At your appointment, we will discuss any treatments that you require and supply you with an estimate of fees, with a variety of options to suit your needs and budget. We also process your Health Fund claim at the practice and offer ZipPay, Afterpay and Humm.

Fantastic experience: After dentist shopping for quite some time, I finally found what I was looking for. Dr Naido was thorough and took pride in her work, I have crowded over lapping teeth but this was no obstacle for her. Her work ethic is impeccable and works with utmost integrity. She took no short cuts and works with purpose, no up selling of any additional services but got full diagnosis and a very financially friendly quote which made sense, she was also very generous with her samples and products whilst on the job. I booked my next appointment straight away upon seeing the results I got with just a basic clean, not a single stain left even between overlapping teeth. If the other dentists had to see her work they would be ashamed of their work, it's quite surprising how the rest think all customers don't know what an honest and thorough service is. The rest of her team were also amazing humble people who I could tell wanted to be there, Dr Naido treated her staff with respect and kindness. I can't stop telling everyone about my experience and literally begging them to book an appointment to see her. If you are looking for an honest, thorough service that comes with humility, this is the place.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this clinic. All 3 people that I dealt with were very kind, warm and helpful. Scheduling appts was easy and I always felt safe and comfortable in the chair. The price did shock me but I looked around and it seems like their prices are very comparable - so my dissatisfaction with the prices is more with the industry and not this clinic!

Dentists used to have my anxiety levels spike just being inside the clinic, but this team always has me feeling calm and or excited for my appointments. This experience has demonstrated that Dr Jasmeen Kaur is a consummate medical professional. It is obvious from the outset that Dr Jasmeen is top shelf with respect to the education, knowledge, skills and experience necessary to success in her chosen field of medicine - you can’t help but be instilled with confidence in her competence. Further, Dr Jasmeen is a gifted communicator: Upon first meeting, Dr Jasmeen makes no assumptions or presumption about why you’ve arrived at her Practice. Instead, she asks what dental outcome(s) you want to achieve. With these considerations in mind, Dr Jasmeen conducts a thorough initial evaluation before providing a frank, professional assessment of what is possible in your unique circumstances and the treatment you require to achieve your desired results. She then outlines, in layman’s terms, a logical, methodical, coherent and time sensitive scope of works which includes the nature, order and timing of the various procedures necessary to achieving the final goal. She also offers, unprompted, a very specific quote as to the likely cost of each stage in the process, (which is greatly appreciated by an uninsured plebeian). Fantastic experience: Both of the dentists who I've met at NuSmiles Dental are really good. Dr Mamta is very gentle and thorough. She gave me confidence to proceed with the dental work necessary to care for my teeth and health as I approach my 70th year of life. Fantastic experience: I was able to secure an emergency appointment with NuSmiles Greenslopes this Saturday. I have been suffering from extreme dental plan and was at my wit’s end. ‘Impressed’ insufficiently describes the level of care and empathy I was given. At one point I was in tears from the pain. I was gently escorted into the treatment room where Nathan (I later learned Dr Nathan is the owner) and his assistant simply sat and listened to what was going on. They were not able to immediately resolve my issue, but they were able to give me a kind ear, identify the problem and give me direction, advice, a specialist referral, and a prescription. During those times when you are feeling completely laid to waste, compassion and understanding is your greatest tool, and the staff at NuSmiles have it in genuine abundance. If it wasn’t COVID, I would have been hugging everyone. To top it off, I received a follow-up email today (Monday) with a copy of my x-ray and the referral for my records. I feel so very well-cared for. Thank you, NuSmiles. You brought a burst of sunshine to my grey weekend.
