Found her to be a wonderful dentist who was able to understand my difficulties in visiting the dentist, gag reflex issues, and not being able to lay flat. So she is now my dentist of choice and I will certainly be returning. The whole service received was friendly, on time and courteous.

Fantastic experience: I have visited numerous dental practices over the years, including at family favourites, not so favourite ones, small town ones, some recommended and others with big reputations. But I have now had two appointments with Chrysalis Dental Care, Newport, and I would like to give a big shout out to Dr Ella and her lovely team. From the moment I got there, they were very professional, courteous, friendly, welcoming, helpful and reassuring, as I not normally enjoy visiting dentists. My experience with Dr Ella and her assistants was truly amazing, I felt very little pain (needle), only discomfort was when the aesthetic was wearing off and the absolute professionalism of the team resulted in one very happy, thankful patient. After my two appointments, I am again able to chew food evenly around my mouth, which I have not been able to do for quite a while. I had previously had some old fillings (amalgam) removed at another well know dental practice, apparently, but after having the harder pieces removed last Friday, very happy now. So, if you are looking for a better Dental experience, personal care, latest technology and equipment and kind and caring staff, I highly recommend Dr Ella and her team, at Chrysalis Dental Care. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly with my first visit to the dentist in over 10 years. I had x-rays completed which highlighted my wisdom teeth were fully grown out but not causing a problem.
