Fantastic experience: Well I will say this team of lovely ladies shure put a smile back on my face. After two appointments 4 fillings 1 pulled i must say I woll be sore for afew days tho its nice to no theres still ladies that that are kind and proffesional.Thanks to Anita and Geetn (i hope thats the right way of pronouncing) either way they smashed it while letting me play Hardstyle highly recommended.

My kids and I always feel comfortable and well-cared for during our visits. Dr. Mo is patient, explains everything clearly, and has a gentle touch that puts everyone at ease. The staff are friendly and efficient, making the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Worst experience with a NZ woman, this is the second time speaking with this abrupt callous woman. It has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth and I definitely will not recommend this establishment to anyone. There is another lovely receptionist who is also a nurse she’s incredible however this NZ woman who has zero bedside manner has definitely terminated this business relationship.

He was so gentle and follow up was great. I won't go into detail I can only say I would definitely recommend Smiles they are in Penrith

Fantastic experience: My initial contact at reception with Katie was the reason for booking an appointment. Katie listened to what I had to say and offered advice without being pushy, well done. My appointment with Dr Solaman for a clean and check up and his explanation as well as his demeanour and honesty, were the reason I re-booked for an appointment for three fillings, which I had an inclination prior as to being what I needed. What a great team in terms of professionalism but mainly their humanity which is the reason for my going back.

Negative experience: I called and booked an appointment to see Dr Mo, confirmed with reciptionist booking with Dr Mo. Upon the visit day the reciptionist instructed me to Dr Solomon procedure room .My preferences was Dr Mo because of the positive feedbacks on Google. I needed an opinion regards refilling of a tooth, Dr Solomon without proper assessment and taking any x-ray to confirm wether I need the procedure or not, conducted the filling with debris on it and further healthy structure of the tooth removed to placed new filling . During drilling the drill slipped from his hand drilled edge of healthy tooth structure and covered with composite filling. Sadly I feel the roughness of filling and upset for healthy tooth structure loss. Also they advertise their price range between $150-$280 and they charge more than what they are advertising even with minimal procedure. I will never pay any visit to this dental center ever again and I wish I never did.

Most recent trip was to have a wisdom teeth pulled, I was nervous but I ended up so surprised at how easy it seemed. It was quick, and painless, I didn’t even feel a needle, amazing! His reception team are so friendly too, I had to change appointments a few times and nothing was a hassle. I am recommending him to everyone I see. Absolutely 5 stars.
