I felt no pain and she so gentle with her work. Thanks also to the others staffs.. they are so friendly and helpful with all the explanations about the extraction aftercare. Negative experience: I had an emergency and needed a tooth pulled immediately as it has been giving me pain all night with no relief from any pain killers it had me in tears and only to be told, they don’t have any appointments until the 24th of January, not even a offer to be on a waiting list if someone cancels!!!

Negative experience: saw 3 different dentists for issue with same tooth in 6 wks, told different thing by each, the last being tooth needs to come out so due to possible complications I opted to have a temp filling & come back for extraction - earliest appointment from October, 18th Jan 2023Thurs last week swelling developed the gum at the tooth, ? infection, rang Hilltops, script given for antibiotics but no appointment available for extraction till 23/12 at the earliest. So I rang another practice in another town & squeezed me in for yesterday & tooth out at 6pm as they stayed after closing to do it! Tooth was out in less than 5mins. So never again at Hilltops or Elevate dental as owned by the same person

Fantastic experience: Dr Carl has taken over the business of Hilltops dentistry & he was amazing with me, so to Emma the dental nurse, I am a very anxious person when it comes to the dentists. Dr Carl listened to my concerns & took his time with me, Dr Carl & Emma were both very empathetic, Emma & Dr Carl both turned my bad experience around completely. Dr Carl & Emma made me feel very comfortable & at ease, I walked out feeling like i was heard & listened to, I was taken very good care of, it was the perfect experience. Fantastic experience: Dr Fingleton is a true master of his art. I had a massive gap resulting from my teeth moving due to age. It affected my smile. He fixed it today and no more gap. I'm extremely happy with the results. Thank you!
