Negative experience: I booked in here because their prices were cheaper then other quotes I received. was quoted $550 all up for a procedure, once completed, it was all of a sudden $800!!, the original quote went up by $75 plus they’ve added a clean and a dental hygiene kit without even consulting me! Lucky I’m too nice to say anything.

Fantastic experience: Life changing! After a lifetime of anxiety over visiting a Dentist, It came to a point that it was necessary to do so, and urgent! I was immediately put at ease from the very welcoming and caring staff at Brite Smiles. I cannot praise Dr Kanika Singh enough. She understood my fears and her approach was exemplary. It's now (unbelievably) gotten to a point where I look forward to my next visit. So life changing it has been for me, and I would ,without hesitation recommend Brite Smiles to anyone young or old with any fears!

Fantastic experience: I honestly don’t even know where to start! I have had nothing but amazing experiences each and every time I have gone to Brite Smiles Georgetown. From the moment you walk in the front door to the moment you leave - you feel like family. I have suffered a lot of dental anxiety but Dr Singh has been so gentle and caring through each procedure that I now look forward to going to the dentist (something I never thought I’d say). 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this place for 2-3 years now and I can definitely say to each female that's worked on me, I've had very good experiences. I suffer from high anxiety and haven't felt listened to in the past, but they make me feel NOT afraid to come back regularly which massive for me. All lovely kind ladies, accommodating and very helpful! Thank you. :)

Negative experience: Absolute Worst Dentist I have ever attended! A year ago I attended this facility to have a molar removed. The clinic itself was clean but that is the only positive thing I can say. I sat down once given a needle to numb my gums the dentist used plier type tool to yank my tooth out, this was however unsuccessful she did not use any electronic tools or drills. My tooth was not removed instead I had half a tooth where the sides of my tooth had chipped away leaving my nerve fully exposed this staff member sent me home with No Pain Relief and appointment set for 10 days time!! I ended up in emergency after hours of being in severe pain that was leaving me unable to speak clearly I was in so much pain it was making me suic**al. I went to emergency where they could only give me pain relief I had called the dentist who said that there was no one able ro fix this and that they would call the owner to assist She did get me in within 48hrs but all staff that day were very unprofessional acting as if me being there was an inconvenience to them. Talking about greenslips ect I wouldn't have been in that position if the staff were trained and understood their duty of care when treating a patient such as myself I do not understand why this dentist has such a high rating I would not recommend this to anyone. To this day my experience here has made me nervous to go to any dentist I now feel light headed, shake and tense up involuntarily I have left a google review in the past that seems to have disappeared I would not recommend brite smiles dental at Georgetown

Fantastic experience: I took my 4 year old to Brite Smiles for her first dental appointment ever. The staff there were so wonderfully welcoming and professional. My daughter loved the experience too! I’m so grateful for the care and warmth the dentist showed my daughter for her first time as I’m hoping this will go into her future attitude of what going to the dentist can be like. The surgery had a television on the ceiling to distract and make for a positive experience which, of course, my daughter loved. I highly recommend Brite Smiles for any parents looking to take there little ones somewhere that feels positive, safe and warm.

Fantastic experience: Absolute five star service from the lovely ladies at Brite Smiles Dental. After a horrible experience at another dentist a few weeks earlier who wouldn’t seem to take no for an answer (they kept pushing for a root canal when I only wanted an extraction) and who started to harass me with phone calls and voicemails when I cancelled an appointment, I found Brite Smiles and made the appointment for an extraction. The booking process was smooth and there was only a short wait for an appointment. I was well looked after by the kind and caring staff who listened to me and my concerns and anxieties, and they were wonderful, from the minute I walked in the door to when I left. I am so happy to finally be pain free after months of chronic toothaches & migraines. I only wish I had have gone there sooner! I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Both my husband and I visited Brite Smiles because it was conveniently located close to our home. I was reluctant to visit the dentist after a horrible experience with another Newcastle dentist the last time we went for a clean, but Brite Smiles changed my perception! From booking our initial appointment, right through to leaving the practice - the staff we friendly, welcoming, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and helpful. Both Electra and Brittney were great (as well as the other young lady whose name I missed). The practice was well presented and clean and the modern equipment and technology was impressive. We will be back!

Negative experience: It is in my personal experience that ONE star is quite appropriate for my being repeatedly addressed as mate, and having to endure the banter between dentist and assistant having trouble finding equipment, and, why would anyone bother with a cheap tiny tv upon a ceiling, adding to the already excessive ambient noise, when its view is hindered by the dentist overhead light? Prodding around, I believe, resulted in a cap being dislodged and an ordacious request for $250 to simply glue it back on. I sought the services of a much more professional, and reasonably priced clinic... a FIVE star clinic. Stand up straight!

Negative experience: Been going there for a month and still don't have any dentures I have had three different lots of impressions done and I'm no better off They even split the corners of my mouth open So much for my Bright Smile Should have gone to Jesmond
