Fantastic experience: Rockingham Dental Centre on Thorpe is a fantastic clinic. I had been searching for a clinic that offered everything in one place: X-rays, 3D machines for crowns, dental implants, and care for both adults and kids,and I finally found it! Dr. Elton Wong is absolutely amazing. He removed two of my teeth with no issues at all, did two beautiful crowns, and even fixed a filling. All done professionally and pain-free. The technology they use is top-notch, and the entire process felt smooth and modern. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. As a mum of two girls, it’s so reassuring to know they also offer gentle, family-friendly care for kids. If you’re looking for a reliable, modern, and friendly dental clinic in Rockingham, this is the place. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: You won’t find a more caring, thoughtful, and sweet dentist than Dr. Zena. If she ever changes clinic, I’ll follow. She’s a perfectionist and works to very high standards. I was especially anxious at my last appointment, and she put me right at ease and took as much time as I needed. Even with all my questions, she never made me feel rushed! Her assistant is fantastic too—very efficient and at the ready, while always smiling and super friendly. The dental centre is clean, friendly, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I see Dr Vilas for my dental work and Tovie for my teeth clean. They are both exceptional in their commitment, passion and caring and are both really decent human beings. Fantastic experience: I work away and make appointments in advance not sure if I’m even home for it, usually not, I have to go about changing the dates and times. Bri has been so amazing to deal with! Nothings too much trouble, such a pleasure! My hygienist Rita was so knowledgeable and professional, she knew exactly what I was going through as soon as I sat back in the chair and helped formulate a plan to get everything sorted. Really enjoy the whole experience

Fantastic experience: Safe to say, I'm not a huge fan of the dentist, like alot of people, for our many different reasons mine being very bad anxiety and PTSD. Unfortunately, I found myself in an 'emergency' situation and needed to find a dentist that could fit me in. From the first phone call to Rockingham Dental Centre, the staff went out of their way to try to accommodate me and managed to fit me in the next day. The practice is easy to find, has good parking, is spacious and inviting. The reception staff are AMAZING! They checked in with me every so often to make sure I was doing ok...that pesky anxiety. Then I met Dr. Hari Menon. Dr Menon was warm and set me at ease from the moment I walked in the room. He took time to get to know a bit about me, especially my anxiety issues and was very empathetic. He offered numerous different treatment approaches and options, explained step by step what was happening/what he was doing and made 'extra sure' he used latex free equipment, after me checking numerous times I didn't know there were so many different treatment options available for not only teeth, but for TMJ and sleep apnoea! I am booked in for a 'routine check up' where we will come up with a treatment plan that works for ME. Thank you again Dr Menon and staff, I am forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: Wow, what a fabulous dental surgery. Dr Jude and Britney make an amazing team. So professional in every way and the level of care and understanding was amazing. They were very sympathetic to my situation. My confidence has improved dramatically since having my teeth fixed. Fantastic experience: Professionalism across the board. I had neglected my teeth for years and I knew they needed attention. I did my own online investigation and found a practice close to home with a variety of experienced people on staff. I booked my first appointment online which got me started effortlessly. As I sat in the waiting room before my first appointment, I observed a large digital screen which provided on-screen information about oral ailments and solutions available at RDC which I found comforting. I met with Dr Jude who was youthful, energetic and very professional. He examined me in a comfortable and reassuring manner. He sent me a treatment plan that was well laid out and reasonably priced. I have since had cleanings with a hygienist, extractions, ceramic caps installed and a general check up and I couldn't be more pleased.

Fantastic experience: The centre itself is easy to access from the main road with plenty of parking for clients. Reception area is huge & very clean, with a bathroom available for patients use if required. The receptionists are very welcoming & lovely, especially young 'Bri' who helped me with my new patient forms. I had dental work conducted by Vilas, who was extremely professional & kind during my visit. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my tooth, various options I had to fix it, & what my expected outcome would be. He didn't rush me out the door, & was extremely gentle while working. His dental nurse, Evie, was also the loveliest dental nurse I've ever had, & both dentist & nurse worked together efficiently & effectively. I will 100% be returning to Vilas to carry out the rest of my treatment plan. Originally I began with DB dental who told me my work would cost $7000. Vilas was able to offer an alternative option, which also saved my original tooth, for less than a third of what DB would have charged. So happy, thank you guys

Fantastic experience: I would absolutely recommend this dental practice it is exceptionally professional. The destist I saw was Dr Vilas, he was very gentle, helpful and thorough. I'd been having an issue with a gold crown which he rectified for me. I will definitely be returning. They also ran on time and don't keep you waiting which is a bonus.

Fantastic experience: Dr Vilas Menon has been my dentist for about 8 years now. Everywhere he goes I follow because of the service he provides. I live 45 mins away from Rockingham dental practice and I am still extremely happy to travel the distance. He’s kind, extremely knowledgeable, professional, listens, provides insights on what you can do better yourself and you feel cared for. Also, all the procedures I’ve gotten done have been painless. The practice is amazing too, staff is very professional and friendly. I’d recommend them to everyone :)

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Rockingham Dental for a clean. Sarah was amazing and so thorough. I have never enjoyed getting a scale and polish but Sarah turned that around for me completely! She was so gentle with the Airflow. It was non-evasive and she did an amazing job. Its been over a week and my teeth still feel smooth and look so much better! Will definitely not put this off again! Well worth a visit.

Negative experience: I was asked to delay my appointment a few hours to help our the practice, politely agreed as it was the nice thing to do. Arrived before my rescheduled appointment time and notified reception I had arrived. Sadly close to 40 minutes after my new appointment time, I had to ask if and when I would be able to be seen via my dentist. Reception notified me that it would still be awhile longer. Extremely disappointed as for the prior 40 minutes I was not notified that maybe I might not be seen to, as well as doing the practice a massive favour allowing them to reschedule me. It was a Friday afternoon, so it seems everyone was ready to head home for the week while having a good chat in the back. Hopefully I'm the only one with a bad experience, as this practice has been great in the past.

Fantastic experience: The best dental experience ever!! I used to hate going to dentists, but my experience with Dr. Hari and all his staff was incredibly great. Made me feel comfortable and queried with me all the time to see how I was going. Best of all, I was ushered in early!!! It's never happened to me at any other practice in the past. Really, really friendly people and very professional.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth come loose at work during the week and the team was able to squeaze me in last minute and also got me in for a check up and clean too. Hari talks through the process of everything with you too so that you know what is going on (different options for the tooth replacement) They are also very affordable for check ups and cleaning. Would definitely recommend them and Hari.

I have complete trust in Dr Hari and i am over the moon with my smile transformation with the short duration of wearing the inman aligner for 12 weeks. Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted, booked my daughter in for one filling,made that clear when I booked the appointment, she had to wait over an hour from her scheduled appointment, then the dentist went and took extra xrays which were not needed and a full exam costing $157.00 then wanted to charge another $373.00 for one and a half fillings which were not getting done to the next day what a joke I will not be back and do not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I booked myself in for a teeth clean, it was easy and the staff were quite friendly. The reason I chose RDA is because they did require a mandatory check up with a dentist beforehand (Usually costing around $80). Once arriving the staff were pleasant and my appointment went ahead on time. I was booked in with Emma the resident Hygienist. Emma was polite, gentle and did a very thorough job. Emma gave great dental advice and sent me on my way with a dental hygiene kit. Overall a very good experience, I would recommend Emma to anyone looking to book in with a Hygienist.
