My four year old tells anyone who’ll listen about Dennis the dentist. It’s so nice to see her comfortable at the dentist after having stressful dentist visits as a child myself

Fantastic experience: Caring dental services listen to your concerns. My apprehension before meeting this team was overwhelming but I now have gone back multiple times as they take all your apprehension into concern and make adjustments to make your experience so much better.

Fantastic experience: Was so nervous and apprehensive about going but had a broken tooth and even though it wasn’t causing me pain, common sense was to get it fixed. I have a bad gagging reflex but Dr Wong was absolutely brilliant. He put me at ease and gave me a new filling with no discomfort and best of all, it wasn’t expensive. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Henry a couple of weeks ago to explain what I needed done as my mouth is so sore. Dr Henry explained everything to me and really cared and examined all my teeth & made my dental plan After that visit I was going to see a specialist to put me to sleep to remove my wisdom tooth and another tooth as I’m so nervous and my anxiety is through the roof with having teeth pulled out. But I just can’t afford that. I was so sick of being in pain that I decided to just make an appointment with Dr Henry to get my wisdom tooth removed with the Gas. I went in his office and straight away he was lovely and reassuring me, I was still so nervous but decided to just do it, Dr Henry was very gentle, and was quick, he walked me through every step of the way & made sure I was comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this practice enough!☺️ definitely my new Dentist practice. The reception ladies and assistants are amazing as well super friendly and just feels like a nice calm environment

As someone who is quite nervous about dental work and required significant treatment, I was beyond thrilled with the outcome. Negative experience: My husband made an appointment to get his teeth cleaned and a day before the appointment the receptionist called to say he requires a specialist to perform the work and would need to cancel the appointment. All he wanted was a clean and a specialist was needed for this? When I questioned that it sounded like they were refusing him as a patient for a simple clean a specialist should not be required no further information was given other than it was a message from the dentist Dr Hadi Malek. Not professional at all, and do not recommend cant even do a basic filling either.

Negative experience: Charged $370 for what was essentially just a scale. Didn't do much cleaning, didn't polish, just took three x-rays (which they didn't ask me if I could afford to have done) and did 10 minutes of work. The dentist (young guy) tended to mumble while using the tools, so I couldn't hear anything he was saying, and I had no idea what to do. I had to ask for clarifications a few times so I knew what I had to do. Won't be going back, god knows how much you would charge me for the filling I need.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Dr Henry Wong a couple of times and he has always been great ..by putting the gel on the gums you don't feel the needle going in and you don't feel the tooth being pulled ..its great to find a dentist who is gentle . The staff there are brilliant as well making for a good experience at a place that most people don't find very nice..

Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Dr Henry for a couple of year now and have always thought he was amazing , so kind and caring . Recently we had our 6 month check up and clean and were greeted by Rose the new oral hygienist , at first I was a bit unsure what was happening cause we always see Dr Henry but Rose made us feel so comfortable and so at ease! She was truly amazing at what she did , she even had time to go through better techniques with the kids to help them have a better understanding and a healthier mouth . This dentist was always good but I feel like it is amazing now ! Even down to the dentist assistance and the lovely receptionist Eliane. I am even looking forward to my own dentist visit next week . Thank you for all that you do , I highly recommend this dentist to anyone 110% .

Fantastic experience: Best dental surgery! Dr Wong, nursing staff, and receptionist made the whole experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I sat back, relaxed, and enjoyed watching The Today Show on the television mounted on the ceiling for the patient's enjoyment (or distraction). All the staff were extremely professional, even when I was cracking jokes and spit flying through the air. This practice is highly recommended by a nurse. Everyone knows how picky nurses are!

He was happy to just talk to me about what my options were,in fact he followed up my visit with a detailed email of our discussions..He even broke down all the costs so that i had a detailed informed choice..my outcome has bèen perfect for me. I decided on dentures.. i am not a young woman by the way.!! The treatment was painless and caring.. I am also a professional woman and I would strongly recommend this practice
