Fantastic experience: Josh filled 2 of my young daughter’s teeth with fillings. He was so kind, explaining everything to her including showing her what he was doing on her fingernails so she knew exactly what was happening in her mouth. There was no needles or happy gas needed!! His patience, efficiency and kindness was very reassuring not only to my daughter but to this nervous mother.

Fantastic experience: Element Dental have been our preferred dentist since moving to the coast 6 years ago. I was very fortunate to find Josh who is such a fantastic dentist. He has a calm and caring nature with an additional sense of humour which makes going to the dentist less of a daunting experience. The suite is professionally equipped and makes you feel like you're not actually at the dentist at all with the added benefit of TV screens on the ceiling with Netflix and a monitor at patient level where your dentist can show you what they did in the procedure. Fantastic experience: Element is a lovely practice and I highly recommend Dr Laura Jarvis. Her professionalism and knowledge is second to none and she really is world-class in dentistry - specifically smile design and cosmetic work. I met with a few coastal practices before deciding to go ahead with Element because I felt so assured with Laura’s advice/approach. Super happy with the end result, it wasn’t a quick journey but it was the one that she knew would give me the smile I wanted, with a healthy mouth and totally aligned/comfortable bite for the long-term. It’s also a beautiful practice to visit with lots of thoughtful details and they take pride in the experience you have with them. Whole team are great too, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing experience at Element Dental today. The whole Team (reception, all dentists, assistant) just cannot be more friendly, welcoming and extra professional. I really like that their website lists all their (fixed) prices it is all very clear. Thank you Rob, for taking the time to thoroughly explain what you did/check, and for recommending a few things to implement to look after my teeth. The highlight is how you actually thought about giving me breaks (I am always so sore when I have to keep my mouth open for long, but today I didn't!!). Positive experience: Unreliable service. I give 3 stars for the dentist’s gentle demeanour. Otherwise I found the repeated last minute cancellations of my appointments too inconvenient. The irony here however is that their automated booking system would repeatedly demand I confirm my upcoming attendance (via text & email replies), only for them to then have the audacity to cancel my appointment just as I was pulling into the driveway!

I was very anxious before my wisdom tooth removal, but he made me feel very comfortable befor and during procedure. He also was very informative and open to answer any questions. Worth to add I had no pain or swelling during and after procedure whatsoever. All staff is very nice. Never waited longer than 10 mins. I even was offered hot tea in waiting room - very welcoming! I highly recommend them :)

I can say without a doubt I have never been to a dental practice where they care so much about you and provide exceptional customer service. Upon arriving I was offered a delicious herbal tea and a relaxing environment to wait in. Dr Rob Ternouth is amazing he has so much knowledge and left me feeling great about my teeth. So many other dentist only care about making the Dollar figure. He took the time to educate me on a couple of things I was not aware of, Even running past closing time he did not make me feel like a nuisance. This will be my forever Dental Clinic from now on. Fantastic experience: Not a big fan of going to the dentist but this experience has helped change that , very nicely appointed waiting area, friendly reception and very modern treatment rooms. I had implants put in and received a call on a Saturday checking to see if I was uncomfortable or in pain. I cannot recommend Element Dental Erina highly enough. I found Elemental Dental at Erina. I plucked up the courage to attend an appointment that I made with them. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I was as nervous as hell and when I was greeted by Dr Rob and taken through to the dentists room. I explained my experiences with dentists and was again pleasantly surprised by how Dr Rob put me at ease. It was explained to me exactly what was to be done. I recommend Element Dental to all. Fantastic experience: Goodness me, after avoiding a dental visit for 16 years after a very traumatic experience with some dental work I had done, I finally had to visit someone, after breaking a tooth a couple of days ago. I explained my fears (irrational or otherwise) to Dr Rob who was so patient and explained everything he would be doing to save my tooth. The treatment was completely painless, and 100% successful. Fantastic experience: Element Dental Erina is the best dental experience I have ever had. From the moment you enter, you are aware that every detail has been considered and taken care of. The interior design and furnishings are superb with beautiful artworks lining the walls and fresh flowers on display. The detailed design features are only outdone by the warm and friendly, yet professional manner of all staff members. The TV on the ceiling when you lay in the dental chair is a beautiful touch and helps you to relax as best as you can during a dental procedure. The dentist (Rob) I had was fantastic. I have never had a dentist take the time to conduct a thorough assessment of my health and associated behaviours and provide good dental education like Rob did. He had a great approach and was accommodating and considerate throughout. Overall, this is the best experience I have had not just from a dentist but from a business in a long time. Fantastic experience: I originally found Element Dental because their pricing was one of the best in the area, so I was blown away when I went in for my first visit. This is by far the most beautiful, relaxing and friendly dentist office I’ve EVER been to, and I’ve been to many. You can see and feel that the owners really care! My Dentist Josh (and the entire practice) was unlike any dentist in that he was very supportive and respectful of my choices to live chemical and fluoride free. Like other dentists He didn’t say “well can I ask why?”, finally a place that just gets it! And he did an excellent job working gently, quickly and thoroughly. Thank you! Thank you!

I had several appointments with Laura to replace an exisiting front tooth crown, and she absolute went above & beyond to get it perfect & make the whole procedure positive for me. Fantastic experience: Towards the end of 2019 I was involved in a serious accident. As a result, I lost several of my upper front teeth. After searching online, I found Element dental, made an appointment online and met with Laura, Lucas and the team. As soon as I arrived it was apparent that this was a very different dental practice. My wife became obsessed with the different floral arrangements, while I have never tried so many different herbal teas. They put a lot of thought into the atmosphere they create, and it really does help you feel relaxed. Over the preceding months and many many visits, I came to realise how specialised the field of dental implants is. It really is both an art and a science, and the results that Laura was able to achieve from the mess I made was simply amazing. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend, it's like going to a Day Spa, wonderful customer service by all staff and Laura is so gentle and tells you exactly what she is doing and why. Even though it's hard to have a giggle with utensils in your mouth, I still found myself relaxing and giggling along. I don't like dentists in fact I have a fear of them, but everyone made me relax and the price was quite surprising in that it was very reasonable for the amount of work done. I shall definitely return.
