Dr. Saad was very knowledgeable and patient with the process throughout my entire Invisalign journey. Shoutout to Kim as well who was always so accommodating with my schedule and was able to squeeze me in when needed. I couldn’t recommend this clinic more - the team, the quality of the service and the practice itself are the best you will get. Will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience: Peter Ikonomou is the best dentist in the Sydney CBD. For more than 10 years I’ve trusted Peter for all of my dental needs, including Invisalign, Scale and Clean, Braces and X-ray. Peter and front office reception and dental assistant Kim are the reason I continue to return to this practice. Many people say to me, I don’t like going to the dentist, I reply with I love it, because of Peter and Kim.

Fantastic experience: If like me I dread going to the dentist. But Kim the Practice Manager is so nice and friendly. Dr Peter is fantastic, very polite and caring. His team is so understanding & supportive of our anxiety & make us feel so relaxed with his work always being of high quality. Negative experience: Avoid Dr Elva Huang. I went in for checkup/ clean and got charged over $700 for what was just a 15min teeth clean and not a thorough clean at that. The rest of the cost was for her long list of add ons for photos, mouth scan and X-rays (already had xray 6mths ago). All unnecessary but she was trying to profit from fees and optimise claims from my health fund (wiped out my dental limit for the year). She is money hungry and unethical. Very disappointing that some dentists like her behave like greedy unreliable car mechanics.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Elva Huang did a great job for my wisdom teeth extraction. She is informative, professional and patient. I would recommend anyone to go to her for dental related issues.

Negative experience: I had crown issue and told the dentist about it. She helped me to do the X ray. I told her my dentist took my crown, clean it and stick it back for few times. My crown didn't damaged. The dentist she insist that it is impossible for my crown fixed as my another dentist did. She repeat and repeat about my crown issue. I spent $295 and time, I got nothing to fix. Today I went to another dentist which referred by a friend. The dentist charged me $160 of X ray and fixed my problem with his great dentist experience. Fantastic experience: I’ve always been fearful when having to visit a dentist, so I didn’t take enough care of dental health as I’m supposed to. Luckily, I found city clear dental clinic, in a perfect location (right next to town hall station) and Dr Elva who has got superior skills, and always very gentle with the treatment. Now, visiting dentist is no longer a dreadful experience, and my dental health has also been greatly improved. Clear dental is my preferred clinic and I will definitely go back in the future.

Negative experience: I was performing dental treatment at the Sydney Dental Clinic (Clear Dental in Chatswood and city）The doctor in charge was Dr. Johnson Huang. He did not inform me of the risk of dental surgery in advance, nor did he sign any agreement on the risk of dental surgery. In the process of whole teeth, my teeth turned black, and my tooth nerves were damaged, which caused my personal mental state to be very bad and extremely depressed. He is an extremely irresponsible doctor. He shirks himself for various reasons. Responsibility, I now have to complain to him.

Dr Elva Huang's Knowledge, skill, experience and most importantly, the willingness and ability to be EMPATHIC had utterly earned my trust within the first 2 visits. I don't know how many people out there are as fearful as me when it comes to seeing a dentist, but if there's any, I will, without any doubt, recommend Dr Elva Huang. Not being a member of any private health insurance i was more scared. But thanks to the lady doctor at clear dental... i am happy and satisfied with the way my filling was done.
