Fantastic experience: Ivy is an absolute superstar, I couldn't be happier. As someone that is normally nervous of the dentist, she puts me so at ease and always looks after me. All of the staff are super lovely and helpful as well.

Fantastic experience: The dentist absolutely terrifies me. However the staff had been absolutely wonderful with me and my daughter. The whole clinic is calm and inviting and all the staff are welcoming and friendly. Huge shout out to Dr Jen Thong for showing patience with my toddler during her check ups and arranging for her to see an ENT specialist and to Dr Wenny Xue for also showing patience with her during my dental visit.

I recently had a dental emergency after breaking a tooth, and the level of care I received was outstanding.When I called, the friendly and professional receptionist immediately fit me in for a same-day appointment. I was seen by Dr. John and his wonderful nurse, Errina. They were an amazing team who were both incredibly kind and attentive. They made me feel completely at ease and fixed my tooth with a filling that was absolutely pain-free. I couldn't recommend this practice highly enough for their exceptional service and compassionate care!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars service people there are very nice and one of the ladies at the front gave me a phone charger to charge my phone while your having your teeth checked you get to watch tv and have headphones the headphones are pretty good quality and the building feels very nice and new i highly recommend to go here for your next appointment

Fantastic experience: Honestly, Oak Tree Dental is the best dentist I've ever experienced. The admin staff are so friendly and welcoming and the dentist and his assistant were exceptionally kind, competent and caring and made me feel comfortable throughout my procedures. I'm a child of the 50's who was traumatised by dentists as a child so it is huge for me to find such an amazing dental surgery to take care of my dental needs.

A clean and welcoming practice with friendly reception and the convenience of offering in house X-rays (my first time to not have to complete X-rays at a separate radiologist). Fantastic experience: John and his team have the most incredible caring attitude and the most dedicated staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I was fortunate to find this surgery 10 years ago. John has worked his magic, saving teeth and giving me a life changing quality with my challenging teeth. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I absolutely just love going. John always asks after my adult children, asks how I am, and what I’m currently doing. I feel that I’m more than just a customer and a name on his job sheet. I have seen some of the other dental doctors and they all share this amazing warmth and caring attitude. The dental nurses and receptionist area always have smiles on their faces and are always happy to help. The surgery is bright, super clean and homely. Fantastic experience: After unpleasant experience at another practice in ballarat while experiencing alot of pain and not knowing any dentists after moving from NSW a friend recommended Oak Tree. The day I called them they fitted me in and gave me advice on how obtain my X-rays. Dr Alex and the dental assistances were so kind and careful during my procedure and treated me with the upmost respect and even stayed back to ensure everything was completed properly as it turned out to be complex and I felt no pain during the procedure and very little pain after the procedure. There pricing is extremely fair and worth every cent for the treatment they provide. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Fantastic experience: Treated my frail aged father with dignity and care. Dr Vincent involved Dad in the decision making and did just what he wanted to make his mouth more comfortable. We left feeling very happy with the care we received. The clinic is wheelchair accessible with a good ramp, automatic doors and accessible bathroom facilities.

Fantastic experience: Oak Tree Dental is the best dental practice I've ever been to. The staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful and Dr Lim is totally awesome. I drive nearly two hours for my appointments because I don't want to go anywhere else. He's gentle and caring and extremely thorough. The practice its self is clean and calming.

Fantastic experience: Wow Dr Peter is the best most professional dentist I have ever had and I am 68 years old !! All other dentists I have ever experienced have been nothing like the visit I had today 13/01/2021. , I never felt the needle at all, he worked on rebuilding a badly broken tooth like an artist , state of the art technology, great work ethics ....in fact I was so relaxed with no pain I nearly fell asleep...I have never fallen asleep at the dentist before. The pain injection was instantly dead, most times I have waited at other dentist for 15 minutes for it to kick in.....I moved from Melbourne to Ballarat area 6 months ago and if I could give 10 out 10 for dentistry I would give 11 to Dr Peter and Kristan the dental nurse...oh and the tooth turned out perfect, colour matched other teeth....I couldn't be happier.

Fantastic experience: A really impressive dentistry. They have the latest equipment and techniques and are great value. Very high quality results. Much better than my old dentist in every way. My wife and kids have also moved over to Oak tree and they are happy too. Best find of 2020 for me.

I am so grateful to you and your gorgeous staff who helped my 9 year old boy Saturday night after a horrendous accident with multiple broken teeth. You answered your phone and were amazing! We attended hospital and could not get through to any other dentist in Ballarat, our only other option was to go to the Royal Children’s Hospital. Again thankyou, I cannot recommend you enough.

Not only did they do an amazing job on my tooth, when I didn’t have enough money in my account to pay for the surgery (a mistake on my behalf), the staff were very understanding and allowed me to pay for half first. I can’t write enough kind words for these people!

Fantastic experience: Today I attended for the first time for a dental emergency. Dr. John was absolutely lovely. I have such a gag reflex it's difficult at the best of times, but he was calm, kind, and very informative. By far the easiest and least stressful dentist visit for me, despite an extraction of a back molar. Fantastic experience: I needed a last minute appointment and Oak Tree Dental were able to fit me in the next day. Their clinic is modern and spotless clean with beautiful natural light coming through. Their staff are all really lovely and caring and they also charged me half the price to what I was quoted by some Melbourne clinics. Being new to the area, I was still travelling to my old dentist an hour and a half away so I'm happy that my experience was very positive and that I now have a new place to go :)
