Fantastic experience: Dr Sophie is incredibly kind, polite and respectful. The way she cares for my elderly mother is really lovely - always using her name, moving to the side of her hearing aid to speak to her and checking in regularly after we have discussed her treatment. She genuinely goes above and beyond and has been willing to prioritise what is really essential at Mum's stage of life. I highly recommend her care.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Parkside Dental Surgery. I arrived at the surgery with a terrible toothache. I was seen almost straight away, problem quickly assessed, pain relief given until able to be fitted in just one hour later to have problem fixed. Everyone is so thoughtful and compassionate. My husband and I have been attending Parkside for many years, they are wonderful!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Parkside Dental for a few years now and they really know their business. The staff are respectful and very caring. They listen to your needs and follow through after your appointment to check on you. If you require a crown they make them onsite so you are not waiting for a couple of weeks from elsewhere. I highly recommend Parkside Dental to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for years with my kids and cannot fault them about anything! Always amazing service! Reasonably priced and the 1 time I had an issue with a filling breaking a few days after whichbibwas warned could happen due to the size and location and rang them about it they slotted me straight back in the next day to get it repaired at no extra cost! Highly recommend them!!

Negative experience: I didn’t like dentists manner & felt pressured to get a crown, even though I opted for cheaper fix. Felt like he was working on a car not a human being, didn’t tell me he was doing injection, or X-ray, kept saying “wider”…he could have had some manners & said please! Poor communication skills. Won’t go back to him!

Fantastic experience: After learning that Parkside Dental offered orofacial myology assessments I booked an appointment to enquire about my Son’s tongue tie due to a range of breast feeding issues that I had endured. The dentist Jennie was extremely knowledgeable, understanding and gave me the required information for me to make an informed decision about my Son’s tongue tie. Following the referral to a well known local surgeon the tongue tie was cut and my Son continues to breast feed without all of the previous issues. Parkside Dental were extremely professional, polite and made my visit there very positive. I would recommend to any parent in Dubbo currently struggling with any breathing issues, chewing and swallowing issues, incorrect speech patterns, teeth and jaw issues, thumb sucking or tongue ties!
