Fantastic experience: Dr Wen is fantastic! My partner just had a couple of fillings done with him and he was great. He has the best personality and made the whole experience genuinely fun and enjoyable, which is not something you usually say about going to the dentist. He was also really easy to work with when it came to scheduling, helping us find times that suited our availability so we could get everything done smoothly. Highly recommend Dr Wen for anyone looking for a dentist who is professional, friendly and makes you feel completely at ease.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say how amazing Pinnacle Dental Group are. I had swollen face and wasn't sure why. I called Pinnacle and my first point of contact was Belinda. She was so knowledgeable, so kind and concerned about my situation . I was told to come in asap. When I got there I then saw Dr Karen, her thoroughness and eye for detail was second to none. My face has now gone down, tooth has been removed and feeling great. I highly recommend Pinnacle. My new favorite Dental Group :)

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Pinnacle Dental and have only had an excellent experience with the dentists there. I first saw Dr Louis Kei for a second opinion after a local dentist advised I should get a new crown. Dr Kei fixed it with a filling rather than a crown. The process was smooth and I’ve had no problems with the tooth since. It is a gem to find a dentist who is caring and has professional integrity. I live a good distance away from Pinnacle but I won’t be going anywhere else for my dental work in future.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming to Pinnacle, Miranda for years since Dr Walsh. Dr Richard Lee is my daughter’s favourite dentist, my husband and I always go to Dr Louis Kei. They’re the best! Fantastic experience: I've been with Pinnacle Dentists at both Cronulla and Miranda for many years. Miranda only operates at the moment. I find Pinnacle Dentists a professional, modern and caring medical group. The Dental equipment and surgery is modern and state of the art. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist i have ever been too. I am 60 years old so i have been to a few. Would highly recommend if you want a pain free experience . Yesterday had tooth pulled out, once again pain free, no issues at all, thankyou.

Negative experience: Last year I spent 700 for a silver filling that Louis put in. Recently saw another dentist who mentioned it needs to be redone due to the cavity and pain there... the filling did not fall out, it was simply done incorrectly. Poor bedside manner from Louis when I saw him. I sent a letter of complaint due to my horrible experience last year. Lacks accountability for own actions. It's all the patients fault if he stuffs up. And informed consent? Forget that. Don't expect any of it.

I have been attending this practice for over 12 months having treatment by Dr Louis Kei, a Specialist Prosthodontist. He has done a wonderful job restoring my teeth. They look amazing. Negative experience: I had an appointment scheduled today at the clinic ,, first I never got any reminder or confirmation text in regards witch I found it very unprofessional then to make matter worse I got quoted $1000 extra than what the previous dentist quoted me the day b4 only to find that the same job will be identical with no difference in the job description at all and when I asked for explanation of why the price was higher for the same job I didn’t get any logical explanation then to top everything up I was quoted for the consultation around the $95 mark but that wasn’t the case I was charged $150 because my appointment gone longer than what I was allocated to without any notice or indication that I’ll be paying more money if the appointment went for longer, they just added the fees,, to me it looks like a money grab they don’t really care about you as a human being. I felt like I was nothing but a dollar sign walking through the door. The receptionist was sarcastic when I tried to explain that nothing was mentioned on the phone call in regards to the extra payments and it wasn’t explained by the previous receptionist that I had the call previously to make the appointment with ,,, I found this place very unprofessional and unfriendly overpriced so I give it zero stars in my book .

Fantastic experience: Awesome team and practice, cannot recommend Pinnacle Dental any higher. I am someone who actively avoids going to the dentist, yet I was immediately put at ease here. Negative experience: First appointment was promising, second was a bad experience for me - maybe not the dentists fault. But they then dropped me without warning or explanation the day before an emergency appointment I'd made. Unprofessional, uncaring and in my opinion totally unethical. Do yourself and your family a favor and travel to Sutherland, or just about anywhere else. No doubt this review will be removed huh??

I have been taking my daughter for her checkups with Dr Matthew after several bad experiences at other clinics and it is so comforting to know that she is in capable hands that I can trust. He gives his time to explain and makes plans for best dental outcomes, while explaining every step and the reasoning behind it. Honestly, could not recommend Pinnacle Dental Group highly enough and would happily recommend them to my family and friends. However the staff at Pinnacle are so exceptionally kind and considerate it makes my visits much easier. Dr Louis is very gentle and explains the procedures clearly. Fantastic experience: I am currently undergoing Invisalign orthodontic treatment with Dr Matthew Kei and have been very happy with my experience so far. Fantastic experience: Dr Louis Kei's many qualifications make him an expert in the dental field and a most suitable educator. As a student at the University of Sydney, Dr Kei's lectures about prosthodontics and it specifics, was a key learning experience and provided me with life long advice about the field. I not only learned from his lectures, however, enjoyed them thoroughly and would most definitely love to have the opportunity to learn more from him in the near future.

Fantastic experience: Without the wonderful, caring treatment I’ve received - over a number of years - seriously, I would be toothless. Dubious gums are the problem but regular treatment has been effective and I cannot speak highly enough of this practice - especially the care given by Louis Kei.

Fantastic experience: I have had an extremely positive experience with this practice. After John Walsh retired I thought I would never find such a compassionate dentist again, but I was wrong. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to these guys since I moved down South about 7 years ago now. I’ve been treated by Louis, Matthew and Kingston – all are charming and complete professionals – including their very lovely dental nurse Morgan. I have really terrible teeth so no visit from me is ever routine! Except they make everything look easy and with minimal discomfort plus they are super nice people too – care factor being high as well as their expertise. Most recently I went in to fix my toothgap which I was told in the past could only be closed through orthodontics. However they did a simply amazing job with this also and exceeded all my expectations in cosmetic dentistry too! Very happy patient – thank you so much :)

Fantastic experience: I used to be very nervous about dentists since a bad experience as a child. My husband convinced me to see Dr Louis Kei, whom he and his mother had been seeing since Louis opened his practice in Miranda some years ago. Louis takes the time to discuss the problem, and explain the procedure he intends to pursue. The process is always professional, easy and comfortable, and his good nature makes it fun as well (yes I'm serious, its fun to go to the dentist). Now I visit every 6 months with my husband without fail.

In the time I’ve known him, he has shown such dedication and commitment to advancing his skills and knowledge so that he can provide the best possible care to patients from all walks of life. While some dentists complete 1-5 day courses to improve their skills, it’s a testament to Louis’s passion that after completing the prestigious Kings College London Masters of Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics to the halfway mark, he chose to embark on the intensive 3 year full time training program to become a specialist in Prosthodontics in Australia through the University of Sydney. Both of these courses require a strong foundation in general dentistry before even starting and then long hours in advanced clinical training, lectures, study, presentations, research and lab work. His passion makes him tireless in the face of all these efforts. As his training is based at Westmead Centre for Oral Health, I’ve worked with him on multiple occasions for a number of patients, particularly those with special needs, serious medical conditions and disabilities. I’ve found him to be an honest person with integrity and also kind and compassionate to those less fortunate in our society. Fantastic experience: My Dentist Louis Kei and I am his patient since 2003 when he was work in a dental clinic in Broadway . When he opens his clinic in Miranda I made him as my family dentist. He is a nice and very experience dentist. At the beginning of the consultation time he asked lots of relevant questions on my history of health which can affect my oral health. I never met a dentist which ask so many detail questions for diagnosis of my oral health. Those questions made me relax and gain confident to him. During my examination and clean procedure I never feel pain and I can stop him to let me to get rid of my mucous at any time. About all he is the most experienced dentist I ever met.

He is a gentleman and a perfectionist and passionate about his profession. Never had the need to worry about any visits or post dental concerns.
