Positive experience: Very good dentistry. Poor communication.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to Dr Vinoth and staff for giving me back my confidence to smile and my gum health .Every concern about my procedure was handled so professionally. Any concerns I had were answered in detail and I felt so well looked after. The cost was less than I expected and the after care amazing. I did my research and I got the best!

Fantastic experience: After multiple referrals for braces for my daughter and multiple dentists telling me pulling teeth down out of the gum cannot be done with Invisalign, I sent a photo of my daughter’s mouth to Dr Vinoth to get his opinion on treatment. He said tell her to come see me, I guarantee I can do that with Invisalign! From the first appointment, Dr Vinoth was warm, welcoming and so fantastic with my teenage daughter who is usually very shy…I barely spoke! She just clicked with him & chatted to him the whole appointment. At the end he ran me through the process, he showed us pictures of the outcome we will achieve at the end of treatment and gave us an all inclusive no hidden extras or variables quote to cover the cost of treatment until we get to the promised outcome which also included the initial consultation, scans and planning we were doing on that day with no obligation to proceed at all! He is the only dentist of 8 referrals I saw that said he could do this without braces and showed me why he was so confident, demonstrated knowledge & ability and had the qualifications to prove it! Most of all…. He was only one that truly cared more about the outcome, patient care & affordability for the patient to be able to proceed with no surprises unlike anyone else I saw. My daughter now has her Invisalign treatment started and the care given by Dr Vinoth himself since that initial consultant has been above and beyond. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I had a visit with Dr. Edwin and it was great and efficient! I had a problem on a Sunday night while having dinner with one of my dental retainers (I used braces for a long time), it basically came loose, and I was really worried about my teeth moving again so I could book an appointment really easily on a Sunday night, and the day after I got it reattached again! The visit also took like 15mins, so I didn’t even have time to get nervous! Would recommend 100% going to this clinic and Dr. Edwin was great :)

The nurses and doctor's are always so friendly and amiable and are willing to help at any moment, countless clinics have doctors that are incompetent and staff that are wanting rude and ill-mannered but Vcare dental is not one of those and definitely a superior clinic.

One needs to really explain in daire emergency that they are in tough situation, some how they will see that patient are looked after. Dr. Vinoth is a great dentist. I have been his patient since ten years. I had lot of dental issues before I came to V care dental, step by step my situation is getting solved. Even financially when one is unable to pay in one go, can pay in instalments without any issues. Fantastic experience: We have been going to vCare dental since last 7 years. All dentist are highly skilled and all dental procedures are carried out with utmost care, which will cost minimum to the patients. I went first for root canal 7 years back and been visiting clinic since then regularly for tooth aches, wisdom tooth removal and cleaning. I am highly satisfied with their service and they have grown leaps and bounds in last 7 years.

Negative experience: The only plus side to this clinic is that the dentist was gentle, empathic and made me feel comfortable. The reception/admin side is terrible. From my initial email, I had to ask twice until I knew the pricing for an appointment, post appointment I asked 3 times for a copy of my xray. And then I asked for a referral for an extraction of my wisdom tooth, they finally gave me the details of an oral surgeon but have STILL not sent over the referral for me to have it done. What a joke! They just make things more difficult and time consuming. It's ashame because if the reception was efficient then I would have returned and brought my whole family.

Fantastic experience: This is called a real Doctor. This is my first post ever because I cannot stop myself to tell people that how good is Dr Vinoth Kumar. Honestly this is my and my son best experience in our life . Dr Vinoth is experienced, talented, nice and the best part is that he is honest. One dentist from melton quoted me $1600 for my son treatment with anaesthesia but then my brother ask me to see Dr Vinoth Kumar, That was my best decision ever because honestly , my concern was anaesthesia procedure . But dr Vinoth told me that we don’t need to do the procedure under anaesthesia and he charged me way less. My hats off ,The way he speak to the children and explain them what he is going to do and how.This gave the kids confidence. I ask the people please try him when you need dentist you will never be disappointed. Thank you to Dr Vinnoth Kumar and the lady at reception.

Fantastic experience: I had really very nice experience with Dr Vinoth. Dr Vinoth is like a God. Save my tooth from severe pain. I didn't have my proper meal (Liquid meals) for few days, but after I saw Dr Vinoth and believe me, I started eating normal meals same day. Really appreciate the service given to me by Dr Vinoth and their lovely staff. My tooth problem is like no more existing and I forget that now, I ever had a tooth pain. It was like a bad dream. Fantastic experience: This is undoubtedly the best dental clinic I've been to in the last decade in Melbourne. Dr.Vinoth is brilliant with his work, always affable and more importantly affordable. The reception is well attended and polite. Jaya iand others are always helpful in trying to find any available slots. I was quite late for an appointment once and had to wait a while for another convenient time. I'd recommend anyone using this service to be on time because they've got a busy schedule. On that occasion, I was at least happy that they were gracious enough not to penalise me as I had wasted the dentist time.

Fantastic experience: Went there on recommendation from a friend as an emergency because suffering from severe toothache.. the staff was really helpful to accommodate my condition and ... Dr Vinod came to rescue with one of trickiest extraction of a half broken wisdom tooth.. Importantly didn’t have to get a loan to get it done :)

Negative experience: In and out, just a clean and scrape and two xrays $265. Is that right? Looked in the mouth for a few seconds, two xrays to check is there was any cavities which there was none. Clean and scrape and nothing else. How is it legal to charge this much?!?!

Positive experience: —UPDATE: The owner called us and offered a heartfelt apology. He encouraged us to return. We have agreed to do so for our next appointment. I have increased this rating because in spite of the way the receptionist treated us, the dentists have been excellent to work with.— Receptionist was terribly rude and argumentative. A couple of easily fixed errors were made by the practise; firstly about our appointment time and secondly about a prescription that was meant to be left for us. But the receptionist, until we insisted, refused to help. She talked over us, told us we were wrong and even laughed at us. She then spoke rudely about us at the top of her voice to the dentist while we were sitting right there in the waiting room! It’s a shame because the dentists were absolutely lovely. They apologised profusely and went out of their way to help. But the last thing you want when you are in pain and afraid is to deal with a person this unecessarily hostile and combative at the front desk.
