Dr. Michael Grigoriev was incredibly gentle, took the time to explain every step of procedure, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The clinic is clean, modern, and well organized. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and genuine care for their patients. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: very pleased with the service from Dr Amy Han. She is great! My little son doesn't want to pull out his extra tooth but she was patient enough to convince him gently and softly so he finally decide to let her pull out his tooth. It was very odd shape but she managed to deal with it very professionally

Fantastic experience: The male dentist at this clinic is such a Genuine caring technician, my AUTISTIC son was very worried about going to the dentist as he has sensory issues around things in his mouth. The Dentist was clear in explaining step by step what his next move was going to be & Gentle in his approach so my son understood the process & stayed CALM!. Negative experience: Very bad experience, booked it for my partner, the dentist took 30 minutes to do xray , cleaning and 2 fillings, the cleaning was not done properly, very disappointed and was charged around 500$

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extraction done here. Receptionist was lovely and the dentist was super friendly and showed care. The whole process felt quick and easy. Best dental experience I've had especially with an extraction. Would definitely recommend and I will be coming back here next time I need something.

Negative experience: Whilst this dentist is a provider of HCF they do not provide the the no gap for 2 visits and clean per year so l found out after having my checkup last week, and l did phone and ask if they were a provider and l was told they were BUT you have to ask do they participate in the no gap checkup quite misleading really. Hence lm going to a dentist that will however the dentist can choose not to participate each year.

Fantastic experience: My family has been under Michaels care for over 20 years. I have received dental work that has been excellent. He is an excellent practitioner of dentistry and his team has been wonderful to work with.

Negative experience: I was new to this clinic and I’m dissatisfied. No X-rays were taken. Not even requested old ones. Booked a hygiene and clean and was booked with a dentist? Who asked how can I help you? As if I didn’t book a clean? It was a rushed job. No fluoride was applied at the end no charting was done. it was hi and bye. When I wanted a proper check up and clean. Unfortunately was rushed in and out and nothing was done properly. I’m a Dental assistant myself and was definitely the last time I’ll attend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: This is the Dentist specialist, I wish I had known years ago..Micheal is an old school no nonsense practitioner...I was suffering an infected tooth exstemly painful...Micheal procedure was totally painless from start to finish...and I felt instant relief when the tooth came out...I understand it was numb on removal..neverless I also expireanced instant relief...I will be making Micheals practice my regular dentist as of 19 July 2024..I highly recommend this Dental practice and all the staff they are absolutely fantastic...Thankyou so much..I will be visiting you again soon..

Negative experience: Dentist did a quick filling on what turned out to be a badly damaged tooth which he should have seen on the xray he took. There was no communication from him and when I wanted to make another appointment to have the tooth fixed properly they wanted tocharge me again despite not fixing the problem the first time!!

Fantastic experience: Recently I had a very sensitive tooth. Over a few visits Michael systematically fixed the problem. he knew exactly what to do. His approach is always very professional and always makes the needs of his clients his priority. I highly recommend Michael. his is very friendly and always gets the job done. His staff are always polite and very professional. You don't need to look anywhere else. Parabanks dental are the complete dental package and will always tend to your dental needs.

Negative experience: I have major dentist anxiety and ended up with a rather tricky extraction. Unfortunately, my tooth was broken, and I was sent home with half a tooth - this is not the reason I will never be coming back. The events that ensued afterwards were awful. The receptionist was so rude and condescending in every interaction that we had. When I called back with pain, she basically dismissed me, when I made an appointment elsewhere she was unhappy, when I came back she made an inappropriate joke for the situation and at the end of the day she still expected me to come back to the practice. No thank you. The only saving grace this practice has is that the dental assistants are lovely and Michael is a super committed and generous man, he ended up coming into the office just to assit me with completing my extraction same day. With a different receptionist, I'm sure this would be a lovely practice.

Negative experience: I tried calling to make an appointment and explain that my mother has severe dentist anxiety and could I please give information and/or speak to to dentist on the phone so that they were aware as I understand at this time restrictions will only allow her to enter the dentists office and I wouldn’t be able to go in. I’ve personally been here before and also suffer with dental anxiety so know the dentist is kind and non-confrontational. I was told they don’t put the dentists on the phone and I could only fill out the medical history paperwork for her. I feel this was not compassionate or understanding at all especially in an area that is known to be prevalent for mental health issues. Dentists are scary places for the best of people and there should be some way to inform the person caring for your loved one that they require a bit of extra TLC. It is just a huge disappointment and pain to have to find another dentist I know nothing about and have no experience with to look after my mother.

Fantastic experience: I was terrified going to the dentist after my open heart surgery, what a wonderful dentist he was. He put me at ease by explaining everything he was about to do and took extra care to make sure there was no pain. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone who needs dental work done, he will be my dentist from now on

Negative experience: I'm only giving this clinic one star because the receptionist was lovely. Had an extraction which had a infection, dentist was extremely rough, I was told I didn't need anti biotics, just rinse with salt water. Then being in so much pain for days, I ended up at a medical centre. Dr couldn't believe I wasn't given a prescription for anti biotics and strong pain killers. Never would recommend this place.

Negative experience: This dental surgery is so rude every time I had any communication with them at all . I took my 82-year-old father who has Parkinsons there hoping that they could help him and the male dentist was so rude and Not helpful . They certainly need better customer service skills my advice go to another dentist if you gonna spend that much money .

Negative experience: Had an appintment at 1:30 today, the lady at the desk wouldnt take my emergency form as it was one day late as that was fine, i then went to the car to call the emergency departement, the lady on the phone wanted to speak to the receptionest to say it was fine, qhen going back she had locked the door so i couldnt come back in so i called them up and asked and she told me that its too late ( it was 1:37) as someone has taken my appointment when it was empty. She had the worst customer service on the phone being extremely rude and interrupting me, changed my appoontment to another place

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extraction this-morning after making the appointment early today. Staff were friendly and efficient, and my tooth was out within about 10 minutes (including x-ray and numbing etc). In a lot of pain after about an hour due to the jaw area being really abscessed but that's my own fault and I doubt they could have done much for me there - it was numb the day before due to pressure on the nerves. Would go back again, thanks!

Fantastic experience: Michael did such a brilliant job getting my wisdom tooth out. It was quick with very minimal pain. I must also comment the clinic's environment; it was super lovely and cozy, along with friendly staff who would greet you as soon as you walk in. Would highly recommend Parabanks Dental clinic to everyone!

Negative experience: Worse experience ever! I has finally gotten over childhood dental fears only to have them back again in 10 mins :-( . they didnt have mask on or gloves they talked to each other in their own language which i found un nerving had tooth extracted at 10.45 am here we are at 10.02pm still bleeding never ever going there again wont recommend either only got one star so could comment

Fantastic experience: After living in three different countries, Parabanks Dental is easily the best dentist place we have been to. The whole team is very friendly and helpful, and make you feel at ease and always find a way to squeeze you in. They are super organized and always have a smile on their face. Michael Grigorev exceeds all expectations being professional, informative and gets the job done in a timely manner. As someone afraid of needles, getting a shot from Michael was almost fun as he did it so discretely that I am almost looking forward to it again.

Fantastic experience: I'm not sure anyone ever rates having a wisdom tooth pulled as being a great experience - but I can honestly say that I didn't feel a thing. The nervousness beforehand was far worse than the actual experience. Thanks to Dr Han - she was great.
