Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Mona Vale Dental and Implant Centre for the past three years, and I’ve consistently received outstanding care. The clinic always seems to be ahead of the curve with its technology and innovation, and I’m often genuinely amazed by what their team can do. While it is on the pricier side compared to other practices, the experience is more than worth it as the service is exceptional, the equipment is state-of-the-art, and I always feel confident that my oral health is in the best hands.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this practice enough. Dr Chase is exceptional. Such a calm and caring manner and very gentle. My 3 visits have been very pleasant and I am no longer scared of the dentist. The admin team have also been so friendly and accommodative with fitting me in at short notice. 10/10 service!

We couldn't get in to our regular dentist when my son needed emergency dental care and the team at Mona Vale Dental fitted us in, took amazing care and were more than happy to pass on all info back to our regular Dentist. Highly recommend Alistair Graham and his team for any type of dental care. If we weren't so established with our current provider we would move the family to this practice.

I went in with a small chip on one of my front teeth, and they did such an amazing job fixing it — it looks so natural and honestly has made such a big difference to my confidence. The whole team was so lovely and made me feel really comfortable from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt in control and understood what was happening the whole time. I also really appreciated how understanding they were about me needing to bring my little one along — it made the whole appointment so much less stressful. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Alistair Graham and Mona Vale Dental for several years but last week for the first time I had cause to test their emergency service. After 4 days of pain and discomfort I presented at reception at 8.30 am and asked if there was any chance of an emergency appointment. I was met with empathy and efficiency . By 9.30 an x-ray was taken , my problem was diagnosed and I was lined up with an appointment with an oral surgeon . Impressive indeed - It doesn't come any better than that !!!

Fantastic experience: Exceptional dentists and hygienists. I recently had to have a crown replaced as a result of poor work from a previous dentist. Mona Vale Dental make their own crowns in house thereby eliminating having to wear a temporary cap whilst waiting for a new crown. Their workmanship is incredible.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chase Gatland did a root canal on a tooth that had died. I’m a nervous dental patient but Dr Chase has a lovely, gentle, calm manner that helped a lot! He did a great job and managed to bleach my tooth back to a perfect match with my other teeth. Really happy with the service and outcome. My kids see Dr Chase Gatland too. They think he’s great. In the words of my youngest, ‘I like Dr Chase because he’s really kind.’

They did a very detailed clean, highly knowledgeable, and experienced, offered good care advice for your teeth with added goody bag to take home, which 8 thought was a nice touch. And I feel they are the first dentist I've been to, after a long time that genuinely care about the patient, and their concerns for their teeth. Very happy with my experience, highly recommend.

Previously this has not been a good experience for me so I was interested to be advised that one booking covered the work on my tooth and the crown in one visit. Dr Graham is very kind and very efficient. With his team and state of the art equipment I was done in around two hours. I didn’t experience pain and it took no longer than a hair dresser’s appointment! I just regret that I didn’t find this practice earlier. I had stayed with my dentist out of loyalty but I am so pleased that I met Dr Alistair Graham and his team. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: six months ago I was advised that I needed major dental surgery. I needed to have two bone graphs and new implants on my front teeth . I was very nervous not knowing a surgeon to go and to feel i could trust with doing my surgery. However luckily for me I was referred to Dr Alister Graham. From my initial consultation through to my surgery I was totally at ease with his calm caring attitude to his exceptional surgery expertise. Fantastic experience: Person on the phone was very friendly and helpful on the phone. She went away to see if the dentist could squeeze me in that day. He couldn't, but she phoned me with a cancellation the next day. When I went in the receptionist was also friendly and helpful. The dentist and assistant too. The dentist answered all my questions. All round good experience, as so often one can get spoken dismissively to; not so here.

Fantastic experience: I did not want implants. I had a set of dentures that came out every evening, looked OK, could sort of chew and were sort of comfortable. However my partner had other ideas and said " you look scary when you take them out at night " So that is how I met Mona Vale Dental, Dr. Alistair Graham, Lisa and the fantastic team that work there. Even before I said I would have implants, I was nervous about the whole things as I'm not as young as I was, the expense and discomfort, the team swung into action taking photos' and spending some time explaining what will happen and when and asking how I wanted the new look. Nothing goes as planned and just after work began, Covid hit . Well this is when the Professionalism of this team showed what it was made off. They went out their way to fit me in, chase down slow supplies and and constantly kept me informed through this difficult time of lockdowns. The end result was worth all the time and effort, I don't sneeze my teeth out any more, I can eat steak and raw carrots and my partner thinks I should take up modelling. Thanks all of you.

Fantastic experience: As a very anxious dental patient , I was recommended Mona Vale Dental by a very dear friend. I rang her one day in tears over having broken a tooth. I was reassured and seen that very day by Chase. He was so calm and patient with my worry and anxiety over the procedure needed. I was book it the next week to have a crown put on. Having being my first experience with getting a crown I was so relaxed the whole time ! I almost fell asleep! I have been since for cleans and check ups and couldn’t rate this practise higher. A clean and calm space with beautiful, friendly staff who take time to make their patients feel totally at ease ! 10/10 stars from me ✨
