Fantastic experience: Have recently been in for a severe toothache and had nothing but good experiences after a disappointing result at another clinic in town. Staff went above and beyond to help out to get onto of the pain until I could get the issue sorted, with lots of extra advice and assistance provided outside of my appointment.

Fantastic experience: I needed a second opinion quite urgently and spoke to Marco who was very kind and empathetic to my situation and pain levels and he was able to fit me in later that day. I saw Doctor Nevene and Javiera who were equally as kind and empathetic. Doctor Nevene and Javiera helped me with packing a very slow healing wound and then put together a plan for me to return in the following days to deal with the larger underlying issue. I went from feeling quite hopeless and unsure to feeling a lot more confidant and calm about where to from here. Thank you team ❤️

Positive experience: I had an emergency dental visit recently due to a cracked molar. Although the treatment was expensive, the dentist was professional, gentle, and really took the time to listen and accommodate my needs, which I truly appreciated. I had a temporary filling placed last Monday. The procedure was discomfort at the time, but the pain gradually eased by the next day, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the filling came off a few days later while brushing my teeth. It’s a bit inconvenient with the public holiday and weekend, but I understand these things can happen. I’m giving 4 stars because the filling came off just a few days later, but I’ll be calling the clinic on Monday and I’m confident they’ll help me sort it out promptly. Overall, I felt well cared for during a stressful situation, and I’m grateful for that. I’ll update this review after my follow-up visit.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extracted . The procedure was virtually painless - didn't feel the needles as the dentist was very gentle and asked how I was feeling a number of times throughout the procedure. The dental assistant was very accommodating also. Am happy with the outcome as I wasn't looking forward to it but all my feelings were allayed by the absolute professionalism of this man. He rang the following morning to ask how I felt last night and this morning offering any extra care if I needed it. Am having a consult in 6 months and looking forward to keeping my teeth in premium condition. Highly recommended dental practice.

Positive experience: I had not been to a Dentist for a decade having a needle phobia which is not ideal when needing tooth repair. I was cared for by Doctor Jarrad who treated me with a care and consideration that made me feel comfortable and relaxed while none of my teeth were fixed at the gum. Without doubt I recommend Dr Jarrad as a Dentist who cares and has restored my sense of care needed to have my teeth looked after.

Negative experience: Lost a filling travelling through Alice. Was advised to try Alice Associates. Saw a dentist that I now know was only with them for 1 week. The filling cost me $470 after the Bupa rebate. The filling has now fallen out after 4 months. I called them and they basically said too bad as it is a difficult tooth. Do I think I got value for money or a reasonable hearing for a refund. NO. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this poor practise.

Thank you for your review and for taking the time to discuss your concerns with me recently. I shared relevant insights from the clinical notes regarding the timing and details of the filling, as well as the information provided during your consultation with the locum dentist.
We were open to further reviewing the situation; however, since actions were taken independently, we now consider the matter resolved. For reference, the filling was completed in June 2024. During our October 2024 conversation, you mentioned it had fallen out a week prior, while on the same day, you indicated to another team member that it had come out two weeks earlier. This has caused some confusion.
Additionally, it’s important to note that during your consultation, the dentist clearly advised that there was very little remaining tooth structure to bond the filling to. Despite this, you expressed your prerogative to proceed with the treatment, fully understanding the associated risks.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Alice Dental Associates. I had a tooth that was causing me some pain and thought it would have to have a RCT so I was very nervous. They got me an appointment really quickly and the dentist was so gentle and knowledgeable and has fixed it without it requiring extensive treatment over multiple visits. Fantastic experience: I needed urgent dental treatment while travelling through Alice Springs. I saw two of the dentists and was impressed with their thoroughness and care. They took the time to explain everything, and took careful note of my needs. They saw me at short notice, and charged reasonably. The reception staff were friendly and helpful too.

Negative experience: We paid the requested bill on the day of service only to receive calls from a debt collector on behalf of Alice Dental Associates saying we still owe $395 from service received 6 months ago despite my credit card statement showing we paid the exact amount requested of us on the day of service as indicated on the invoice. No phone calls or contact from Alice Dental Associates to ask us for payment if we had paid the wrong amount. Straight to a Debt Collector instead. Won't use Alice Dental Associates again.

Fantastic experience: Was very nervous about going to the dentist after not having had a check up for over 3 years - with my ongoing tooth pain out doing my nervousness, i booked an appointment for two days time. Dentist Dr Joanne and the team were absoloutely brilliant. Dr Joanne was extremely gentle and I had no ongoing pain or tenderness after an hour worth of work to three teeth - no pain at all!. Can't recommend Alice Dental Associates and Dr Joanne enough. Best customer / patient service that I have experienced in my 10 years of being in the Alice.

Negative experience: Booked in to get a loose cap reglued after half an hour and 240 dollars left and six hours latter it was as loose as when I went in.Last time I had this done it lasted 6 months. Not happy.

Negative experience: Worst experience. Firstly rang up the day prior and booked an appointment for a tooth to be pulled out, or simply looked at to see what the problem is. On arrival They didn't have my appointment Booked in. I was in much discomfort, but they were able to get me in. When I was able to see a "professional dentist" the lady simply asked what was wrong I mentioned my tooth is in mass of pain and like to see if I can get it pulled out, or to let me know that it's infected and can be treated in some sort of way. She mentioned she didn't have a magic wond and I'm in her lunch break so I'm wasting her time if I wasn't going to get it pulled out. The dentist lady who was meant to be a "professional" at her job simply put a patient who is in mass discomfort and quit nervous to get another tooth pulled after already having 9 teeth out, and doesn't want to be there anymore than she does clearly by her attitude. in a situation that I as the patient was wasting her time cause she simply couldn't tell me if it was the best thing to do for my tooth. But simply reminded me that it's her lunch break and she didn't want to be doing something that a patient didnt want to do? But a reminder to the dentist lady, who couldn't help me. that I did book in for the tooth to be pulled? But instead She couldn't give me anything but her belittling attitude.
Fantastic experience: They were able to get me in for an emergency appointment. Excellent service, very thorough, and they even rushed to get me a custom mouth guard to help with my jaw pain. Highly recommend this practice!!
