Fantastic experience: I never thought I would say that a dental appointment could be pleasant but they were my thoughts and words today when Peter welcomed me with his usual cheery greeting . He seemed surprised when I told him that I had dreaded visiting my previous dentist before transferring to his care six years ago, but that I had no such concerns now. He seemed surprised and asked me why I had negative thoughts previously . The answer became obvious. I didn't care for the dentist, so naturally I didn't care to visit him on a regular basis and resented having to do so. I am happy to say Peter and his staff have changed my thinking entirely . I consider my visits now to be a visit with friends.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the service at this dental office was absolutely amazing. Every staff member was welcoming, understanding, and genuinely made me feel at ease. I've had negative experiences with other dentists in the past where everything felt robotic—no real explanation, no personal touch, just in and out with no clarity. This place was the complete opposite. They took the time to explain everything to me, helping me understand what was going on and why certain procedures were necessary. That level of care and communication really stuck with me and has encouraged me to want to come back. I truly hope to become a regular here and build that loyalty because the service is just that good. Huge thank you to all the staff—you’re doing a fantastic job. Keep it up! I’ll definitely be returning for my regular checkups.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Western Smiles Dental Care in Mirrabooka for a long time and I can only say that from the moment you walk into the clinic you are treated by Bev and the other reception staff with smile and kindness. Fantastic experience: I am blown away at the “can do” attitude of this dentist. This was the third dentist I went to and fixed two broken teeth when the other two dentists said they would have to be capped and Would cost me thousands of dollars. It’s so hard to find a dentist that just wants to help a patient rather than make loads of money. From now on this will be my go to dentist. Not only was Victor’s persona kind and HONEST he just wanted me to feel validated and happy!!! THANK YOU so much Victor and to the lovely girls at reception who were also happy that I was happy!! Dr. Peter and Selena, the hygienist, were both exceptionally caring and professional. Negative experience: What a bloody disgrace...how can u book a 4.20pm and make a bloke wait more than 40 minutes for the dentist....for a basic clean..... then my wife...come out from her clean... and reported to me that they didn't use any numbing agents... she has very sensitive teeth... and they didn't care... save your money don't use this place ever ... you will experience pain and long wait times....I couldn't believe the treatment... shocking.. What a bloody disgrace

Jennifer on the desk was amazing (so friendly and helpful thankyou!) and got all my records sent over from my other dentist instantly. The clinic itself is beautiful and my dentist James was an absolute legend! Fixed my tooth straight away but explained everything and he was just great all round. Fantastic experience: Always great friendly service from the reception to the dentists and the assistants. This creates a great bubbly vibe that’s flows through the practise making a smooth and comfortable visit. Bonus points for running on time!

Negative experience: Not happy with their service as they did more cos I had insurance which wasn’t necessary. Used scare tactics to try and get you to return monthly. Super expensive too: never again!

Fantastic experience: My little girl had a bad toothache they saw me within 30mins and were so very nice professional and for her being scared and in pain left feeling happy and safe it was a good experience for the both of us. Excellent receptionist and excellent dentist and staff definitely recommend.

All the staff at Western Smiles from the dentists to the reception team are so friendly and welcoming. Negative experience: Absolutely pathetic practice. If you have any regard for your time, please give them a miss. We booked in through Health engine for Monday. The receptionist called us to rebook us for the next day. We agreed to 11am. 2 seconds later- got another call to come in at 10.40am. I told her I couldnt promise to be there at 10.40 and could just about get there by 11. She then sent us a text that our appointment was at 10.40am. I didnt think much since I had explained I had things to do before the appointment. So, got a call at 10.55am when i was a minute away that you are 20minutes late for your appointment. I explained I did not commit to being there at 10.40 but the lady was very rude and disrespectful. I got there, filled in the forms for my parents and guess what after cancelling previous commitments in trying to get to the at 11 for an unplanned appointment, taking my parents and kids to the clinic I was told we can only accomodate 1 person today- not both my parents. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and to this the receptionist says,"I can shred your forms." What a waste of time and such a humiliating experience. Avoid is the best advice I can give anyone attending this practice as they lack basic manners and can cancel you once you reach there for a booked appointment.

Fantastic experience: Western Smiles dental would have to honestly be the best customer patient experience i have ever received. The true caring nature of the staff and dentists that work there is truly amazing. I have been a patient here for a long time and i have always been well looked after and cared for. My teeth have been healthy for years and the work that i have had done has fixed all the problems and issues that i did have. Its already fearful going to the dentist but when you have people that care and treat you nicely it just makes it much more comfortable. In my last experience to go there in pain from an infection and the way i was treated and examined quickly helped get to the cause of my pain. I was able to get better in a few days and with there assistance they helped put me in the right direction to fix the cause of my issue. The ongoing follow up to check on my well being and how i was feeling to make sure i was ok throughout my ordeal is truly amazing. Even to offer after hours advice just in case things got worse is just unreal. It really shows how much they care for you and want to help you get better. Big Thankyou to the ladies Bev and Diane at the front desk for your caring nature and all your help. You ladies are amazing!! Negative experience: Not a 1 star on the dentist s but definitely a 1 star on fridays receptionist.. apparently we are not potential customers/ patients... we "are strangers of the street" (her words). Plus! The price I got quoted was 260 more that the other 5 mins away... 260!!! .. thanks but the customer service was A+ .. CHEAPER ... 5 mins closer... and got treated like a customer..... not a stranger.
