A real professional when it comes to anything complicated like implants etc. I plan to register as a new patient asap. Jane and Leanne are also doing a superb job as hygienists. Fantastic experience: If there were 10 stars I would click them. This is a rather bold statement considering I hate going to the dentist! However, I no longer have any anxiety about visiting the dentist. Truly. These people are so genuinely caring, highly experienced and they treat you as a valued person and patient. Trust and confidence are other words that come to mind with all of the staff. The reception staff are knowledgeable, warm and friendly and are a valuable asset to this practice. Jane is the best hygienist I have ever been to. Such an experienced professional but so gentle and caring. Dr Jason Bae's dental work is outstanding and he creates a calm and relaxed environment which really helps me. Dr Yohan Thomas is also treating me for some complex dental work. Dr Thomas and Dr Bae are working together to achieve the best outcome for me. Having such an experienced specialist working with the team is invaluable. One stop shop! I feel that I am in very good hands. Thank you to the whole team, you come highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have really appreciated the service and care at this clinic for years - even when they've changed ownership, the standard of care has been consistently high. The reception staff have gone out of their way to assist me multiple times, and the new hygienist is an absolute legend - spent lots of time with me, was extremely thorough, and motivated me to update my dental routine. Fantastic experience: The service was excellent. I went in for a filling and the appointment was on time. Doctor George who was the doctor doing the filling for my tooth explained the procedure in detail and would let me know what was happening every step of the way. Negative experience: I would strongly recommend that when you are getting any work done at this dental clinic , that you know exactly how much you are being charged . Ask for a quote to perform the inspection or x-rays first , this might save any shocks after the inspection or work has been done .

Fantastic experience: Dr. Elizabeth Chryssidis has been my Dentist for over 30 years. During that time, she has dealt with a number of my complex structural dental issues which developed over time as a result of a childhood accident. These have involved root canal treatments, crowns, fillings and in some cases specialist referrals due to the complexity of teeth structural issues. Elizabeth and her practice Dental Matters provide a professional friendly, informative and relaxed clinical environment using the latest technology equipment. She takes the time to explain the procedures and provide patient reassurance to reduce the normal dental stress most of us experience whilst undergoing treatment. Her advice and treatment follow up was also provided while I was living overseas demonstrating the high level of patient care. Elizabeth places a high priority on preventive oral care which has greatly reduced the risk of long term dental damage. In summary I highly recommend Elizabeth and her team as a quality dental practice committed to providing the best care and clinical solutions.

Negative experience: Never met such a horrible person as Elizabeth. Got dental work done with her a few years ago that involved an implant. The implant crown has faulted and I was told in order to go through the warranty I needed to contact the dentist who fitted the crown to determine if it was dental fault or a fault of the screw itself. That is the chain of command. I was explaining this to her and she was so defensive and rude from the start stating that we were accusing her of not doing her job correctly (not at all true) and then doing anything she could to shift blame onto me or the dentist that assessed the fault and wouldn’t listen to anything I was trying to say. Such horrible customer service from and incredibly rude and awful person. Never experienced such poor or rude customer service. Would not recommend and I hope I never have to go back here! Will be pushing to get my new crown fitted anywhere else!

Negative experience: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. THEY RIPPED ME OFF BY DOING DENTAL WORK THAT DOESNT NEED TO BE FIXED AND RUINED ALL MY TOOTH. EVER SINCE I WENT THERE, MY TOOTH RUINED I CANNOT CHEW FOOD.

Fantastic experience: Well done Elizabeth. Solved my problem with grinding teeth at night and found the root of the problem with my canal filling. I had no difficulty in justifying the long trip down from the Flinders Ranges each visit. You are now my friend.

Fantastic experience: I had a “phoebia” about Dentists for over a half a century. I caught it from my mother. I met my first dentist when I was 5 and had all my double teeth pulled out under anaesthetic!!! My next visit was when I was about 18, my local dentist pulled a tooth that left a large gap, I still notice that gap in all my old photos. I continued to avoid dentists like the plague. About 6 or 7 years ago I had a young dentist trying to do a root canal but could only find 3 of the four roots! After about 50 minutes of trying she gave up. Then I met the wonderful Dr Elizabeth Chryssidis, she found that 4th root in way less than 5 minutes!!! She was my heroine from that moment on. She has repaired many dreadful, near impossible dental disasters since then, and I have just had a six month checkup which, for the first time ever, says my teeth are fine. Pretty good for someone turning 70 on their next birthday, plus the phoebia has gone and I look forward to seeing Elizabeth each time. She is clever, meticulous, keeps up with new innovation and methods and seems to be able to fix anything. Now that’s a dentist!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I am so satisfied with Dental Matters on South Road Torrensville. I was the most scared lady in this universe. So I bit the bullet because I had not been to a dentist since 1990 because of a horrific experience and needed work done on my teeth. On appointment day I went to the toilet 20 times with fear. As soon as I walked into reception Chris greeted me and instantly she put me at ease to a certain extent. Still a little nervous Rajani received me and took me into the consulting room Between Rajani and Chris they explained in a calm manner everything about the procedure. I had three fillings that day and did not feel a thing Rajani was very gentle. Today I went back to have a tooth extracted.... Again did not feel a thing. On the 30th Aug I am going back again to have a double tooth filled. If you are a scared of dentists like I WAS, PLEASE! PLEASE ! Go to Dental Matters you will not regret it. I originally found Dental Matters by picking a quick list of dentists in my area who partner nicely with my private health. I then used their web form to contact them all. Dental Matters were the only ones who replied, and thus they got my business and am I glad they did. I have never had better care in any industry, they are happy to go slow and talk through any procedure and do everything they can to make the whole experience pain and stress free, never putting any pressure on me to go through with things I wasn't comfortable with. I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I have just moved to Adelaide from Melbourne, and found this clinic on google which is near home. It was great to see Dr Sara, she was very caring and thorough. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: After cracking with my wisdom tooth over the weekend, my regular dentist was not able to fit me in till a week later. And I was recommended by my friend to see Dr Sara Li at Dental Matters. The reception staff was very helpful and offered an emergency appointment to me on the same day. The clinic setting was nice, and the staff members were very friendly. As I had bad dental experiences in my childhood, I told Sara that I could get a bit intense around a dentist. Sara then had shown great empathy towards my situation, and offered a range of treatment options to accommodate my needs. It was a great experience overall, definitely referring my friends and family back!

Fantastic experience: I've been to some different dentists but this is legitimately the best in Adelaide. I was impressed with the politeness of the staff, the service and most of all the state-of-the-art technology - not just used in procedures, but used to importantly relax the patients. Quite frankly, any dentist without a TV on their light fixture should could consider themselves a joke. In all seriousness though, the ultimate in dental is at Torrensville.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Elizabeth since she set up Dental Matters in Adelaide. I prefer to travel the 30 minutes down South Road to receive her service than to settle for anyone else. The facility is conveniently located close to central Adelaide, the rooms are quiet and calming ( not that there is anything to worry about!) and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I am very careful about giving reccomendations. But when someone gives exceptional care and applies extraordinary skills, then I have to mention it. Full disclosure Elizabeth is a client of mine. However, I paid full price for the 13 fillings that had to get rectified, and there is not another dentist that I would consider except Elizabeth.
