Fantastic experience: even though pricy Gina is awesome great care and work ethics and TRUST me saying not interested in making money out of you where’s another disgraceful dentist asked me to have 16 crowns it’s how i got referred to her three years ago and today i was told even though i have horrible sensitivity due to gum recession i don’t need crown unless it’s excruciating pains. Lina is extremely friendly and caring. love this place. thank you.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Royal Parade Dental Clinic more highly. I have been looked after the staff for 46 years now. I just saw Daniel today and could not be happier with him. I can honestly say, he would be the best dentist I have seen since Dr Buc retired. Not many of us enjoy a trip to the dentist, but after today, I am now looking forward to my next check up wit Daniel. He has an excellent manner. He advised areas of concern that he can see, but doesn't push you into treatment that can wait. If you're hesitant, don’t be. If you see Daniel, you will not be disappointed.

Negative experience: Such a joke. !! Don't waster you time booking here. Very unprofessional people. I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of consideration shown by your clinic. I called ahead to inform you that I would be running late, and was assured that it would not be a problem. However, upon arriving 45 minutes later, I was informed that I would need to reschedule because you assumed I would only be 15 minutes late based on my initial call. This level of incompetence is unacceptable and has inconvenienced me greatly. It is disrespectful to disregard my time and make assumptions without confirming with me first. I will not be returning to your clinic and will be sharing my negative experience with others.

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to all the amazing people who works at royal parade, from the sweetest receptionist Lina, to the brilliant dentist Gina everyone who works here, has an amazing knowledge, talent and passion for their job. I’ve been coming to see them for nearly 15 years if not more and they have consistently been great. I must add, my husband hated dentist visits, Gina has changed his mind about it, except for the painful bills, but he gets to keep his teeth in place.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. I arrived on time to my appointment and waited 40 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. My dentist didn't even introduce himself. I expect better for the amount I'm paying.

Fantastic experience: Royal Parade Dental has been my favourite dentist for about 10 years, maybe more. My husband and three sons also attend, and we all attest to the friendly and quality service provided. Personally I had a big fear about going to the dentist, and I remember the owner dentist Gabriel, had such a beautiful manner to comfort me at the time. His wife dentist Gina also very reassuring to allay any concerns. All the staff are amiable and efficient, particularly Lina at the front desk who is accommodating, empathetic and extremely helpful at all times. I’ve moved house recently and continue to attend Royal Parade dental, I’m just so satisfied so why go elsewhere.

Negative experience: Had been a customer for years, but last time I went they pushed another person in front of me without notice. I was then rushed in and out to make up their time which meant my teeth cleaning procedure was not done thoroughly and I left with my teeth feeling unclean. Had to go another place to get them cleaned properly.
We are really sad to see you had such terrible experience. We take pride on treating every patient in a professional manner with absolute care and respect.

Negative experience: Used to go there for years, ,but now the dentist ignores you while your, stuck in a chair with mouth guard on ,unable to speak ,While they happily talk to relatives on the phone or. random friends who drop by. I would not outlay so much money when they are not professional in their service. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: A lovely, professional, welcoming dentist clinic. Very friendly staff from first greet at reception desk to the chair. I’ve been going here for years and I think I’ve dealt with every receptionist, dentist and dental nurse so I can speak for everyone. No funny business in regards to procedures needed to be completed - fair and truthful (I’ve unfortunately had experiences with the opposite). Very, very good with kids. The way all the staff speak to my kids is beautiful, which is a big deal for me. We don’t even live in the area anymore and still come to this dentist clinic!

You have made several appointments in the past and didn't attend. We would have appreciated the courtesy to call in advance and cancel your appointments. Then you call and yell at our lovely staff at reception because they cannot give you an appointment straight away. On another occasion you called and abused our staff again because they had been instructed not to schedule more appointments for you. Courtesy and respect goes both ways and we work really hard to provide a high level of care for our patients. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Royal Parade Dental now for some years and think they are absolutely amazing!! I have a morbid fear of going to the dentist and in recent years had 2 extractions (recent one a wisdom tooth - no pain throughout the extraction and minimal after) and root canal treatment and they were so gentle, personal, professional and there after care is amazing.
