Fantastic experience: Dr Dwyer is rude, dismissive, unprofessional, medically neglectful and has no regard for human life. She doesn't think tooth removal requires any pain relief. I can't believe she is allowed to butcher people's bodies and leave them in pain like this. It makes me feel unheard and disappointed, I can't believe she is allowed to practice. Disgusting

Negative experience: Called to book an appointment and was called a "silly girl" by the reception staff (think the name was Colleen). After already being anxious about visiting a new dentist, this was an incredibly rude and hurtful first interaction. I absolutely wouldn't recommend if you are wanting someone empathetic or understanding.

She explained everything she was going to do in a way that really helped the boys feel comfortable. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and cares about her patients. Fantastic experience: After a bad dental experience some time ago I was apprehensive to go back to a dentist and was well overdue. I cannot rate them high enough. Extremely thorough, explained everything and even let you choose the music playing in the examination room. Dr Lena repaired a tooth I have had consistent issues and cosmetic issues with for nearly 30years. I was blown away by the result. We are a travelling family and I looked up better dental annd chose them Based on these reviews. I was booked in online within relative short notice. I really really wish they were my local dentist. Lena made me and my wife so happy, coz my wife was suffering from pain from a broken teeth and I give a buzz to better dental in a same day they fit me in an appointment which I appreciate the whole better dental team. She is soo good with kids. And they now enjoy going to the dentist! She definitely is my new dentist of trust! With former dentists I always had the feeling they are trying to find things that need to be done, to get more money, but not with Lena. She only does what’s needed and gives suggestions of what could be done if I wanted. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: As someone who has always dredded going to the dentist, Better Dental is where to go!! My family (with two small kids!) have been going to Better Dental for about 5 years now and the staff have taken excellent care of us. They are always happy to have a chat - there is no tooth-related problem is too big or small. Their communication is very transparent, and I often find there isn't any major variances with cost - you can ask questions at any time - they don't mind! If you have had a fear of dentists, Dr Lena has such a gentle manner and is very easy to talk out any concerns with. Her work is also exceptional. Oral Therapist Lauren is also excellent for those periodic checks and cleans - her oral hygiene knowledge is huge and she is always updating me on ways I can care for my teeth while being sensitive to my needs. If you're looking for a dentist who will answer all your questions, make you feel comfortable and one you'll want to come back to - Better Dental is where to go!

Fantastic experience: I have just completed a series of appointments with Dr Lena Regier and Lauren Wilson (OHT) for a variety of procedures. I reached out to Better Dental and from the very first email they were nothing but AMAZING! My concerns were met with kindness and gentle encouragement. I saw Dr Monica Biondo and she is wonderful. She is kind, gentle & sincere and always explains every process, asking if I have any concerns or questions. (Not to mention her eyeliner is always on point!) The entire team at Better Dental provide such a fantastic service and are all genuinely caring and kind. Hey, if I just had my wisdom teeth extracted last week and am still singing their praises, that’s got to speak volumes right!? Hehe But seriously, if you are like me and have been putting off the dentist, go see the team at Better Dental, they will take the best care of you!

They also made sure that any unease or apprehension I had about going to the dentist was eased without any judgement. If you need to go to the dentist but don't know where to go, this is the place to make an appointment.

Negative experience: If you need real dental work done such as RCT etc, don’t go there.. Had an awful experience there with the male dentist Dr vai.. he’s too proud to say “I’m not confident doing this” he’ll make it sound like he’s advanced by rambling on with pointless talk, but when it comes down to it he’ll talk his way out of it. 100% do not advise.

Look, having hands and metal in your mouth is never going to be a blast but they made it easy. I'm now looking forward to my next clean and motivated about my oral health. Fantastic experience: Nice little place on the first floor. Everyone I interacted with was lovely, very friendly and easygoing. They ask specifically about how anxious you get at the dentist and what causes your anxiety, and how they can help to reduce that for you. I do get quite anxious at the dentist, and Monica was really good with me, explaining what she would do before doing it, very gentle, checking in on how I was doing, and gave me small breaks so I didn’t have to keep my mouth gaped open for too long at a time. She showed me my x rays and a couple of photos of my teeth and explained exactly what was going on with them. I have a lot less anxiety about my next dental visit and will definitely be going back here for it. :)

Despite needing extensive dental work over the last few years, options have been discussed to provide best value for money and most appropriate timing to allow for best Health Insurance rebates. Old fillings are monitored and only replaced if cracking in teeth becomes an issue.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lena replaced a poorly executed cap (from another dentist) with a very good colour matched new one. She also arranged expert advice from an Orthodontist to enable me to decide on the best way to proceed. Subsequently I had a wonderful restoration veneer which has greatly improved my smile. I am very impressed with her work and I would recommend Dr Lena for her good quality work and attention to detail.
