Fantastic experience: I’ve seen Dr. Quincy for 4 years now. He is the best dentist for me so far. The service is always high quality and he explains process easily to understand. His positive vibe is always good to see. He also gives dental advice considering foreigner’s situation (when I just met him first few times). From Korea to Perth, my first few years to see dentists in Perth were shocking. So expensive for the same service. But with Dr. Quincy, he always helps to find the best solution. As long as I live in Perth, I will go to Dr. Quincy for my dental. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr. Quincy Leung enough!! I had a wisdom tooth that was told to be very complicated by other dentists and that would require general anaesthesia, costing me thousands of $. After a friend recommended me to come here, Dr. Quincy Leung was able to pull it out in 10 minutes, with no complications and a speedy recovery. He explained me everything really well, was extremely professional and made me feel very confident and calm. Please, give this clinic a shot whatever your issue might be!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to stirling st dental for 2 years. The team is very friendly and professional. The clinic itself is clean and welcoming. There are plenty of st parking nearby. I firstly visited dr Quincy as I needed major dental work done. I was not sure what I should do and a friend suggested dr Quincy. After the initial consultation, he clearly explained possible treatments, cost and outcomes. I was then able to make the best decision based on the circumstances. Negative experience: Stay Away From This Clinic – Careless and Unprofessional! I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I went in to have my crown glued back on, and everything seemed fine at first. An X-ray was taken, showing that my crown was intact. However, during the procedure, Dr. Quincy Leung DROPPED my crown, causing damage. What’s completely unacceptable is that the dentist refused to take responsibility for this mistake. Instead of owning up to it, he tried to brush it off and offered no resolution. Worse yet, he had the audacity to ask for more money for another check-up after causing the problem himself. This level of carelessness and lack of accountability is shocking, especially from a professional clinic. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to look elsewhere. This was a completely avoidable mistake, and the way it was handled shows a total disregard for patient care. Don’t make the same mistake I did – find a clinic that actually values its patients and stands behind their work! ***19/19 after this clinic's response . ***** I would like to address a few points you raised in your reply. Firstly, I stand by my account of what happened during my visit in 2021. While I understand that your records may not show the crown being dropped, this incident did occur, and it is unfortunate that it wasn’t documented at the time. You can write whatever you choose in your records, but that does not change my experience. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it is crucial that they are acknowledged rather than denied. Secondly, I am disappointed that you chose to threaten legal action for defamation rather than addressing my concerns in a constructive manner. My review reflects my honest experience as a patient, and I believe I have the right to share that experience publicly. My intention was not to harm your reputation but to ensure that other patients are aware of the care they might receive. Regarding the age of the crown, I am aware that older crowns may eventually need to be replaced. However, the issue here is not merely the crown’s age but the way it was handled during my visit. Lastly, I did not return to your clinic over the past three years because I experienced emotional distress due to what I believe was medical negligence. This distress made it difficult for me to seek further treatment at your clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Quincy for a couple of years, and I started my Invisalign treatment here on a friend's recommendation. He is very kind and professional, and he explains everything thoroughly. All dental fees are very reasonable, and Dr. Quincy never recommends any treatments that aren’t necessary. He always listens to his patients and does his best to meet their needs. The clinic is clean and comfortable, with TVs on the ceiling to watch while you get your teeth done. Highly recommended!

Went to this clinic, and initially asked about the suggestion of crowning, and Dr Quincy explained to me thoroughly regarding the demerits of the crowning to my situation. And he recommended me to have invislign and explained detailed process and benefits of the technique. After months considerations (mainly about the cost), I decided to have invislign with Dr Quincy. It went with 1.5 years, the outcome was amazing! It was delightful going to see Quincy each single time, not only his professionalism, comfortable environment, but also detailed explanations each time and caring to his clients. This is invaluable to us because we have young children who need future orthodontic treatment and my mother appreciates the patience and advice because she cannot understand English. Thanks Dr Leung Btw I noticed a few negative reviews... and I honestly doubt this is from multiple patients! Being a google platform there’s nothing from stopping someone just making multiple bogus reviews. This is the unfortunate nature of google reviews. You can’t please everyone but I am highly suspicious these negative reviews are totally bogus. Only takes a few bad apples to try and spoil others. Anyway I’m satisfied with Dr Leung’s services and will be a regular. I am a verifiable patient.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction at short notice and found the staff very informative and professional. The experience was pain free and for some one like myself who has a phobia of dentists I was greatly relieved. The pricing structure was made clear and competitive. I don't like dentists at the best of time however I am glad Stirling Street is my preference.

Fantastic experience: Great service, I made a last minute appointment for a broken wisdom tooth, I was in and out so quickly and the dentist explained everything he had to do, gave me the prices and eased me into having my first tooth taken out, it was not painful at all (like I thought it would be) a few pain killer the next day just in case, no bruising or swelling and they gave me a follow up call the next morning to see how I was going. highly recommended!

Majority of my service was done by Dr Quincy and he was amazing. Overall, I would highly recommend family and friends to Stirling Street Dental. Negative experience: Absolute rip off. I was told that my visit would be completely covered by my medical provider. No gap. On leaving the surgery I was given a bill. I queried this and was told it must just be an issue with my provider. Call them and they will refund the money. So i paid and left. This was not the case. So I returned to the surgery and they refused to refund me the money.

Fantastic experience: Had my 4 wisdom teeth extractions performed here at the end of 2014. Qunicy and the rest of the staff were excellent. Procedure was performed flawlessly without any discomfort or complications, almost fully healed by the checkup appointment a week later! Could not recommend enough for others in need of the dreaded wisdom teeth removal. :)
