Fantastic experience: I literally travel from FNQ to have my check-ups and see family. Win win. I had a very traumatic experience with not 1 but 2 dentist. Stumbled upon Dr Stephanie and the Practice 18 months ago. Not only did she rectify the issue, but advised me on appropriate treatment in such a kind and lovely manner. Both Dr Stephanie and Chrissy fabulous

Fantastic experience: Sam Zukerman has been my dentist for over 19years. I would not go anywhere else. He and his staff are honest, polite, reassuring, reliable and efficient. Sam is a wonderful dentist, highly skilled with a great team. Over the years I’ve had root canals, fillings and crown - all procedures have been done exceptionally well with no issue afterwards. I cannot recommend highly enough.

His rooms are spotlessly presented and his service extremely impressive. Last Friday evening I required emergency dental treatment. I thought Sam worked on Weekends so sent a text to his rooms. Sam went out of his way to see me on Sunday. and rectified the problem in 15 minutes. I was incredibly grateful.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Zukerman for my painful jaw and tension headaches. I thought it was through grinding! Very quickly Dr Zukerman discovered there was a bite interference and he very simply adjusted these teeth. The immediate improvement was amazing and it loosened my bite. Fantastic experience: Chipped my tooth this (Saturday) morning and called Sam to see if he could fix my tooth before Tuesday. Given it was a long weekend and the surgery was closed, I was very happy when Sam called me back within (literally) 30 seconds, and arranged to see me at 3:00pm. Was home with a new perfect looking cap on my tooth within 30 minutes... Now that's what I call exceptional service with a smile from Smile Designs!

Fantastic experience: Sam would undoubtedly be one of the best dentists in Melbourne. He is very good at what he does as well as being extremely accomodating and loyal to his clients. He has opened up his practice on the weekend a number of times just for me because I couldn't come during the week even though he typically does not work on the weekend. He will go above and beyond for this clients.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Dr Sam for the past 20 odd years -my adult daughter recently moved to Sydney and needed to see Dr Sam . As she only comes down to Melbourne on the weekend Dr Sam was so accommodating and opened up the surgery on a Saturday afternoon to fit in with her . She has another follow up appoitment and again this will be on Saturday . Dr Sam is a very caring dentist with a "firm" yet gentle hand . Fantastic experience: Ive been going to Dr Sam now (on and off) for the past 10 years. Found him when in armadale and even though I have moved suburbs several times its always a pleasure to go back there. Service is brilliant, all round. I have tried several local dentists and always make the decision to drive back to Dr Sam and Leonie (now a 45 min drive) due to the fact that I know im getting the best advice and care. Recommend anyone (in fact my whole family goes here now) to Dr Sam and the team. P.S Ive gone in in a tracksuit or suit and get the same unbiased friendly treatment every time!

Negative experience: Disgustingly money orientated made me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. i went iN a track suit as it was my day off work and i felt judged by dr Sam Z all he did was open my mouth spin a little mirror around ( didnt even touch my teeth) done an xray and charged me $176. told me they would contact me with a price of further treatment. guess what they never even called!!! They probably thought i couldnt afford it! BY FAR THE WORST PLACE EVER AND SUCH A RIP OFF!!!

Fantastic experience: Friendly little clinic with all very modern equipment and quite reasonable rates. Got a booking quite easily and follow up booking for extraction within a few weeks. Highly recommended! Best dentist I've been to :-)

Fantastic experience: I originally chose to go and see the Smile Designs team because its (conveniently!) close to where I work. However, the reason I've been going back for 4 years now is because I think the friendliness, service and quality is absolutely superb. I've recommended it to the guys at work and there are now 3 of us who go. Hope this helps anyone looking for a great new dentist!

Fantastic experience: the bridge that was fitted to the front teeth was fantastic, the colour match was perfect! You would never know that it was not my own teeth. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Told them in my contact message that i needed an extraction. Went down there for 180 dollar xrays to look at a tooth that is clearly snapped in half, only to be told they dont do extractions here, i would need to see someone in their other office... tomorrow or in a months time. Went to K1 dental and had two teeth out in 20mins. K1 has great service and can read.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but praise for Smile Designs, my dentist for the past ten years. Most recently Sam and Leonie fitted my mouth with a quite complex bridge to cover two missing teeth. Not only did they install the bridge, but they did it so that the alignment of my teeth improved significantly. Now my mouth is complete and looks perfect. It is a great comfort to know that both of them are always available to attend to any emergency when it arises, and to do so in a very friendly and gracious manner.
