Fantastic experience: Beautiful Clean Practice. Dr Michelle is a very caring Dentist she takes pride in her work and her patience and very friendly. Receptionist is also very friendly. The only thing I found uncomfortable was the chair but I will bring a small pillow to put under my head .

Fantastic experience: Can’t speak more highly of the crew at Wellington Point Dental. From the moment you walk in you’re made to feel comfortable and at ease with the friendly staff. The dental team are great and know what they’re doing. They’re really good with my kids to the point where they enjoy their visits! From an adult perspective, I appreciate how upfront they are, they tell you what’s needed, how much it will cost and then print out all of the costings and item numbers so you can go away and work out if you can do it. I’ve been coming here for 10 years and have never been happier.

Negative experience: I have been going to this dentist for about 4 months now, every time I have been I've had to go back cause something wasn't right with what was done in my teeth. There was discussion that i needed my wisdom teeth out they referred me to get a scan which I did and took the results back to the dentist, they had a look at it and confidently said yes I will be able to take both the bottom ones out. So I booked an appointment for it to be done and had to take time off work even though low staffing. Myself and mum arrived at the dentist at 9:55am appointment was 10:00am we didn't end up getting into the appointment until 10:30 am. Once we went into the room we sat down and they asked me for my scans which I didn't have because they never even asked for me to bring them. So then there was mucking around trying to find my scan results so then after we found them the dentist goes I will only be taking one out today.... I don't feel confident with taking the other one out. So then we questioned why can't you take the other wisdom tooth out when you said that you could do both and that's why I booked and took time off. The dentist looked at us and froze for a second. Saying I don't feel confident to do so .... At this point myself and my mum were disgusted and fuming about this. So then they began trying to work the happy gas.... took them ages to figure out how to even use the happy gas yes I'm sitting in the chair observing everything thinking to myself maybe we should leave mum, I did not feel comfortable at all. I was already nervous about this extraction let alone them not knowing how to even use the happy gas. I am so disgusted in the whole situation. Please read this ! So disappointed

Fantastic experience: My boys (ages 12 & 9)had a fantastic experience with Wellington Point Dental today. Cleaning and extraction normally scares them and we hear lots of complain about them feeling uncomfortable and in a bit of pain after a dentist visit but we didnt hear any of those today. Only two thumbs up and a big clean smile from my boys when asked for their feedback. The staff are very accomodating & friendly, we'll definitly keep coming back!!

Fantastic experience: They were so patient with us. I went in for a check up and clean, and had my 3year old booked in straight after me for a check up as well. They kept telling her what they were doing to me, making sure she was ok when I couldn't see her. Took outside the room during my x-ray. When it was her turn, they were so accommodating - let her lay on top of me on the chair, put a show she wanted to watch on, super gentle and patient with her, asked her before doing anything and waited for her to nod or open her mouth. They made the whole visit so painless and easy. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient at the dentist. I saw Sophia (I think that was her name) She made me feel very calm and relaxed. Explained what she was doing and gave me heaps of breaks when needed. I walked in feeling very anxious and walked out feeling great and relieved. Fantastic experience: Ohhh wow im so greartful to Wellington Point dental surgery i called last minute for an emergency appt the next morning as I had an extremely painful tooth ache that felt like nerve exposure, they gave me tips to help through the night and the relief I got when I simply applied a sensodyne toothpaste was just amazing and I dont think I ever would have thought of that. Im so greatful for the help getting through the night.

Fantastic experience: I am normally anxious for days before a dental appointment. The dentists and support staff are very caring. I have had stress free experiences on a number of occasions now (with sedation dentistry ). In fact I have even fallen asleep! I would recommend this dental practice to anyone who needs that extra little nudge to book an appointment.
