Fantastic experience: My family of four has been using B dental for over a decade and has never been disappointed. The service is welcoming, professional, appreciative and personal. Usually people would only comment their complaints, but there is nothing to complain about here, just great, honest dental work. They even able to my identify when my youngest child teeth were affected by open bite and also if she may want to consider realignment for a tooth growing in an unusual position. Our family will definitely continue to support the B Dental clinic in the future.

Fantastic experience: Last couple of months, I visited B Dental. On one occasion was when I used too much force in flossing and pulled out an old filling. The most recent visit was when I thought one of my upper incisor was cracked! In both instances, Dr William Wong has skillfully treated both teeth; reconstructed one and repaired the other. I was truly grateful for his patience (especially for the one that needed reconstruction) and I like the way he and his assistant constantly check on me if I was OK'ed during the procedure which was fairly lengthy. I also appreciated Dr Wong for his explanation of the source of the problems and education around the on-going care of the teeth. I am very confident that the clinic will look after the dental needs of my entire family. Thank you very much to Dr Wong and his team. I have no hesitation of recommending Dr Wong to anyone and everyone who requires dental attention.

Fantastic experience: Top marks. Nicely appointed and clean modern premises, plenty of off street parking in Suburbia. Dr William Wong did my scale and clean with a minimum of fuss and with minimal pain…though I did brush my teeth with Sensodyne Rapid for 4 days prior to prep myself. Gave me caring advice about dental care and gave me helpful commentary about my dental state during treatment. He treats his patients as relatable human beings on an equal footing and is never condescending, unlike some other dentists. And the results were brilliant! Thanks too to his dental nurse Candace for ensuring my creature comforts when I was on the dental chair (head pillow, sunnies and salivary drainage) and doing it with a nice bedside manner… both herself and the dentist. Last but not least, I would like to commend Renae, their champion receptionist who was the most pleasant, helpful and efficient with registration and house amenities. Ever smiling and super helpful, nothing was any trouble for her and nice friendly banter after. I shall make BDental my regular because of their service at making me feel at ease and general high standard all around.

Fantastic experience: I travel from Gold Coast to visit Dr Wong. He is an easy going, honest and wonderful dentist. He actually cares. The staff there are also wonderful especially jeni and lea! I look forward to my trips to Melbourne to pay them a visit and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Dr wong’s mum always shares her lemons from her garden with all the patients but chances are if I’ve been in before you that I’ve taken them all. Haha

Fantastic experience: Family has been using W. Wong for ages now. Very happy with him and all the staff at the clinic. Polite, careful and sensitive to your needs. Fantastic experience: I've been going to William for over 10 years now and although I have moved house to 40 minutes away I still choose to come back to b dental. I've tried other dentists and never found you get as great care from anyone else. William is so kind, caring trustworthy and his work lasts a lifetime. Jeni his senior nurse is so knowledgeable also and I feel like they have become family over the years! Recently I sent my sister to get a second opinion and now her whole family attends too.
