Negative experience: I’m usually not one to make complaints but I have to say this! I have had perfect straight teeth my whole life since being at this clinic I now have a chipped front tooth, continuous pain in my gums and over $1000 dollars spent… each time I’ve gone here it seems there assistance have absolutely no idea what’s going on. They always seem lost which put concern in myself… I’m sorry but I will never come back here again. I can’t afford you guys chipping more of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I spent 15 years avoiding the dentist after lots of childhood trauma around my teeth and some bad experiences at the dentist in the past. Shame and fear made me unable to get the courage up to even search for a practice, but thankfully my partner found New Age Dental. Other than the great reviews, the big thing that made me so okay to visit them was the fact they offered Sleep Dentistry, meaning I could get the extensive work I needed completed in one sitting, without even being awake for it! I booked in for a check-up and initial consultation in December 2023 to see Dr Gunjan Bangia. By March, I'd had my sleep dentistry procedure completed and my teeth were all healthy for the first time in almost two decades. And now I even have orthodontic braces from a practice recommended by New Age Dental. Thanks to Dr Bangia, I'm on track to finally be happy with my smile, something I didn't know if I could ever achieve. Alongside the vast services they offer, the team here really put patients and their comfort first, going over and above to explain what they are doing and why. They never made me feel bad for the state my teeth were in when I arrived - instead focusing on getting my mouth to a good place and setting me up for a lifetime of proper oral care. I'd recommend New Age Dental to anyone, especially if you suffer from dental anxiety. Stop putting it off and book in - you won't regret it. :)

Fantastic experience: I have been well looked after by Dr Harrison Fu for my sleep apnea. He has fitted me with a MAS (mandibular advancement splint). It has been a long process because of problems with my jaw but Harrison hasn't given up. He has gone above and beyond to get me a fitting device when I was ready to give up. He is not in his profession for the money but for a genuine desire to help. He is a very well mannered, cheerful, caring, generous and all together lovely person. I highly recommend seeing him at New Age Dental.

Fantastic experience: FANTASTIC DENTAL TEAM! I cannot recommend and speak highly enough of Dr. Gunjan and Dr. Helen. Their level of care and expertise is unlike any I have every seen before. They have done wonders in the treatment of my daughter's dental problem. We drive all the way from the south eastern suburbs to Bundoora, because the dental care at this clinic is so good. Negative experience: Was disappointed in my experience. Although the dentist discussed treatment options with me and seemed very knowledgeable, I had to pay $100 just to speak with her. There was no treatment, examination or work done at all. $100 for a conversation seems a bit much!!!
