Negative experience: I had an excellent experience with Dr. Xavier and Rose, who took great care of me and managed my dental anxiety exceptionally well. Their communication was clear, and they made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Rose, in particular, was outstanding in her care, ensuring I was comfortable and pain-free at all times. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking compassionate and professional dental care. Sadly, Dr. Xavier is no longer at the clinic. I returned to DNTL last month and, unfortunately, had a completely opposite experience. I felt very uncomfortable, and it was no longer a pain-free visit. The dentist was extremely rough, and when I mentioned that I have very sensitive gums, the only response I received was that I should take Valium and relax. As a result, I’ve found another dentist in town—someone who is a resident practitioner rather than seasonal, and who genuinely cares about their patients.

The receptionist (Pipper) was extremely helpful and booked me in for the next day!! Denist Victoria was amazing, extremely friend and professional. Fantastic experience: I had lower back tooth that was suddenly realy hurting over a few days. Rang on Thursday from 280kms away and Monday morning 9.10am was sitting in the chair being worked on by the very capable Dr Victoria Liu. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Well 2 days gone by and all going to plan, carnt recommend DNTL Code enough for a great job .... well done.

Fantastic experience: I came in with a bleeding issue in my mouth and, being a foreigner, it’s always a bit stressful to get dental treatment outside your home country. But I was genuinely impressed with how professional and caring the entire team was. They did a full cleaning and took care of everything with great attention to detail. Fantastic experience: Secured an appointment within 24hours following a fortnight of ongoing toothache, and had a wisdom tooth extracted within 40mins into the review! After a number of years intermittently attending dentist appointments with the same presentation, I was often informed that subsequent appointments would have to be made to explore further intervention, or told by others that nothing need be done. On reflection it has been odd to experience to almost accept the recurrent dull ache as normal for such a long time! Broome is so very fortunate to have DNTL Code! Dr Steph was utterly proactive, informative and straight to the point, in other words - perfect! I cannot understate the degree of professionalism and expertise provided. Additionally her team were all polite, caring and efficient. The pain I was experiencing has completely resolved post extraction, I didn't even require any analgesia in the days following the procedure. Cured finally! Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the service I received from DNTL Code. My crown (installed by a dentist in my home town of Sydney) disintegrated while I was holidaying in WA. A call to DNTL Code got me an appointment for the first time (only a couple of days) that I was in Broome. A second appointment for the couple of days I returned to Broome had the permanent crown installed - and this fitted perfectly. Providing a friendly and efficient service, I am very happy to recommend DNTL Code.

Negative experience: In my opinion I was overcharged for the work performed. To me it appeared chargeable items were inappropriately included. The replacement of the crown fell off the same day

Dr Anna seen my daughter Millie for an emergency appointment and subsequently found she had enlarged tonsils that could potentially provide answers for us that we’ve been looking for. Fantastic experience: My husband rang after losing a filling to see if he could get an emergency appointment. They were able to squeeze him in that day. Unfortunately it was more than just a lost filling - the tooth had split and needed to be removed. He was full of praise for Doctor Anna and her gentle treatment even though the extraction proved to be quite difficult. He joked "At least she didn't need to put her foot on my chest for extra leverage." They were concerned that there was a strong likelihood of developing a dry socket, but whatever steps they took, they prevented that from happening. Great service particularly since we were only travelling through Broome on holiday.

Fantastic experience: I just had an appointment with Xavier and he is the most gentle dentist I've ever had. Xavier explained what he was doing, and he was thorough and efficient. Normally I'm quite nervous in the chair, but for the first time in my life I felt completely relaxed. 10 out of 10 DNTL Code for employing Xavier.

Fantastic experience: First time at the dentist in a few years and dr Anna did a great job explaining what I need done. My clean was comfy too and not sensitive, my teeth looked whiter after aswell . My 5 yo daughter saw dr xavier and she was really excited once dr Xavier was patient and helped her feel comfortable at her first dentist appt. She got some toys and colouring ins which she loved.

Positive experience: Don't like seeing a different dentist every time I visit and having to explain why I don't want particular things done. Paid a fair amount to have some teeth splinted and are broken again (as with previous visit) within 48 hours. Staff are professional and friendly

Negative experience: Got a dodgy filling that didn’t seal properly, had to get it redone somewhere else

Fantastic experience: Obsessed! I've now had 2 hydrofacials, micro needling, peel, and led light treatment over the past few months. I cannot recommend dntl code enough. They are extremely professional and friendly. Most importantly the treatments are fantastic. I've gotten more comments from friends over the past few months regarding my skin than I can count...that's not a coincidence!

Fantastic experience: As a visitor to Broome and ringing DNTL at the last minute hoping for an appointment because of my tooth issue, I found the staff accommodating and so willing to fit me in. At the place itself we arrived early and were well greeted and allowed to wait the time until our appointment. Both Kayla and the dentist, Brook, who looked after me were terrific. The office of DNTL has a pleasant feel to it, and the pleasant staff, makes one feel at ease. The service I got was excellent in all respects.

Fantastic experience: I needed a root canal treatment and this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Professional, relaxed and very competent. Dr Mulcahy and her staff were able to answer all my questions, and provide pain free treatment. If I could use this practice as my regular dental practice I would. Unfortunately I’m travelling and home is a long way off, but I’ll be back for follow up in a months time.

Fantastic experience: My husband required urgent dental assistance during our 3month camping trip from Brisbane. We phoned the clinic and immediately received helpful assistance by placing us on a waitlist as they were fully booked. We were delighted when they phoned to say they could accommodate Craig the next day. We drove over 100km and received a great welcome and professional service from both the dentist and all support staff. We would thoroughly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: March 18 on my birthday I had a scale and clean done by Cassie? I hope I got that correct! I’m one of those people who absolutely dread going to the dentist 32yrs old and I can finally say that my dentist appointment for the very first time was lovely haha The procedure was almost 95% painless and Cassie was super lovely and very attentive! I have another appointment booked again in the next 5 weeks and for once I’m actually looking forward to it LOL!!

Fantastic experience: When I unexpectedly was dealing with an impacted wisdom tooth while in Broome for work I was a little concerned about finding a dentist to deal with it. Luckily a colleague recommended Broome Dental Clinic. I contacted them and, despite their busy schedule, they managed to fit me in the same day for x-rays and I was in the chair the next day for an extraction. All the staff were friendly and professional from start to finish and Dr Mulcahy was super efficient in getting the teeth out and fixing the problem. 100% recommended.
