Fantastic experience: If there were to be 6 stars I would give this place a 6 in a heart beat. I am so glad I found this place. I called to enquire about a dental work for my dad and Kristina at the reception was super helpful and patient in answering them and even checked with Dr Josie. Dad was in pain, stress and very anxious with his tooth infection as other dentist he visited could not provide any care. He was especially stressed as he has gone through alot for the past month. Dad seen Dr Josie and she was magnificent, very skillful and made dad feel calm and reassured. She took time to explain to us everything before, during and after the procedure so that we are clear, not like other places who just want to get to the next patient. Dad was so happy with the procedure, he says Dr Josie was so gentle, he didn't feel any pain and before he knows it, it was all done. Dr Josie and Kristina are truly caring, they even follow-up on him to see how he goes the next day. I have seen the fantastic review about this place and I agree with all of them. I have never seen such level of care and professionalism before and I could not express how grateful I am. I would like to thank you Dr Josie & team in providing such high standard of care which is rare in today's healthcare industry.

Negative experience: Either someone within your dental practice got a hold of your reception phone or scam callers are piggy backing off your phone number. I received 2 calls today from your number asking if "my refrigerator is working?". I hope for your sakes it wasn't some kids in your dental practice. Happened 30 mins ago
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take matters like this very seriously. Our practice was closed on the Public Holiday, and no one from our team was onsite or using the phone. Unfortunately, it’s possible for scammers to “spoof” legitimate phone numbers, making it appear as though the call is coming from us when it is not.
Please be assured that this was not a call made by anyone from our practice, and we are looking into the matter further. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Fantastic experience: Cant recommend Dr Danny and Josie enough. After needing an emergency root canal procedure done I was seen with urgency and immediate care. Dr Danny was cautious with the plan moving forward, providing pain relief and prescriptions, before working with Dr Josie for 3 separate appointments - my first was the following day and they moved other patients around just to get me in, if this gives an idea of the service levels here. Dr Josie was incredible and made me feel calm throughout all procedures, clearly explaining what was happening before each visit and a recap of how things went after. I can see other reviews mentioning how good she is with children and people with disability, which I can very easily imagine because of how gentle and caring she was. The cherry on top is the receptionists and dental assistants, who are all true professionals here too. I've been in the area for quite a few years now and bounced around a few different dentists, thankfully I found Smile of Ryde and wont look back. Thanks again team

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Smiles of Ryde! Kristina at reception was super friendly and helpful when I called to enquire about the dental work I needed, patiently answering all of my many questions. I had to see both Dr Danny and Dr Josie, and I can definitely say that they were easily the best dentists that I have been to. I tend to get a lot of pain from the drilling, but Dr Josie took great care to ensure that I was as comfortable as possible during my root canal. Dr Danny fit me with a crown, taking a lot of care to make sure that it fit perfectly. They both did such a good job that I fell asleep while they were working on me! They are also very kind in helping to work out payment and the best way take advantage of my health insurance. I will definitely be back for any future dental work!

Fantastic experience: Oh boy! What an amazing first time experience not only for our three children aged 7,4 and 2 but for us as parents taking our babies to the dentist. From the moment we booked our appointments, to entering the facility, to meeting staff, getting check ups and cleans, the whole experience was smooth sailing. It was a welcoming company, friendly and professional staff to such a homey feel in there. Can’t recommend smiles of Ryde dental enough! Our babies was taken care of even with one of our kids having autism not once did they look annoyed, they were so patient and treated him no different to his siblings. Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous dental patient & will travel a long way to be treated by gentle but also very professional dentists. I have found them at Smiles of Ryde. Dr Josie & Dr Danny are so caring but also very skilled dentists. They explain everything clearly, always double check you are comfortable & feeling no discomfort. Fantastic experience: Dr Danny was fantastic, I went there for a 2nd opinion and was extremely impressed with how Dr Danny explained my current concerns. He was extremely thorough in his checks and explained very clearly what potential issues their were, along with detailed photos and videos showing how these issues arise. He advised on what needs to be undertaken and I feel confident in both his ability and also, he is utilizing state of the art equipment. I would also like to highlight the supporting staff there as well, who were extremely pleasant and caring. Everyone had a very calming nature which greatly assisted my high anxiety! Will definitely be back along with my family!

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Josie, and this practice in general. The level of care I have received is unprecedented in my experience. During the appointments there is continuous monitoring of my comfort levels (I struggle a little with dental anxiety), and the follow up messages after the appointments are another very welcome touch. The treatment itself has been incredible, and every step is clearly explained so I understand the approach to be taken and the reasons behind it. I feel very fortunate that needing an emergency appointment has led me to this practice, which I wholeheartedly recommend.

I've had 5 star dentists via google review and left dissapointed after first treatment for my son, he was 6 yo and kind of traumatized to see dentist after that. Fantastic experience: I have seen both Dr Strumendo and Dr Ferlito in the past and they have always been very friendly, knowledgable and thorough in their service. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr Ferlito in December 2016. I had not been to a dentist for sometime because of excess travel so needed a check up with a good cleaning and had 4 filling done. This was my best experience at a dentist (ok, I am normal person so I don't look forward to visiting the dentist). What I really liked was that it shows she is passionate about the job and therefore at the top of innovation. It was quick and not painful and she explained things clearly and nicely. My wife told me it was showing how good a cleaning I got. I would rather go there than my usual dentist in London.
