Fantastic experience: Very Conveniently located in Mitcham shopping Centre with plenty of free parking. Lovely, helpful front office staff. Efficient, very nice dentists & assistants + state of the equipmentI. t’s my go to!

Positive experience: lots of facilities and nice service. spent $215 for a general dental checkup + x ray for my wisdom teeth locations, excluding stain removal services when the dentist said i have some stains on my teeth. I know this is not too expensive compared to the other ones but ig im just too broke for this, missing the bulk-billed dental services when I was under 18

Fantastic experience: About a month ago I didn't have many teeth up top and my front ones were badly damaged, I don't have a before photo coz it looked so bad,I kept my mouth shut. Now my front ones are rebuilt and with help of a plate, full rack up top and I can eat too. Very happy, it's life changing and they were friendly and non-judgemental. Thanksgiving

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Dr. Ai Ling Hu Sharma. I went to her for a tooth extraction, and since I trusted her expertise, I accepted her recommendation to remove the tooth. She explained that there was a chance one part of the root might not come out during the procedure and would fall out on its own later, which I agreed to. However, during the extraction, she broke the neighboring tooth. She completed the procedure and asked me to return another day for follow-up, but when I saw the damage to my tooth after getting to my car, I went back to have it fixed. It took four hours to repair, and unfortunately, the repaired tooth did not match the color of my natural teeth. To make things worse, she asked me to pay for the repair. When I told her the damage wasn’t my fault and that she should take responsibility, she argued with me and said she would charge my insurance instead of me, which was frustrating and upsetting. This entire experience was extremely traumatizing, and I would not recommend Dr. Sharma based on what I went through.

Fantastic experience: We were new to Preventive Dentistry and were welcomed with care and consideration for myself and my children. Viral was so patient with two of my children who needed expanders. He explained everything clearly and the children were calm and prepared. The front desk staff are so lovely and coming from a dentist that missed quite a few things over the years, we are thankful we found Preventive!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to preventive Dentistry for a number of years. The staff are lovely and always professional. Last year I had to have root canal treatment and I was a bit apprehensive but I needn't have worried because I wasn't in any pain throughout the procedure. Follow that I had a crown put on that tooth and you can't tell it from my other teeth. My latest treatment was just a clean and checkup and as usual it was done quickly and painlessly. I have had no hesitation recommending them to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend preventative dentistry highly enough. I have quite sensitive teeth with previous cleaning experiences being quite painful but Michael, the dental hygienist at Mitcham was so great and provided the most pain free cleaning experience I’ve had this far. In addition he was very knowledgeable and gave me some great information and tips about dental hygiene all whilst being very friendly and personable. In addition, Jill at the reception desk was so accommodating with the multiple appointments I needed to make for myself and my kids following my clean, and once again was incredibly friendly and personable.

Fantastic experience: Had an excellent dental experience with Dr Chan Hyuk Gong for my wisdom tooth extraction and for my children's check-up. His expertise and his way of communication wiped out my dental anxiety. The staffs are friendly.

Fantastic experience: I am a regular client of this excellent practice. I have always had great quality work done at fair prices (they are ‘Bupa preferred’). Including most recently receiving a dental implant, where the extraction and implant part of the overall process were able to be performed by my dentist (Dr Trilok Vallury) in the one visit. My new tooth looks and feels perfect. In addition the process was well explained to me both before and while it was being carried out, which I appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I've been bringing my 3 sons here for year's as well as my own not so regular as required appointments! The staff are always brilliant and great with kids. No gap health fund coverage is always great on the hip pocket.

Negative experience: Took a friend to the dentist, as I was sitting in waiting room watching the staff. I found them to be rude and unprofessional. But nothing could of been as rude as the old gentleman dentist. Not only did he talk down to my nervous friend but he seemed to dither about like he had no idea what was happening in (as I found out) his own practice. Maybe we caught them on a off day but my friend left more nervous than she was before and will not be returning.
