Fantastic experience: Gap Road Dental is a choice provider with my health insurance. Lucky me. They are very friendly, professional and made the visit a very relaxed one. I won't hesitate to book in my 6 monthly checkups here moving forward. The little care package bag of goodies is a nice touch too. Thanks team!

Fantastic experience: There are so many dental clinics around that it was hard to decide, but in the end I think I made a really good choice. Julie at the reception was super friendly, and the dentist was very thorough with the treatment and explained everything in detail, which I really appreciated. Since I went through Medibank Private, there was no gap charge, which made it even better.

The removal of my wisdom tooth was quick, professional, and completely painless. I felt very well looked after and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing dental care

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience from start to finish. Booking was easy, thanks to Julie at reception who was friendly and efficient. I saw Dr Eddy for a consultation, filling, and wisdom tooth extraction. All done professionally and pain-free. The extraction was over in less than a minute, and I didn’t feel a thing. He explained everything clearly, which helped ease my nerves. Annie did a great job with the cleaning, gentle yet thorough. Bonus: they’re a Medibank Members’ Choice clinic, so most of my treatments were fully covered under extras. Definitely recommend them for reliable, friendly dental care!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental clean and had 4 fillings done in one go. I think the dentists name was James, he was very kind, informative and gentle. I had 4 fillings in one go, no numbing at all, even for the deep ones, and it was barely painful. Not only that, it was done in less than an hour! Was very impressed and happy with the results. They are also a medibank preferred provider, so two free dental check ups and cleansing periods calendar year!

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth extracted at Gap road dental. From the initial consult right through to my surgery - excellent care! The reception staff are all lovely and super friendly - which is so calming on the nerves. Dr Vuong also took the time to explain to me all possible outcomes regarding the extraction, which ended in an amazing result! Cannot recommend enough. This is an amazing local clinic

Fantastic experience: Annie, the Oral Health Therapist, was fantastic. I felt very safe under her care. Would come back.

Negative experience: If you are looking to fix your teeth, especially Invisalign, DO NOT attend this clinic. Please look for an experienced dentist or orthodontist who is experienced in this field. Overall only the customer service provided by the previous dentist Nurse Claire was the , thumb up to her because of her efficiency in looking after the client’s follow-up and care.

Negative experience: Very friendly staff. During treatment happy to stop and discuss any and all questions. Front reception very helpful and additionally provided information of products I had no knowledge of but am now interested in. BUT ... Then after filling fell out they talked me into a crown ... After crown they were too busy to see me when I complained of ongoing pain ... Went to another dentist - bad infection. In the end lost tooth and also lost many thousands of dollars!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Edward today for an extraction of a molar tooth. He was amazing, explained the process thoroughly, was extremely gentle! He had my problematic tooth extracted within two minutes. I didnt feel a thing!

Negative experience: After hearing good things about this dentist, I recommended that my elderly father make an appointment. Two staff on reception laughed at him when he couldn’t remember his mobile number (he has some cognitive decline). Needless to say he didn’t want to make an appointment after that and neither will the rest of our family. I’d suggest your staff undergo some basic training on how to treat customers with respect.

Fantastic experience: I called in on the day for an emergency appointment and was able to be seen within 2 hours. Waiting time for my appointment was very short. Dr. James Huang was great. Listened to my concerns, was very thorough and patient. Definitely recommend going here.

I’ve never met a dentist who engages and treats the Dental nurse like they actually exist however Dr Edward Vuong is an exception to that and it’s refreshing to see.
