I have severe anxiety and have always been terrified of the dentist, but they completely changed that for me. I had a large amount of dental work done, and they walked me through every step with so much patience and care. It was completely pain-free something I’ve never experienced before at any other dentist. Dr Emil and his team truly go above and beyond. They’ve given me back my confidence and trust in dental care. Fantastic experience: I had my first visit with Port Pacific Dental today. I was really impressed by my dentist, Dr Shayla Truong. She was professional, gentle and thorough, provided an appropriate referral, and did not suggest unnecessary treatments. The dental nurse, along with reception staff, went above and beyond in organising referrals to Speacialist services. I have been searching for a new dentist (moved location) for over two years ( and tried a few!) will definitely be continuing with this practice.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Shayla Truong was the most reassuring and kind dentist I've ever met - and trust me I hate going to the dentist with a passion. She gave me a very thorough teeth clean and comprehensive checkup and even identified issues regarding tooth decay that previous dentists failed to emphasise during consultations. The cleaning process itself was painless and she would routinely ask if I was okay and needed a break (I definitely didn't because I'd almost fallen asleep in her chair). I would recommend her to anyone seeking a dentist who not only shows care but wants someone to look after them for the long term as well.

Oh and if your scared off dentist or pain, he's your man. Even used numbing gel before aesthetic needle for absolute minimum pain, both constantly asking was i ok or did i break... which i didnt, cause he's GOOD !!!
