Fantastic experience: Literally the best dentist in the area. Dr Ho brings such a great passion to the clinic as the principle dentist and is a staple member of the Lane Cove community. His recommendation to see the OHTs Juno and Karen for the check up and clean went well and I even got to try the new airflow machine! The receptionists and dental assistants are also so caring. Even my mum comes here! (She has been very happy with Dr Sam for a long time!). Thank you Bupa Lane Cove :)

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely terrified of the dentist’s, and try my best to avoid going for a visit, so imagine the utter fear when I was told I needed my wisdom tooth removed . But, Dr Victoria… what an amazing and talented young doctor !!! So gentle, no pain , nothing . All done in the chair . If you’re ever looking to book at the Lane cove branch, book with Dr Victoria- honestly you won’t regret it . Fantastic experience: We’ve been to Bupa Dental Lane Cove many times, and every visit has been excellent. Ashni is always so kind and helpful—she’s the friendly face who welcomes us each time, and truly the heart of the clinic. Our toddlers love her, even though dental visits can be scary for them! We’ve also seen Dr Kai, Dr Karen, and Dr Praj, and they’ve all been fantastic—professional, gentle, and very helpful with our dental care.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the services at Bupa Dental Lane Cove, in particular that of the Oral Health therapist, Dr. Junho Park. I found him to be very thorough, detailed, attentive, considerate, knowledgeable, professional, patient & insightful. Did a great job making sure my mouth was sparkling clean, treatment modalities were well explained, and the appropriate diagnostic tools were utilised.

Fantastic experience: Barbara is the best dentist my teeth have never been better, her assistant is great too. The new clinic looks amazing, the ladies at the front desk are always super nice and happy to help, I would never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Victoria Deng for a check up and clean here and was extremely impressed by the whole process. She was incredibly gentle, kind and thorough, and was happy to go over the concerns that I had with my teeth in detail. I have a fair bit of staining as a lover of tea but I left with spotless teeth, which I can't say has happened all that often. I've seen many dentists in the past and Dr Deng is a standout - I'll definitely be back!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to Bupa lane cove last week because was having tooth ache. Dr Victoria proceeds to tell me that my gums are inflamed and that I needed a cleaning and some fillings done. On the day she just did a “cleaning” and said to come back for the fillings. The next day I was in so much pain but just thought maybe was because I was at the dentist the day before. By the next day I was in so much pain I had to go to the emergency room and they tell me I have an abscess and was given antibiotics. I went back to a different dental clinic today and the dentist told me it looks like they haven’t even cleaned my teeth at all and that they don’t know how dr Victoria missed that I had an abscess. DO NOT GO HERE but if u do make sure you don’t see dr Victoria because she clearly has no idea what’s she’s doing.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lim is a pleasure deal with. He takes a very consultative approach, tailoring your treatment to your needs and making sure you’re comfortable every step of the treatment journey. Can recommend Dr Lim highly.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. Their customer service is appalling. I have never used their service but my husband has and when he last attended in October, they submitted the extras claim with Bupa under my name instead of my husband's. My husband went back the next day to sort it out and was told it had been sorted out and they had reversed the claim under my name. Turns out they never reversed the claim under my name, they simply claimed under my husband's name, so have double dipped with our health insurance provider, and now I can't have a dental exam and clean covered by my health insurer because Bupa Dental has stuffed up. I now have to wait 6 weeks for my health insurer to conduct a review. We will be sure not to come back to Bupa Dental! I can appreciate mistakes are made, but then they should be fixed!

Negative experience: My wife had a check up and clean done last week. Not very good. She had better and deeper cleaning elsewhere. The doctors behaviour is very good though

Negative experience: They were on time which is great, but I felt the actual checkup too rushed. Also too much to charge $218 to extract a basically loose baby tooth. They should have mentioned that before. Lovely receptionist!

I used to hate going to the dentist as a child but my experience at this dental practice is the polar opposite. I visit Bupa Dental Lane Cove every six months for a clean and have had braces fitted for my kids at the practice as well. Well done to Michael Ho and the team.

Negative experience: I will not come back here. My daughter (5 years old) went to a check-up and had a filling for her tooth. The filling was fallen in 20 days after the treatment. So I asked a receptionist if the payment is considered or not. A receptionist lady was incorporative. She said 'your daughter anyway need to fix it'. Dr said ‘I did my best for that, then falling was happened. I will not charge if I did mistake. I need more patient’s corporation, specially kids. Kids usually have a lot of saliva, so it is hard to glue compare to adult. You need to wait until a kid grows’. I understand what he wanted to say. But, can patients just afford filling out every 3 weeks? (Cost $308 for a gap between two tooth) Does that mean the Dr does not have filling skills for kids? How can we prove if it is doctor’s fault? (I’m not saying 100% doctor’s fault, but we need warranty at least) Is there any guarantee period for falling the filling out? In this case, my solution is only changing the dentist.

Negative experience: I will not recommend this practice to any of my friends or family. I recently received a promotion with $50 off for referred friends/ family. I was told they will only charge $240 for a general clean. My husband who went there was charged $403 for a clean and check up. Ended up paying $350 for a clean and the dentist did a very average job. Don't go to this practice they are a rip off! they will charge you as much as they can even for general cleaning.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. I left the practice in pain, with work that had to be rectified immediately elsewhere and significantly worse off financially. You have been warned.....
