Fantastic experience: I consulted Dr.smithaVincent regarding a tooth problem.she said the tooth needs to be extracted and did extract on Wednesday.it was a very professional and kind service .post extraction service was excellent

Negative experience: came in a few weeks ago as i had cracked a tooth and required an emergency temporary root canal, the initial service was good, however rushed and the dentist didn’t communicate anything she was doing. Come my follow up visit today, the dentist began the service and again, did not explain anything to me. The worst part was when she began drilling into my tooth it became clear that nowhere near enough local anesthetic had been injected as i could feel almost everything, and the pain in my tooth was excruciating. I had a mouth full of instruments and couldn’t speak, and she stopped to ask what was wrong, i obviously could not communicate an answer, so she kept going until i was waving my hands around begging her to stop. More injections were made and it was okay after that, but an oversight that should have been avoided. She had been using a plastic type sheet to isolate the tooth and that sheet was continually placed over my entire mouth and nose to the point where I couldn’t breathe on multiple occasions. I’ve never had any issues with the dentist, and im not much of a complainer but this experience was pretty awful and all of which could’ve been avoided. I won’t be returning for any follow up services.

Positive experience: Dr Ash Gulati was very efficient with my wisdom tooth extraction. He is experienced and you can trust him with the procedure. The prices are also affordable. Would come back again.

Positive experience: This is the edited version with the manager's response included after my initial review. It is still true to my experience. I was contacted regarding my prior reviews by the manager. She was very quick with helping me understand the situation and offered remuneration for me. It might be just an one-off bad experience from me, maybe with others it's not that bad. I was in need of an emergency appointment due to toothache swelling and in pain so I just picked whatever's on top of Google list and have openings for appointment. The day of, they called to ask me to push back the appointment for 20 minutes, then proceeded to be 40 minutes late on top of that (total 1 hour of waiting). I was told to wait until the weekend to book for wisdom teeth to be removed. As it turned out, this is a specialist allocation arrangement with the clinic, so of course I would have prefered to be able to deal with it on the spot but circumstances wouldn't allow. The dentist was really fast and incoherent with all the explanation. She was rushed into cleaning my in-pain teeth WITHOUT painkillers - made me squeak out during and cry afterwards from the pain. Granted, it's a 5 minutes thing and no numbing injection needed but a check-in to make sure if I can handle it would be better. They didn't send me the X-ray (per my request at reception after the appointment) until I emailed them a day or two after. They were prompted and reply with details after the email though. Personally, it was unprofessional the day of, based on the fact that I was in pain and definitely emotional. I really appreciated the effort to contact me and explain the situation afterwards though. Definitely worth a shot to try again and hopefully get better experience!

Negative experience: Sub standard work done on my tooth. Now I have to spend double the price to get it sorted. Would not visit again or recommend. If you're going then ask what is the policy on rework to be done on the experiments they do on your tooth

At nearly 69 I've been to so many dentist throughout my life I've seen and felt it all and is the one thing I dread the most, not because of being fearful of pain but will they get it right ? Apart from a lovely premises and plenty of parking , I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Swati Darade, she is very professional yet kind and friendly and I consider myself fortunate to find her ! Chan who is taking care of the denture side of my treatment is lovely and knows her work which helps to make your treatment easier. All the staff I've come across while attending my numerous appointments are friendly and helpful and there's virtually no waiting to be attended to. Also the cost is very fair and affordable and they are helpful with a payment plan if you require one. Thank you Bayswater Dentist for looking after me I appreciate your excellent care. Jan B

Fantastic experience: Dr Ash was perfect for this. He extracted multiple teeth, performed a bone graft and implant procedure and I had no dramas with all the procedures I went through. Fantastic experience: Dr Swati and the receptionists at Bayswater Dentist are seriously the sweetest and most patient people in the world. I got a free wisdom tooth consultation and had everything explained to me in great detail. I corresponded with the receptionists for weeks because I am a super anxious person who needed even more information, and they helped out in more ways than I even expected. I got three teeth out in the chair and the procedure was a breeze. Dr Swati made sure it was painless the entire time and made sure I was ok throughout the procedure. She even took xrays and booked me in to see her a week later for a checkup free of charge. The whole thing was so easy and SO affordable. Going to the dentist alone for the first time as an 18 year old was scary, but as soon as i stepped foot inside Bayswater Dentist i felt fully taken care of.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Ash for an emergency repair yesterday, first time as a new client. So impressed with Dr Ash, explained everything about my teeth and why I'm having problems, very caring and knowledgeable. He fixed my broken front tooth so I could smile again.
