Negative experience: Terrible service. They’re listed as ‘open’ 24 hours, but they’re not technically ’open’. Called at about 7pm, in severe pain, no answer, then a different number called me back, she said she would have to see if anyone was available to come in, and when I asked for a rough price of ‘after hours’ cost, she said ‘not sure’. All i wanted to know was like $50 or $200. She said she would call Me back soon and I never heard back.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr Gurwinder has been nothing short of incredible! I have been seeing her for over 10 years and have always found her to be highly professional, consultative and caring. Her dental work is second to none!!! I recently just had a terrible tooth ache and she squeezed me in as she always has done in the past whenever I have had an emergency. Doesn’t matter what time of the day it is… if you have an emergency she is there to treat you. My problem was treated immediately, the infection managed and I couldn’t be more greatful. I could not recommend Dr Gurwinder or her beautiful staff more highly.

Negative experience: I have sensitive teeth and always requested manual cleans but Dr Kaur strongly expressed that ultrasonic is better and manual cleans are like half cleans. (Which is not true. I recently had this done through another dentist and they were very thorough!) I previously left a review that I later removed because she called me Shortly after I left the review. I left the review because I was awaiting an appointment for a manual clean and was given a 2 month waiting period which was odd. It was as if because she didn’t prefer manual cleans I wasn’t priority. I then got a call and text message from Dr Kaur advising she is having some health problems and will try to squeeze me in. I felt bad so I removed the review but I must be honest and place this in all transparency. And to be honest it was probably all a lie so I would remove the review. Also , Years ago when I had my first baby and was breastfeeding I was given antibiotics and she didn’t even check I was breastfeeding! My baby was crying which I assumed was stomach pains at the time.

Fantastic experience: I would give 15 stars if i could. I had an extremely painful wisdom tooth infection which required extraction, this was at 10.30pm at night. We called the dental clinic & Dr Gurwinder Kaur did my extraction at 10.30pm at night even though the clinic was closed. I’m extremely grateful for the compassion & extreme level of service, she took great care of my need, this has restored my faith within dentists. It was the best experience you could have in an extremely horrible time within myself. Thank you so much! We have our new family dental clinic. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: It’s still bothering me that I didn’t leave any review then. I saw Dr. Gurwinder back 24/01/2022. She wasn’t gentle I was felt pain and raised my hand she wasn’t happy and answered me what’s wrong? Like that. I felt I wasn’t in caring hands. Well… she didn’t do my tooth properly which I still have problem with my tooth. It still costs me to see dentist that she just made too big whole so now I have to pull out my tooth instead of root canal. That what current dentist said she made too big whole… I was so much in pain that I couldn’t want to go back to her. I had to see another emergency dentist to kill my pain. I’ve never left a bad review in my life. But I don’t want anyone to go through what I’ve been through.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Dr. Gurwinder enough. I have always felt really anxious about going to the Dentist. Today,my first ever root canal was finished and the entire process was completely painfree and i am so relieved. If you are like me and have a fear of the Dentist,please go and see Dr. Gurwinder. Negative experience: Don't call yourselves a emergency dentist if you cant even stand by your opening hours on your front door. Or respond to a call during your so called opening hours. I was desperate drove 20 minutes to a locked door on a Saturday morning earlier this month.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I decided to give All Smiles Somerville a try. Suffering with severe TMJ and needing two impacted wisdom teeth removed, I was pretty anxious about how to go about it (general anaesthetic and my TMJ have a traumatic history). Dr Guruinder got me in quickly, was confident and efficient and extremely sensitive towards my weak and unstable jaw. She managed to get the two teeth out non invasively and very quickly. She even helped support my jaw. I felt safe and supported, as she was sympathetic, warm, caring and extremely competent. Also, I found the pricing very reasonable compared to some other dentists I’ve seen. What my old dentist wanted to do under a general anaesthetic (refused to do it in the chair even though that was my preference) was going to cost upwards of 7k. With All Smiles I got exactly what I wanted done for just over $1000. I am so glad I sought a second opinion. One very happy and relieved client here. Thank you so much!!

Negative experience: I went for 1 wisdom tooth removed during a lockdown as couldn't get into my usual dentist and was in absolute agony. I was booked in for 1pm but had to wait in my car for over an hour and a half to be seen as they had triple booked the appointment. When I was finally seen they said it was going to cost between 300 and 500 dollars which seemed a lot as my previous tooth removal was $300. I felt pressured and rushed by the dentist to make a decision and I was in such pain that I felt I had no other choice so I went ahead with the procedure. The dentist took it out within 10 mins and then flew out the door as she had somewhere to be, I didn't get any stitches or after care advice from her. I was left with the assistant who was lovely but then produced a $740 bill to pay. I feel like I was taken advantage of in my unfortunate desperate state. The bill was way over what was quoted by the dentist and I'm still months later recovering from this poor experience.

Negative experience: Poor customer service. Very slow on communication. I'm still waiting for a reply email for over 3 weeks now. I was told by all smiles that invisalign were closed over the passed couple of months to find out from 3 other dental clinics this wasn't the case. I had to get a emergency filling due to one close to the nerve (which all smiles was aware of). I was told by all smiles they were closed & couldn't help. They didn't recommend other clinics that would be able to assist. During this pandemic I had 2 x other dental clinics contact me regularly seeing if I was doing ok & keeping me up to date with what the restrictions are with dental. As they understood that I had a time sensitive issue & that I needed to start treatment as soon the government allowed. All smiles were aware of this & still wasn't helpful during this time. Please note the 2 x clinics that were following the same rules as all smiles & were closed for a period of time as well. I've ended up going somewhere else for my whitening, fillings & invisalign treatment. I don't feel they care about their clients & I'm so glad I didn't spend over 10k of dental work with them. I'd rather give my money to a reliable & caring dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING! She was confident, efficient and extremely supportive. I was in serious pain caused by my wisdom tooth, she took an x-ray and took it out in that very same appointment. Even better she did all of this on a SUNDAY I could’t be more thankful, I’ve never met a dentist like her, great at what she does I will certainly be back hopefully not under emergency circumstances next time. I highly recommend. Honestly the best dentist I have ever met... thank you again ❤️

Fantastic experience: I had a severe dental emergency, so I tried going to a dentist the previous day with really bad tooth pain on my root canaled tooth, which was badly infected. But they couldn't extract my tooth because of stage 3 restrictions. So they gave me antibiotics and painkillers instead. After that I took 4 different types of painkillers but none of them helped at all... That night I searched google and found 'All Smiles Dental Studio' - it sounded promising so I went there the next morning. They were absolutely amazing! - I told them about my tooth and they immediately took an X-ray and explained everything that they were doing during the tooth extraction and it was done in a flash! They did an incredible job! Three days after, All smiles dental studio gave me a call to see how I was doing and that definitely put a smile on my face - A big thank you to the team - It was the best dental experience I ever had :D

Negative experience: WORST STAFF EVER! Hardly explained anything to me after I tried to ask how to get help and what I need to do with extreme tooth pain in two teeth even after xray Dr gurwinder overcharged me as well as hardly did anything Don’t come here ! Don’t waste your time or money!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend All Smiles Dental Studio. The service was exceptional and staff very friendly making you feel welcome and relaxed. Dr Gurwinder was more than helpful in helping me understand what the problem was and the solution to fix it. She made me fully aware of what the costs would be and the procedures that would take place. They were able to see me at very short notice the 1st time I went to visit. If you are on the lookout for a new dentist, I highly recomnend you give them a call!
