Fantastic experience: As someone who is incredibly nervous and anxious about the dentist. I called and was straight away met with a lovely lady on the phone. I was calmed enough that I actually came to the appointment. I needed an extraction of a tooth and they were very professional but caring as well as understanding of me. The whole experience was way different to what I thought I was going to have and you know what. I’ll be coming back. Calm, clean and, considerate. Highly recommend and will be telling family and friends.

Fantastic experience: BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I went in for the $200 new patient scale and clean, and Dr. Mariz was absolute perfection. I felt completely comfortable throughout my visit — my concerns were heard, understood, and addressed with care. I was kept informed at all times and never once felt unsure about what was happening. I couldn’t recommend this dental practice enough! Since my first visit, I’ve returned for five fillings, and Dr. Mariz has also done my husband’s scale and clean. If I could give 100 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this practice— from the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by the lovely staff and made feel comfortable, easing any anxiety! It is very modern and beautifully designed, which is a nice bonus. Both of my children have seen two different Dentists at JJ Smiles and each time they left happy, proud of themselves and commenting on how nice and kind the Dentist and staff were. Before their first visit they were nervous, but Dr Santosh was really great at making it an exciting experience, which helped them soothe. Both kids now look forward to their 6-monthly check-ups here! I now attend for myself too and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: These guys are great - from the dentists, dental assistants and reception staff. Very caring especially if you're anxious around dentists/needles. They explain everything they are doing and provide options. I've seen both the female dentist in the past and the male dentist (Dr Santosh) - would highly recommend both.

I’ve got 4 kids so booking appointments can be overwhelming at times. Fantastic experience: Excellent service. During my holidays in Goldcoast, I had an emergency with my tooth. I was near to JJ smiles clinic and went into the clinic. The clinic was very understanding and accommodating. The receptionist was so understanding and asked me to wait for sometime and spoke to the doctor. The Doctor Dr. Santosh was very kind to accommodate me on an urgent basis between appointments to see me and give me a temporary solution to suffice the pain. Then requested me to wait for sometime as he had to see other patients with appointments. Then Dr.Santosh got me in and helped me with what was needed. He did a phenomenal job. I am so impressed and have no words to express my gratitude for resolving my emergency tooth issue. Good luck to the team at JJ smiles and I will recommend everyone living in Goldcoast to visit this dental care and the services provided by Dr.Santosh and his team.

Fantastic experience: I chose this dentist randomly on google maps and quite honestly I hit Gold From Ashley at front desk to the main dentist himself there is nothing but kindness, caring and reassurance. I had an implant done here and I was so nervous I’ve been putting it off for well over a year. Now I know what I know I can only say you won’t go wrong here. Painless and understanding with any questions answered without hesitation. Constantly checking on me to see how I am which makes me feel at ease that I made the right choice.
