My appointment with Dr Angelie Dao was excellent. She is caring, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Her professionalism and focus on patient comfort made the visit stress‑free. I left feeling confident that my dental health was in great hands. Highly recommend Springvale Dental Smiles, especially Dr Dao, for anyone seeking quality dental care in Springvale.

Fantastic experience: After my primary dentist of 10 years passed away I felt very nervous about finding not only a new clinic but a new dentist, especially since I had an infection and needed a new pair of retainers as well. After reading through their website that they value making their patients as comfortable as possible as well as being affordable, I booked two appointments. One was for an infection check and another was for post infection check up + getting impressions done for my retainers. My first appointment was a breeze, it was very comfortable and I was very happy as after listening to Dr Aubrey's advice/instructions my infection calmed down after 5 days and then went away. For my second appointment the retainers were made in the same day I got my impressions done which made it very convenient. I would like to thank Dr Aubrey and the dental assistants for being very patient, kind and informative during both processes. Also, the receptionists are very lovely and cool. I highly recommend anyone to choose this clinic as their primary dentist.

Negative experience: Other doctors are good to recommend! However, Dr. Juree Im is not a good choice. She is rude and doesn’t listen to her clients’ preferences. Even when we came in well-informed a week in advance, she didn’t make any adjustments to fit our needs. We needed to fit a black hole and a big hole before the teeth gate, but she still hasn’t fixed the black point on my teeth. I’ve asked her repeatedly to fix it, but she keeps ignoring me. As a result, I still have a big hole on my teeth. So, what’s the point of coming here? She said that my teeth are big for her to design or fit ( it means don’t know how to design) , I was informed I happy to pay please no worries to pay! Just to do good job what we want !. So, we have to go there Dr to do again.

Fantastic experience: This is a little overdue recognition for Dr Audrey as I had multiple visit at this clinic and Dr Audrey has been nothing but very helpful, informative, thoroughly explained every steps of the way to treat my teeth. I’ve returned for minor touch up , Dr Audrey is accommodating and charged no fees on these visits. She is always back to back with customers but never make me feel rushed and answered every questions to ease your concerns. Thanks Dr Audrey and the team here. It’s very hard to find trusted dental like this and I’m so glad I have found this place and will continue to come back and recommend everyone I knows

Negative experience: Give them 0 star if I could. Cancel my appointment just 30mins before. I had to close my shop early, sent the staff home, denied some customers for that appointment. No respect, no responsible at all

Fantastic experience: Dr Henry Chen is now my number 1 dentist.. honestly, I've been to other dentist, they were good, but.. I've never experienced the same treatment with my teeth. Even though there was a bit of discomfort, I believe it's because the job was being done thoroughly and not in a rush. Absolutely love how my teeth look and feel. Reception was absolutely lovely and so welcoming and the clinic itself was top-notch Absolutely recommend Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I went to Springvale Dental Smiles on 30th September 2022 to get my braces by David Quang Nguyen from a recommendation off my nephew Ryan, who also got braces three years earlier. Today it’s been 545 days later 27th March 2024 and finally my braces are coming off. I was pleased with David’s help during this 1 year, 5 months and twenty eight days. He was an honest, supportive, understanding, respectable professional dentist who stuck to his word and could be trusted to do right by me during whole time. A huge thank you to Sammie as she was the dental nurse helping out today. They removed my brackets, wires, cleaned my teeth, acid washed my teeth, added a permanent retainer on the top and bottom of my teeth to help my teeth stay in position, did an Xray to create my retainer as well. My teeth feel extremely clean and shiny as well. During my time spent at Springvale Dental Smiles. I would like to thank all the dentists, receptionists / dental nurses and people who were doing an apprenticeships as well. Lily, Sammie, Anh, Juree, Ra, Mia, and Jewel. Thank you Lily for always making an effort to call me up to come into appointments when patients weren’t able to come and fitting me in when I was having problems in regards to my braces. You always put in time and effort to help me each time I needed advice or assistance. Great service, modern technology, hygienic facilities, dependable and reliable staff. They are an excellent team that work well together. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had my braces done with Dr David over the last year and the experience was perfect through and through. Early on in the year I had some complications with the braces and Dr David was always friendly and helpful whenever I went in. Up until the the end of my treatment he was always very helpful to me and my Mum, explaining everything we needed to do. Fantastic experience: David was my dentist before he opened this clinic. Remaining his patient meant going from a two-minute drive to a 30-minute one, and that was completely worth it. David is patient, and explains carefully and well what the status of your oral health is, and what needs to be done. He is kind: he didn't bat an eyelid when I asked for anesthesia just for a clean, for instance, even though it would mean the work took much longer. He is skillful. And he doesn't take you for a ride: he will honestly say when something can wait or isn't required, instead of trying to sell an unneccessary procedure for increased profit. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Wisdom tooth extraction service There were a few things that I concerned the most when looking for a wisdom tooth extraction service. And Springvale Dental Smiles has met all my concerns: 1. The price was affordable 2. The services that they provided were outstanding. The clinic was clean and it had new and modern facilities. 3. The dentist was skillful and knew well what he was doing, the dental nurse was friendly that made me feel comfortable during the whole extraction progress. Few hours after the extraction was the most painful experience to me. However, after the extraction day, I wasn't in much pain and I could drink, eat and chew soft foods easily on the other side of my molar. Honestly, it wasn't the most painful experience for the first time to have wisdom tooth removed. Good news is I have three more wisdom teeth that are growing, so if any of them is growing not as desired, I won't hesitate to come back. I highly recommend this service!

My regular dentist is on the other side of town and given the current situation, I thought it best not to travel so far. Springvale Dentist Smiles was easy to locate and just a short drive past the Centro. My partner and I were greeted upon arrival and made to feel at ease. Even though it was only a consult, Dr David was professional, knowledgeable and offered various options for straightening my teeth. I will definitely be back to see him again in the near future.

Fantastic experience: Dr David/Quang has been my dentist for the past 3 years now. Couldn’t recommend a better dentist. He is always professional and welcoming which can be a difficult balance sometimes for people. The facility is decadent, even has a tv mounted on the ceiling. David used the most delicious flouride money could buy after my treatment. It was so tasty I swallowed half of it(strongly recommend you don’t do this as it can upset your stomach). Looking forward to future consults.

Fantastic experience: David has been my trusted dentist over two years. He regularly cleans and checks up my teeth with gentle yet precise touch. His tooth restoration skill is second to none. He refilled a molar that my previous dentist refused to treat as “it’s too fragile after decades of refills”, two years on, my molar is still standing firm, he even confidently advised me that I could have another 2 more refilling for this molar. He gave me a whitening treatment last year that all my friends have been jealous of. I’m currently having another molar implant. David has been patiently, dedicated consulted and treated my other family members as well as my numerous friends who thanked me for introducing his professional yet affordable practice to them. His newly built surgery is spacious, modern, clean and totally friendly to children. I wished I have found him earlier!
