Lidiya the receptionist was so welcoming to me and answered all my questions I had with bookings, health cards, and overall just was such a rarity to the customer service industry these days. My kids also come here and dentists they have seen always calm them down as they are a bit anxious for the dentist (as most kids are ). Fantastic experience: When I came in for my first treatment I think I was so nervous and anxious I was barely touching the seat! I was shaking and I didn't think I'd even come back to finish my treatment plan. But now toward the end I not as nervous or anxious. All the staff are lovely and reassuring.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Byford Dental. I had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed there and the doctor was super professional and friendly. The aftercare was awesome with a follow-up call the day after to see how i am going which i know of people who went to private clinics that never got that. The staff are always lovely and make you feel welcomed and looked after.

Fantastic experience: Very accomodating and kind response to my dental emergency. Both the administration and dentist as well as the nurse were so very considerate whilst dealing with my situation. They kept checking if I was ok during the procedure and gave me a thorough break down of the after care required. I very pleasant experience.

After extensive research I chose Byford Dental, I chose them not for the 300 X 5 star reviews (fake) other dentists have, to be honest I chose Byford Dental due to the photo of dentists and the honest count on Google reviews. It was from the moment I called and spoke with reception (s) that I felt comfortable and at ease, Steph was great. The dentist, Elton Wong, was professional, informative and accommodating. I'm very impressed and happy with the experience. In the past I've been sceptical of dental practices overcharging or getting you to do things you don't want or need. I felt completely comfortable, relaxed and reassured at the end of our appointment I had most definitely made the right choice. A great team of people, from reception (both ladies) to the dental assistant and finally the dentist himself! I did sincerely appreciate the efforts taken by all to be professional and personalise the needs of the client patient. All you need now is a team photo up on your webpage to show all your prospective new client patient(s) what a brilliant team you have. Thanks so much

Fantastic experience: Visited Dr. Deb Ong for a scale and clean. The process was very thorough and she did a brilliant job. Identified I need a root canal done for my crowned tooth and let me know the procedures involved. Will definitely go back for that and the 6 monthly here after.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank the team at Byford Dental Centre enough! They were amazing today. The minute I walked in I felt at ease even though I was in pain. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I had a large back tooth extracted which was rotten. Thankfully it came out in 1 piece. I will definitely recommend them and will be going for a clean and checkup soon.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Byford Dental Centre for many years. I'm very nervous in the chair but I've been made to feel as comfortable as can be to make whatever procedure bearable. All staff are friendly and helpful. We've never had a problem with making appointments and have found staff to be accommodating when an urgent appointment required or have had to change an appointment. I highly recommend Byford Dental Centre.

Her attention to each patient’s comfort is paramount, therefore making the whole experience not only bearable but also a positive one.
