Fantastic experience: I took my nearly 94 year old father to see Dr Andrej for the first time today. Dr Andrej was very kind, professional and patient. Given that my father is very hard of hearing, Dr Andrej took a lot of time making sure that my father (and I), understood what work was required, patiently talking him through the xrays taken, indicating clearly where the problems were and what treatment options were available and their costings. He did not put any pressure on my father to get the work done, told him to think about it and come back. However, he was also happy to progress with some of the work in the same consult when my father requested he do so. My father felt really happy with the work done so far and will be returning in the near future. I found the consult to be a really good experience also. It was lovely to see such respect, kindness and care taken toward an elderly client. Update: My father has had all of his dental work completed by Dr Andrej over a period of 6 weeks. He is extremely happy with the outcome and feels Dr Andrej is one of the best dentists he has ever been to.

Fantastic experience: Had a broken tooth and needed it extracted. Dr Andrej was informative and friendly and took the time to explain my options and the possible complications. I went ahead with the extraction and it came out smoothly. By the time it was done it was pouring rain outside, he even offered an umbrella for which i was grateful for. Seeing a dentist can be confronting and embarrassing, but Dr Ljubin and his assistant Havva are both gentle and caring, they genuinely care about you and your health and you are treated as a person without judgement. I have bad teeth for sure, but I have had so many bad experiences with dentists it made it worse. For the first time I feel comfortable. I’d been putting off visiting for about 2 years because of my anxiety around dentists but he was super informative and took the time to explain what was happening and why. Fantastic experience: Admittedly, I hadn’t been to a dentist for longer than I care to confess. From the first consult, Dr Andrej was calm and understanding. He listened and helped me understand a plan that suited me medically and financially. Dr Andrej took onboard the stress & anxiety that I was feeling and explained every tool and task that came thereafter. I genuinely could not be thankful enough, or recommend enough.

Negative experience: I am genuinely surprised this dentist has lot of good reviews. I had a good expectation before visiting but unfortunately that’s destroyed as soon as I walked in and had a bit of chat with Dr Andrej. He got an arrogant attitude. I couldn’t even ask questions since I was feeling pressured talking to him. I wish I did not choose to go to this dentist. I would never go back.

Fantastic experience: Excellent friendly service. Dr Andrej is very experience and thorough. His work is skilled and gentle. Also posses a lovely and approachable manner. I am usually nervous with dentists but have felt at ease with Dr Andrej. He even thoughtfully use non-latex gloves as I have allergies. Staff are friendly too. Location has easy parking with clean and comfortable facilities. 5 stars all round!

He recently provided me with a take home teeth whitening kit which included moulds / trays, whitening gel, + one session in the chair and I could not be happier. He explained everything to me in detail about how this whitening differs from others, how to use / get best results, even gave me a spare tube of gel for when I ran out! Positive experience: Five stars for dental. Went three times for some basic procedures, no problems and very happy with the dental work and efficient service. Dentist was skilled and described procedures well, prior to, and during, the work. Honest & straight down-the-line, didn't try and upsell anything. One star for communication, via website contact form which invited questions, and then from further emails. Messages ignored, lack of courtesy, lack of understanding and generally not much interest. Not what I would expect from a professional to a repeat client.

Fantastic experience: I have had an absolutely fantastic experience with Dr Ljubin from the Dental Gallery in Mt Lawley. I avoided the dentist for the last 10years due to a previous bad experience and a phobia of needles. Then I got engaged and realised that I really wanted to smile without being self conscious on my wedding day. I also didn't want to look back at my wedding photos and only see a smile I wasn't happy with. Dr Ljubin was very patient and kind to me and found different methods to help me get through the dental work I needed to get done. He also worked with me on timeframes and treatment plans so I could budget and get the dental veneers I had been dreaming about. I am now so happy with my smile and have gained more confidence as well. Plus I don't dread going to the dentist anymore. I would definitely recommend Dr Ljubin and the Dental Gallery.

Fantastic experience: I find that Dr Ljubin is very knowledgeable dentist who takes time to explain and discuss all the procedures with the patient. HE has been very methodical in presenting me with few options in regards to implants I am planning to have . He has explained all the pros and cons of the treatment(s), so that I was able to make an independent judgment. Dr Ljubin also suggested all scanning procedures as well as excellent surgeon who will be doing all my implants. He has also been able to consult us with the procedures with my son’s wisdom teeth and realignment of his K9 . I have no reservations in recommending The Dental Gallery and Dr Ljubin to all, as an excellent , “ one stop shop “, family dentist .

Negative experience: Very unprofessional!!! Very disappointed! I went there with one problem and left with a different one!! I called him to explain the situation and he straight way said that I was accusing him and if I wasn't happy I could see another dentist! Well, a good professional would have told me "Would you like to come here so I can have a look and see what happened?" Guess what? It did not happen as expected!!!

Fantastic experience: Andre has been my dentist for over eight years and I have followed him from Coogee to Beaufort Street and now to his own practice. I have just had my four front teeth crowned and I only wish I had done this years ago.
