I can actually say I am no longer scared of the dentist, and this is purely because of Dr Leena and her awesome approach to dentistry and her patients. Fantastic experience: NDC Kooringal I am a new patient of, because they are a preferred dental provider of TUA but I am happy with everything so far. Facilities are clean, tidy and modern and the assessment that I had from Dr Paul as a new patient was perfect. All legitimate questions that could impact dental health were covered and suggestions provided for some additional work to be completed, but reasonable requirements. Health insurer covered all but less than $5 of my scale clean and check visit.

The dentists and their assistants are knowledgeable, take care to make yo as comfortable as possible, and they are informative of what procedures are being done. This is all so you can maintain your own teeth and have good oral hygiene. Chris

Negative experience: Called to make an appointment as I had a broken tooth that was painful requiring either a filling or removal. I notified them that I had a severe dental phobia and would require nitrous oxide. They told me that it would be no problem and they could get it sorted for me. Took half a day off work to go to my appointment just to find out they had only booked me a quick appointment, leaving no time for treatment or gas. When I called them out on the fact they had told me on the phone I could be treated for my sore broken tooth at that appointment- they apologised for misleading me. Then still charged me a hefty fee for just showing up. This practice is an absolute disgrace

Negative experience: I contacted Kooringal Dental after hours in response to their website which explains the importance of urgent care and the availability of their dental surgeons in such situations. I left a message and was called the next morning when a pleasant receptionist advised me that they have noone available after hours and their website does not say they do. I suggested they remove their advice regarding urgent care as it worries patients when it isn’t available.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. When moving to Wagga with my family, finding a good family dentist felt difficult. As a Bupa Health Fund member, Kooringal Dental is a members first provider. Upon my first visit with Dr Cherian, he was very polite, everything was explained in detail and the Orthodontic services that he provided me was excellent. After years of having crooked and gaps in my teeth and hated my smile because of this, Dr Cherian provided me with Orthodontic’s which after a couple years now have corrected my teeth and I love my smile. I am so happy with the services that Dr Cherian and the staff at Kooringal Dental have provided me and my family, highly recommended.

Negative experience: Last week I called to make appointments for my children, was told by receptionist Sherie she doesn't have time to make appointments now and not to bother till the new year. She was talking loudly and I didn’t appreciate her tone one bit. Extremely RUDE! We will be staying with our current dentist due to this rudeness. Would not recommend!!!!
