Fantastic experience: To the entire team at Bella Dental Care - thank you. Over the years, as a family we’ve just completed our second set of braces, have been through wisdom teeth removal, emergency treatments, operations, root canal, extractions, footy mouth guards and routine cleaning - this has been over the past 20 years and the service and expertise is amazing - thanks everyone we know we’re in good hands whenever we walk through the door!!!!

Fantastic experience: I reside in Camden and my brother referred me to Mark and the team. He lives local and speaks so highly of them. I have travelled 60km for this appointment. OMG these guys are the very best. I have always had sensitive teeth. From the getgo it’s refreshing to arrive and not wait for a scheduled appointment. Staff are inviting. For the first time in twenty years I did not need an anaesthetic for my sense teeth. Hanah was extremely gentle and very accommodating with the clean. Sabrina and Sameera were all great. Mark has the most amazing people skills of any dentist I have ever met. I am 52 years old. This place needs to be rated no less than 5/5. Dentists are like mechanics. When u find a good dental crew you hang on to them.

Fantastic experience: I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr George Ayoub and his team. Since I am quite anxious with the thought of having surgery, I opted for sedation. Dr Robert Turnbull, My sedationist was incredibly professional and reassuring. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process which helped calm my nerves before surgery. From the moment I arrived, I did not feel rushed. Dr Ayoub and his nurses made me feel comfortable and well cared for. It is now day 2 post surgery and I was waiting to be bruised and battered, except I have none. No bruising and minimal swelling. Thanks to the doctors high level of expertise and meticulous skill, what I anticipated to be a stressful experience turned out to be a smooth and comfortable. I am grateful for the exceptional care and couldn't recommend Dr Ayoub, Dr Turnbull and the entire Bella Dental team highly enough.

Fantastic experience: We have been extremely pleased to have found Mark. He is great at what he does, very gentle, really personable and my kids love going to see him. We have had a great experience with invisalign too.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr Alexandra Barratt as I had been very slack keeping up with dental visits during covid, and a not very pleasant experience with another recent dental visit elsewhere. She was very thorough, explained everything she was doing, and what needed doing moving forward. She made me feel very comfortable, spent a bit of extra time doing some necessary emergency work, and has a great bed side manner with her sense of humour. I can’t speak of the other dentists at Bella Dental Care, but if they are anything like Dr Barratt I would happily recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My previous dentist recommended I obtain 12 fillings, a crown and several other unecessary proceedures. I was somewhat dubious and sort a second opinion from Dr Mark Bechara at Bella Dental. Unlike the countless charlatans that exist in the dental industry, Dr Mark Bechara was honest, straight forward, humble and extremely proficient! Not only did Mark's advice shave thousands off my previously recommended bill, but his work was flawless. There was no puffery in his consultation, the process was quick and the charge rate extremely reasonable. The other staff were also warm and refreshingly nice to work with. Bella Dental employ over 50 staff, seem very organised and are refreshingly easy to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have never experienced a situation where the dentist is rushing to get to the next appointment. Every dentist there is always conscious of your situation and works to put you at ease.

Negative experience: I am only compelled to write a review if the service is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad! In this case, whilst I don’t have anything negative on the doctors I have visited in this clinic, the sheer rudeness, arrogance, tone and behaviour of the reception team particularly on the phone has compelled me to give a one star review.

Fantastic experience: A true 5 star experience. Dr Tony was amazing and fixed my chipped tooth. The outcome exceeded my expectations and he was calm are caring throughout the process.

Positive experience: My long term partner and his family have been coming to Bella Dental Care for over 10 years, and have had nothing but great things to say. I have extreme anxiety and panic attacks over anything to do with my teeth. The feeling of any metal tool in my mouth, even just the little mirror they use, is enough to send me into a full blown breakdown. I even get phantom pains in my teeth when I even think about a dentist. When my partner made an appointment for me on the 24th of April, he advised them over the phone that due to my panic disorder I would need nitrous gas for my appointment, and they said it wouldn’t be an issue at all. I showed up to the appointment with my partner, very clearly distressed. I was already crying and shaking, and the staff at the desk were absolutely amazing, lovely and caring and very sweet to me. And then Dr Sahar Tashakor took me into the room for the checkup. From the get go she was rude, unempathic and not at all compassionate to the situation. She was seemingly annoyed and frustrated at me because I was struggling to open my mouth. She repeatedly told me to calm down, losing patience with every word. She said she “wasn’t even doing anything yet” and snickered at me. The assistant took me into another room for an X-ray, and she was lovely to me. She was kind and gentle and very reassuring. And then back into the room with Sahar. Sahar advised me about my teeth, admittedly really well. And then she started scraping at my teeth with no warning at all. I asked her to stop, she told me to calm down yet again, and I stood up to walk out and breathe for a moment. As I left the room she said “you’re very rude aren’t you.” I told her she was the one that was rude, and left to speak to the practise manager Mikhaila. Mikhaila was absolutely incredible, super validating and kind and very understanding. She booked another appointment for me with my partners dentist instead. The majority of my experience was great, I watched other doctors and staff interact with other patients and it was calming for me, seeing how lovely the staff were. But Sahar was absolutely awful. To tell me that I’m rude because I was having a panic attack is absolutely appalling, and extremely poor form. It was shocking to see someone in that industry with zero empathy and compassion for dental phobias, and it’s not just the lack of care, it was that she made me feel like an inconvenience for having a panic attack. 5 stars for the rest of the practise, but negative stars for Sahar Taskakor.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Dr. Grant O'Donnell for a few years now and he is fantastic! Caring, gentle, kind and thorough. Everything I want in a dentist. Would recommend Dr. O'Donnell to anyone looking for a fantastic dentist and someone who looks after you.

Negative experience: Interesting that only the 5 * reviews get a response from Bella Dental! But at least I now know what it’s like to experience a dentist that cares for their patients! and isn’t a money making machine!!! Update****. after 2 years of only seeing “dental hygienists” at Bella Dental - have seen another dentist to be told we both need major dental work costing thousands of dollars! an absolute disgrace!!!!! have been going to Bella Dental since they were a 2 man show in Bella Vista at least 15 years ago! My 2 sons have gone through braces $$$$$ over the years. My dentel hygienist appointment has been cancelled 3 times. I was told that Peter, who I’ve only ever seen, only sees his “VIP” clients now! Not possible to see him. After so many years I am taking my business elsewhere. My word of advice is... do your research before you entrust Bella Dental to your teeth! They have become too big for their boots and is just a money making machine with no patient care, to the detriment of their older patients!

Fantastic experience: I had all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. George Ayoub in early 2023, I had such a smooth extraction with his skill and experience. I was given treatment with a friendly and caring manner, worked well into my Health Insurance to get best price and within the quickest time frame possible. Recommend!

Fantastic experience: My son recently sustained serious teeth injury after a traumatic event, the level of care and empathy Dr Mark Bechara from Bella Dental has given him so far is phenomenal, even coming in on his day off to check his teeth so my son didn't miss his schoolies trip. The guy is literally a super model dentist with a heart of gold. Thank you so much Dr Mark for your excellent level of care towards my son. I wish I could give you more than 5 Stars.

Fantastic experience: I have just had six heavily porous and stained teeth fixed by Jodie. She did some fillings in the past too. I had many dentists in the past but no one as good as Jodie. She is gentle, precise and really calming! Thanks Jodie for your amazing care and thank you for the staff at reception too, very welcoming and friendly, highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Bella Dental Care regularly for my Invisalign and they are hands down the best practice I've been to. A professional exterior with kind employees from reception to the doctors. I have sensory issues that mean I can struggle to keep up with my Invisalign schedule and every time I come in to my appointment a bit behind I leave with the confidence that I can keep going because of my doctors reassurance and patience. Very worth it. Thank you guys :)

Fantastic experience: Dr George's team did an excellent job to remove my son's wisdom teeth actually 4 of them at once! My son(20 years old) was able to go back to work just in 2-3days and didn't have any problem. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Saw dr Grant today for the second time for general cleaning and cannot recommend him enough. He is very caring, reassuring and professional. The staff are very kind too. Definitely highly recommended and will be coming back.

Negative experience: This dental practice has rapidly gone downhill in recent years. There a few good people still practicing - but more often than not you will be booked in with a hygienist who has no idea what they are doing. Had the most painful and bloody 6 month clean in my life recently where the hygienist constantly kept cutting my gums. If you value your teeth, I would look at the many other dentists around before booking here.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience with Dr Inhee and Nelly when getting my filling today. Both ladies are very professional and went above and beyond to make sure i had a good and comfortable experience. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Our first visit for my daughter (11) today. After a not so pleasant experience with a previous ortho who recommended we treat asap. We were recommended to see Dr Daniel and team for a braces consult. Not only were all of our questions answered about the needs for her teeth in the future. We were assured that it was far too soon and too young to be treating her for what she needs to have done. We were told to proceed with opg xray, clean and fluoride treatments today and come back for braces in 18 months.

Fantastic experience: Unbelievable dentistry practice. These guys are efficient, well priced, always on time and have simply excellent staff. Special shout out to Mark, Emma, Grant and Sab who did the most fantastic analysis and speediest quality work on my teeth I have ever experienced. Have been with my existing practice for 24 years but after using Bella Dental once, I know I’ve found my dentists for life. Well done team, I can’t believe going to the dentist has given me enough joy to catalyse a google review. Awesome work.

Negative experience: The service was good, BUT, the clean was less than sub par. Our teeth didn’t even feel clean afterwards. Usually after a clean, teeth feels amazing for days. This wasn’t even a few hours, and I could already feel tartar building up, unfortunately. Very disappointed as we really wanted to like it.

Fantastic experience: I had an Invisalign procedure done with Daniel a while ago and have been meaning to write this belated review. Daniel and the team were exceptional, from service ; being efficient and Daniel always being friendly and professional. Highly recommend the team and will be coming back in the future. Kindest Arman

Fantastic experience: Great practice but a special shout out Emma the oral health therapist. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind and exceptional at what she does. She not only cleans your teeth but takes the time out to educate you on how to do it properly and the importance of looking after them. If your looking to get a clean or any other treatment i recommend you see Emma. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Love the service I get from the team especially Emma my dental hygienist. She is awesome! She takes the time to ensure she does a great job. I leave with my teeth feeling very clean and fresh.

Negative experience: Have been going there for many years and always been happy until last week I made a appointment for one dentist who we had previously seen and when I got we got there was put with someone else I was there to see about braces for my daughter The lady we seen was pretty rude we were in there for all of 5 mins to be told no we had to go somewhere else After we were told by another dentist there last year it wouldn’t be a problem I tried to explain this to her but she wasn’t interested I rang to speak to them about my disappointment and The Receptionist I spoke to could not have cared less Have recommended them to many friends but after last week would never recommend them again and definitely won’t be going back there

Fantastic experience: All round great experience. Friendly and Welcoming. Can’t recommend my Dentist Mark and dental surgeon Dr Peter Mansour more highly.

Fantastic experience: Best dental clinic, Dr Peter and the staff are fantastic.

Negative experience: The worst dental centre I have ever seen. Don't waste your time and money. Bella dental centre is a place with zero respect to patients' time and keep rescheduling the appointments. I have been visiting this centre for about 9 months with no progress on my teeth situation. Each appointment was only for a 10 minute talk. If you arrive there 10 minutes later than your time, they won't accept you but if you are on time, have to wait more than 1 hour to visit your dentist.

Negative experience: Dentist was excellent, but the receptionists are so rude here I just couldn’t get past that. Let it go once, then twice, but the last time was the last straw. Make no mistake, they are firmly of the view they are doing you a favour by talking to you. So better not inconvenience them by doing something like…trying to book an appointment. No thanks. Taking my family elsewhere.

Negative experience: There are two entrances with two separate receptions, never clear which reception you should go into. Chances are, you will arrive at the wrong one and be sent to the other. As you have already waited and are repeating yourself, you can preempt what will be asked and to do so offends the receptionists. Furthermore, they will order you to a seat repeatedly until they serve you in their own good time. They are a little loose with their assertions and fail to listen to their customers. A shame, if it were not for a few boorish receptionists it would be a really great dentist. UPDATE: The previous receptionists no longer seem to work there but they seem to have been replaced by receptionists with an even greater disdain for the customers. Particularly bad peroxide blond receptionist who made me wait while she chatted, misplaced my insurance card, and seemed to create unnecessary delays at each point of the interaction. More of a snarl than an interaction really.

Fantastic experience: Best dental practice, been going for years, helpful staff and Peter is the best dentist in the country.

Negative experience: My appointment was cancelled 3 times (not covid related). All I get is a simple call from the receptionist saying we need to reschedule your appointment because Dr. X (not going to mention the name) is no longer available. Over priced dental centre with zero respect to patients' time or schedule.

Negative experience: I went to Bella Dental 7-8 months back with a particular problem that the previous filling of my lightly decayed tooth came out. On check-in to the centre, the first thing the receptionist did was scanned my insurance and rather than checking on what my problem is, sent me to see a random doctor. On seeing the dentist, I told her my key problem but she did 4 local x-rays and 1 full mouth x-ray. Post this, she told me that I need a cleaning and did that. I asked her to do a refilling but she said that it would be done in the next appointment!! I spent 2 hours in their centre just to get the cleaning and xray done with no attention given to the actual problem. They charged me $400+ in this visit for nothing and handed over a plan for further dental work for next 4 sitting for $1400+. Such a horrible experience ! Please do your research before walking in this clinic.

Negative experience: My partner went in for his first clean at Bella dental today and can I say there is no possible way a whole mouth assessment, clean, hygiene instructions and a jaw assessment can adequately be done in 10 minutes! My partner was told that his severe jaw pain was normal and it’s pretty much not their problem. In comparison to other dental practices there was no warmth and we were rushed out the door. I would not recommend at all!

Fantastic experience: Extremely good service, Emma (I believe that was her name) was very kind and considerate, explains everything very well and did a great job. All the staff are nice and professional. Very easy and smooth experience every time I go there.

Negative experience: Me and my 4 year old daughter had dental clean during March 2020. While the dentists were well behaved, professional and very caring, understanding, patient with me and my daughter ( it is her first experience at dentists place) , the receptionist, both of them, rude very much unprofessional and pathetic. They don’t talk or respond if you ask something, as if you are asking some personal favour from them. They are very rude in conversations , don’t listen, don’t address you even if you’re at waiting there for their response!!!! I haven’t seen such rude receptionist in Sydney anywhere. Definitely I will not go back to this place. Sadly the good efforts of dentists is wasted by those during at front desk!!!Bella Dental Care

Fantastic experience: I can't believe it - yet again a superb experience when I went there today. Firstly I called this morning and could already be seen at 2 pm. No way had I even expected that. Same friendly receptionist. Waited only 5 minutes. ! Same very friendly and helpful assistant ( sorry, forgot her name but know she is originally from Newcastle ). Dentist was new to me (Mark) but certainly as professional and competant as the others I have seen in the past. Also showed a lot of empathy. Negative experience: I got braces here. Terrible service I never got told any developments about what was happening, never got asked what I would prefer or would like. I go in for essentially 10 min no communication. For the last 3 months been going and they said it is all paid off then out of the blue my next appointment they said I owe 400, terrible admin. I would highly recommend going to another dentist for braces.

Fantastic experience: Dr chris was so gentle! 10/10 would recommend. Had a tooth extraction and im a big baby when it comes to needles, genuinely felt nothing the whole time!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars are not enough! Peter demonstrates great expertise and an extraordinary passion for his field and he continuously goes above and beyond. I presented with a difficult case during my most recent visit and the pain plus the fear of losing my teeth made me quite emotional. I really appreciated the time Peter took to talk me through it professionally yet with great empathy. And I left cured with a big smile on my face. I highly recommend Peter and his team to everyone.

Fantastic experience: We had to change dental service providers 4 times within 2 years prior to 2013. Had terrible service experiences and some wanted to charge way too much for invisialign products. Bella dental care is the one our family settled with and they have been looking after us well. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Negative experience: $160 for a 5second inspection and a ten minute clean is far too expensive. How much money do these people make. Ripoff

Fantastic experience: Was made very welcome from the moment I first walked in. The receptionist Christine was both caring and helpful. The dentist (Peter) was knowledgeable and had a comforting /reassuring demeanour. And finally the dental hygienists were very skilled in their role. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Dr Isabelle Ahn deserved a 6* if I could. She has been looking after me many times for almost 5 years and she never hurts me once. She is very caring and professional. Even if I was moving far away I will keep going to see her. I put 4* because twice I couldn't have an appointment with her and the other dentists were not as good. They did the job but nothing special. Reception staff are friendly and professional

Negative experience: The most unpleasant experience to a dental practice. A TOTAL rip-off. An appointment for a signature to prove that I was there for my dental check up 10 weeks ago? You must be kidding. I know that I don't have to pay for it because of my private health fund, but I don't appreciate being rip-off either. This is another reason why our premium keeps going up every year.

Fantastic experience: Bella Dental Care is the true definition of a family dentist! I have never been disappointed with my visits and the entire team put in a lot of effort to take care of me and make me feel comfortable each time.

Negative experience: Although staff are professional, if you are time poor stay well away from this place. What stuck out like a sore thumb is the fact that you have to keep coming back because things are not progressing compared with another honest dentist. The place lacks warmth and you feel like another set of teeth going in and quickly out the door.

Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with my dentist Isabelle from Bella Dental Care currently a few months into my Invisalign and couldn't be happier! The receptionist Mikayla is really lovely too she knows exactly what is going on and is always so friendly and welcoming.
