Fantastic experience: Friendly and helpful staff. Great service. I had a best experience. Best practice in the area.Dr Priya and her assistant were so professional. The whole centre and Dr. Priya deserves than 5 star.:)

Fantastic experience: They did a great job, I still don't like drills though. Incentive to brush my teeth regularly I guess.

Positive experience: Impressive service, except the locality is not ideal. Parking is a nightmare in Carousel. I had to drive around 15 minutes to find a parking place and it was an hour before noon!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional receptionist... i asked to book an appointment for next week before thursday....first she went away to do her stuff ignoring directly then she came after about 5-6 minutes and then she started making faces and bluntly said we don’t have any appointment untill couple weeks i said can you give me a date and then she asked me to hold again and i just left with disappointment.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. Booked an appointment on Sunday 11:00am and I was told the appointment was cancelled when I get here. The staff insisted that they called me 20 times in the past week and emailed and text 4 or 5 times and didn’t get response. In fact, I only got one missed call yesterday 9am and one text message, I then replied yes by text message at 9:05am. When I showed the staff the text message I replied, she said they didn’t get it and keep telling me they called 4 or 5 times before (not 20 times??) and implied it is my fault that I didn’t confirm earlier. She then said the slot is still empty and will check with the dentist however it is end up fully booked for the day. I feel this is very poor booking management.

Fantastic experience: I’m a nervous patient at the dentist, but Dr Mahale was fantastic. I felt at ease and everything was explained.

Negative experience: The visit was very uncomfortable. The dentist seemed rushed, and the cleaning felt rough and painful — like going through a procedure without care. My teeth were sore all day afterward, and I can still feel the pain even after a day. The communication also felt impersonal, with little advice or warmth.

Fantastic experience: I came to hbf dental simply because I have the hbf insurance. Dr Manikanddan saved me from my toothache. She is professional and knowledgeable and friendly. I have been her patient since then and it has been great. I have recommended hbf dental to my husband and will recommend it to others too.

Fantastic experience: I always have good experiences whenever I visit this place. My family are HBF Member that’s why we chose this dental. My Dentist is Dr. Patel and he’s really friendly. My two children are seeing him as well. But overall, all dentist in this place are friendly and even the front desk ladies are very helpful

Negative experience: I called the place more than 5 times before they picked up. I changed the time 1week before the appointment and when I arrived there, they said that the apointment was only cancelled even though I booked an apointment after cancelling. The dentist was OK but the reception was no good.

Negative experience: I had an appointment for examination and cleaning. While examination Was done thoroughly, cleaning only took 10 minutes which wasn't normal at all. Given that I had my last cleaning done 9 months ago, it seems staff just decided to cut the corners. Not happy at all. Definitely won't come back again.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bangash is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! So incredibly kind and empathetic, he made the process of getting my wisdom teeth removed feel really comfortable and he talked me through every single step of the way, not to mention the fact he constantly checked in with me to make sure I was going okay and was comfortable. I’ve also been treated by other dentists here and have had similar experiences, they’re all a very nice team and show a lot of care for their patients. I won’t be going anywhere else!!

Negative experience: No happy with Teeth cleaning.one hour appointment they tried to sale me more and last 10 mins done my cleaning and recommended me to come back with deep cleaning I have HBF insurance. They said once in a year clean cover. But all they trying to focus in my appointment up sale. Telling me to do things which is not necessary

Negative experience: Attended a booked and confirmed appointment for 3:40pm, when I arrived I was told that the dentist had left around noon due to emergency. I was asked if ok for another dentist and I happily agreed as I already undertime at work. While filling in the paperwork I was told that I needed to wait until 5pm. What a waste of time, to start with they should have informed me that the first dentist has left giving me a chance to make another arrangement instead of finding out when I got in the premises. Then to be told that needed to wait for more than an hour was just a joke. HBF need to clean their act, I pay the top cover but getting the lousy service. May need to search for another provider.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Cannington HBF dental are so kind and take the time to explain everything to you. Dr Patel thank you for taking the time to re-educate me on my dental education and explain in detail how to look after them and get them to a better condition. HBF dental Cannington is the perfect place for any dental needs and the everyone there is just so helpful and supportive on your dental journey.

Negative experience: I had appointment at 10 and some1 called me and ask if you can come early cos some1 canceled his appointment. I told them sorry can’t come early than I was late 20 minutes cos couldn’t find address and lady was on phone with me and explained where they located. When I reach the store she said sorry we can’t attend you today. If you don’t want to attend you should have to say on the phone not when customer spend 20 minutes to find the address. Really disappointed with the customer service .

Negative experience: I made a appointment for dental check up with Dr Walsh which was confirmed twice prior to the date. As usual all the preliminary paperwork’s were done upon arrival ans waited for the consultation for almost 15 mins , the receptionist advised the doctor is sick and can’t proceed with the appointment. The receptionist had to ring the dentist to hear that he is sick. Such a poor display of professionalism and duty of care towards the clients by HBF dental. Every citizens time ,resources and efforts are valuable , which should be handled in a better way.

Fantastic experience: Been here for a few times, and was treated by two doctors. They were great in explaining to me about the procedure and what to expect in future appointments. Did not give off judgments when I explained about my condition, which I personally think it’s a huge service on my end. I’m actually very scared of going to the dentists and they were so patient with me when it started to become too intense mid service. Still trying my best to overcome my fear of dentists, but after the few sessions, safe to say, this’ll be my go to dentist. Bonus: it’s near HBF! If I ever have questions regarding my cover, it’s just a walk away! Very convenient location.
