Fantastic experience: I lost a filling on the 22/12/23 I went to Redland Dental and I was greeted by a caring friendly Dental assistant called Michelle absolute professional and caring . I asked if they can fit in and help me out and they did it with a smile . Doctor Jay is a good gentle Dentist he did the filling and helped me out and I was able to enjoy my food and be stress free . Fantastic experience: I attended their surgery early in the morning, unannounced. I was not a patient of the practise. I had a severe toothache that had kept me awake the previous evening. The staff and Dr Nguyen immediately treated me with an assessment and then proceeded with root-canal work which, to my relief, dealt with the pain I was suffering. I am most grateful for their immediate attention and service. I will be returning to Redland Dental for my future dental needs.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience at the practice. I had recommended this place to my client, and unfortunately my client walked out of there worse then how she started. They had sliced her gum so deep that is was bruised black for just over a month. Saw another dentist who couldn't believe the damage that had been caused. Suggest you don't come here or take your children here.

Fantastic experience: PROFFESIONAL, FREE OF PAIN, COST EFFECTIVE. Over the past years I've used many dentists and never came across such careful, proffessional and cost effective centre. I've been referred to this clinic by one of my friends. Felix was the proffesional that treated me from the start. Starting from a teeth check/clean, giving great advice and followed by fixing up all my issues. Felix and his assistant made my tooth fixing pain-free, and most importantly remained informative throughout the proccess. The reception at the center is also highly knowledgable and will give you all the accurate answers/quotes when required. I will be reccomending this clinic to all my family, friends and whoever requires a referral. Highly reccomended

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a dentist that has honesty and integrity that don't charge a fortune, visit Redland Dental. You won't ever look for another dentist again. I even sent my parents and they also were very happy. I have always been one of those people that fear dentists and a friend recommended Felix. Sending a hugh thanks to Felix and is lovely team where they all went above and beyound, to ensure all my visits were stress and pain free. Felix exlained in great detail every step to ensure I understood my options with each and every visit. It was like visiting old friends.

Fantastic experience: Simply the Best Dentist for all your dental needs in Brisbane. I have been coming here for nearly 2 years now and found the team to be friendly, professional and caring. I say the best as I've never experienced the level real care in any other practice, or any medical profession to be honest. They go above and beyond. It feels like visiting family. As much as i don't want them to become too busy for my selfish needs, i would be doing a disservice by not telling everyone to come visit the Redland Dental team for your dental needs!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Felix was incredible! I had 2 extractions including a wisdom and I felt absolutely nothing during the procedure and recovery has been a breeze. Such a thorough check up, scale and polish too! The dental nurse was also lovely and reassuring the whole time. I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted today and he made me feel at easy and the procedure went better than I hoped. Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My name is Amber, I went and got my wisdom tooth removed with Felix yesterday and it was a breeze, in and out within 10 minutes. He was so professional and experienced. I didn’t feel the anaesthetic going in and I had the dental assistant Michelle calmly talking me through it all. She was amazing. After I had become numb, it took Felix about 3 minutes to get out and I was done! I was shocked. He is also amazing and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting their wisdoms out!

Negative experience: Lovely staff and customer service. Quality of work was poor. I had a filling break within a week of being done, it was repaired and broke again within a week. At least I was given a refund.

Fantastic experience: I am not a fan of ever going to see a dentist. I'm not afraid of them or anything; I've just never had an exceptional experience. Until now. I was impressed with the warmth and brightness of the waiting room. The counter staff was friendly and had all of my paperwork ready to go. I was just there for a standard cleaning, x-rays and the regular checkup... I really enjoyed Dr Felix. He explained everything he was doing and never made anything uncomfortable. (I have really sensitive teeth so I can tell when someone has been messing around in there, usually cleaning can be rather painful for me J). I'm impressed. I'll be referring quite a few people to this office.
