note on your file and next time you book you will have to pay a deposit $60 to confirm your booking! I told her my three kids go there and we are clients there but not anymore! She was very rude in her tone too! You just lost us

Both time's the bonding fell apart I'm still in the same position as I was before entering this organisation... I clearly ask for my money back and they refused... Just want to say they do not miss you...

Negative experience: Inexperience dentist, charged me 625$ to repair two teeth temporarily which failed in two days ! When I called the dentist about it, she suggested to see orthodontic - very disappointed as I lost money and made my teeth worse now.

Negative experience: I'm sure they would've been amazing for my son. But Ive had to reschedule his appointment 3 times (and cancel the last one) because my child has unfortunately been sick twice in a month that landed on all the days he was scheduled for an appointment. The one time we could make the appointment in the afternoon and as you can guess, toddlers have a mind of their own and my child just didn't want a bar of the dentist so we had to reschedule. I've just received a text msg, not a courtesy call to discuss my options to say that they can no longer hold an appointment for him. I do get it, but I thought there would be more flexibility around kiddies and covid times. Otherwise you best believe I'd still bring my kid in with his runny nose and cough, but I'm sure they'd still knock me back anyways because he's sick. All this to say, as it would be an inconvenience for them to have to reschedule my son, it's more an inconvenience for a mum trying to find a place Ive been referred to without any consideration on my end on the reasons why I've had to cancel (which I told them over the phone everytime I called to reschedule, so it wasn't like I wasn't just turning up, I did my part and let them know before hand!). I need to go dentist to clean my kids teeth. I'm not irresponsible and just cancel appointments because I can't be bothered turning up. It also doesn't help that I'm 36 weeks pregnant and moody. But this is the situation that's been dealt with and it could've been handled alot better rather than through a text msg.

During the procedure they make sure you feel comfortable and aware of what's going on. I very much appreciate being told before the procedure what the costs are and if I want to continue. Fantastic experience: Great place. I went here to have my teeth whitening done, an actual Dentistry. Surprisingly well priced. I was given various opinions and options on what teeth whitening methods i should use. I opted for In Chair service. Inwas greeted with a friendly smile and treated like a person not a number. I can not reccomend this place enough. Clean, efficient, professional and results. For 40mins my teeth have eclipsed my whitening expectations.

I especially appreciated the plan with the expected cost of visits, so you knew what was coming, very reasonably priced as well. The team are so warm and friendly, so very unlike other dental practices in Melbourne, even the clinic smells like a holiday! It's so rare to find a dentist you enjoy going to, I've had a lot of previous negative experiences with dentists from a young age, I feel like Dr. Angela has restored my faith again. Fantastic experience: First off I would like to say thanks to doctor Angela and her team for doing an awesome job. I have been terrified of the dentist for many years due to a bad experience, but doctor Angela has changed that for me and I am very appreciative. Doctor Angela & her team throughout my treatment constantly asked if I was ok and made sure I was not feeling any pain. The work doctor Angela did is phenomenal!!! I can’t thank her enough. My first time with her she texted me after hours to make sure I was ok. The customer service was awesome. Right from the moment you walk in you’re treated like family. The dental assistants made me feel extremely relaxed and comfortable. I’m not going to lie, I’m a big baby when it comes to my mouth or teeth. She was very funny, friendly, and has a great personality. I so glad I found her! Thanks again!

By chance I needed urgent dental care and ended up at Diviach Dental. On every visit, I have been more than satisfied & impressed, not only by Dr Diviach's expertise and skills, but also by the highest standard of professionalism of any clinic I had ever visited. The presentation, organisation and cleanliness of the clinic is second to none. All staff are trained to the highest levels of knowledge of dental treatment and patient care. Fantastic experience: An honest review from someone who has a genuine phobia of dentists- Dr. Angela and her team took the time to listen to my concerns, to acknowledge that I was very very hesitant and showed empathy. She gave me her time ( outside of an appointment) to have a chat to me, there was no pressure to book an appointment or get any thing done. When it came to the day Angela and her team were so encouraging, patient and she went at my pace. She was gentle, professional and she reassured me that I would be ok. And look here I am to see another day! Dr Angela also took sensational care of my son; with realistic advice and again, reassured him and ensured his experience with a positive one. For a child to look forward to going to see "my friend Angela" says something about her manor. My husband has also seen her and again- rave reviews! Her practice is clean, modern, (no dentist smell!) and there is a great Tv on the roof to keep you occupied. Price is very appropriate for the service. Her assistants are just as caring which makes it such a massive difference. I couldn't recommend her enough; especially for those who are not a fan of the dentist or need a little extra TLC or who have a genuine fear of going to see a dentist. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Angela has been our family dentist since 2016 and I couldn't imagine anyone else looking after us. She's honest, very professional and sensitive at the same time. I highly recommend Dr. Angela to all parents as she's amazing with kids ! I took my four year old soon for his first check up and he was so scared he didn't even want to sit on the dentist chair. Dr. Angela was fantastic. She took her appron off, spoke to him and somehow convince him to sit on the chair. Once the check up been done he got a nice gift. Definietly his frst visit to dentist ever was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: The most honest and reliable dentist I have met. Dr Angela takes the time to walk you through your examination and provides all options for ongoing treatment. Hard to find this day and age as other dentists I have met are focused on selling everything. Coupled with excellent customer service, I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have been here a few times for teeth cleaning, having a mouth guard made and recently for my erupting wisdom teeth. The service that Dr. Angela and nurse Sarah deliver is always friendly, unrushed and organised. During a consultation, I discussed my level of pain, use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. Dr Angela listened and assessed the current situation regarding my wisdom teeth. She allowed me to make an informed decision. This is patient-centered care, which is a sign of a quality health care professional who respects and empowers their patients. I'm returning for gum tissue removal rather than a wisdom tooth removal for now… Dr Angela does not take pecuniary advantage of her patients. She is honest and you can trust that she will not make you spend any unnecessary money. Just what is required. It's refreshing to meet a dentist that is this passionate!
