Negative experience: ABSOLUTE RIP OFF AVOID THIS PRACTICE! Dr Clare Ho charged the full amount of a replacement wire for just applying some adhesive between the points where the original wire broke. Incredibly misleading and an absolute scam, no good dentist would ever do this to their clients!

Fantastic experience: Dr Clare and the team at Advent are amazing. I avoided going to the dentist for 20 years due to a past experience which scarred me. As I left it for so long, I had to have 2 back teeth extracted. Being super fearful of the dentist, Dr Clare kept me calm and kept asking if I was ok throughout the whole process and split the procedure into 2 sessions. I'm grateful they were so caring and I am less fearful of getting my teeth checked

Fantastic experience: One of the best things that happened for me is that I chipped my tooth and went to Dr Tan. Firstly, if you are extremely nervous bordering on phobic he is excellent. He uses proven relaxation techniques effectively to calm you. Secondly, he is very gentle and skilled with his interventions. Finally, he is very considered in the options available and provides full explanations for his treatment suggestions. I wish there had been dentists like him when I was younger.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Janet Woon at her Practice in Willetton for a few years now (She is truly an amazing dentist!), Naturally I was so excited to hear that the West Perth and Ballajura Practices were offering cosmetic based treatments. I booked in with Holly to have a Hydra Facial and it has been only 24 hours and I am so impressed with the results already. My face and neck feel absolutely amazing! It is fresh and soft and just looks like it has been completely rejuvenated after one treatment. On top of my amazing new skin I got to spend an hour with Holly chatting away about everything and anything. The treatment was easy, quick and pain free! I am already booking in the chemical peel which compliments this treatment and am so looking forward to it! Thank you so much for the amazing experience!

Fantastic experience: New to Perth so I was unsure of where to go. I also HATE going to the dentist and get very anxious. But Dr. Penelope was great and did X-Rays, full check and clean with great attention and almost no pain at all. I had some additional questions for orthodontics and she was great giving me information that was easy for me to understand. I had a thousand questions and she was very patient and friendly. My wife will probably go next week to get a cleaning of her own. I have HIF and by taking my card I only had to pay the gap amount.
