Fantastic experience: I’ve always dreaded the dentist, but this clinic completely changed my mind! The waiting area was cozy, the receptionist super friendly, and my gentle female dentist made the whole experience comfortable! It even with a TV on the ceiling to help me relax. She gave me great tips, used a high tech camera to show before and after shots of my teeth, and I left feeling so good that I booked my next appointment straight away. Plus, there’s free parking and it’s easy to find on the main road. For the first time ever, I’m actually looking forward to my next visit!

Fantastic experience: Syndal dentistry is a clinic I'd recommend to anyone and everyone! It's always immaculate and the reception staff are so friendly. My Dentist Dr Shaun is the real MVP of teeth! My teeth were very crooked and involved complex manoeuvres of the molars/pre molars and Dr Shaun achieved a straight smile for me as promised in less then 2 years! Thanks to him people have complimented my teeth for the first time in my life! So grateful. It was also very reasonably priced compared to other invisalign providers. Dr Michelle also performed masseter botox for me at a very reasonable price and exceptional technique, very pleased with the result!

Negative experience: I am writing on behalf of a disabled family member who was deeply disappointed with Dr. Michelle's bedside manner. Despite being the first patient of the day, she ran behind schedule. During the appointment, when my family member informed her of their visceral hypersensitivity and requested numbing gel for the cleaning, Dr. Michelle appeared reluctant and seemed concerned that this would slow her down. The entire experience was disappointingly subpar, lacking any explanation regarding post-procedure care. The patient often felt compelled to ask for information, as none was offered voluntarily. These were legitimate inquiries that anyone in their position would naturally consider, such as, "How long after the cleaning can I eat or drink?" and "What is the brushing procedure like on the night of the cleaning?" Overall, Dr Nguyen's demeanor was quite flat, with no smiles or warmth. The assistant contributed little to the interaction, speaking only a word or two throughout the entire procedure. The standout positive was the receptionist, who was both gentle and considerate, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Stoked with my experience and will be back! Also if anyone has dentist anxiety, theres a TV on the ceiling so you can be distracted with shows they have on, which i think is a great touch :)

Negative experience: Very bad experience. They cancelled my appointment half hour before i arrived, But i am on the way, i am driving, i didn't see it. After i come toldme about half hour waiting or reschedule. But i ask day off for the appointment. And had something to do later. I asked "about half hour" means longer or shorter. She changed to "maybe 45mins". So sad. Very bad experience.

I am a 62 year old man. 20 years ago I suffered a significant facial injury, which required a number of major maxillofacial operations to both save my life and to heal my broken face. Since then, I have shunned the dentist because my face is overly sensitive to touch. So my avoidance wasn't just out of fear, it was both physical as well as mental. But, teeth require regular check-ups, and mine were in great need, so I Googled 'Dentist near me', and discovered Syndal Dentistry. I used the effective online booking system, and locked in an appointment. That's when I met Dr. Shaun Wang, and he changed my world of pain and fear into a relaxed and totally rewarding experience. Shaun is a brilliant dentist, a vibrant blend of youth and experience. A complete professional, Shaun is both caring and competent. His skills as a dental practitioner are exemplary, and his use of the latest techniques and technology stand him at the cutting edge of modern dentistry (the facilities at Syndal Dentistry are amazing, everything is brand new and contemporary). Not only is Shaun a fantastic dentist, he is also a clever organiser. Shaun calculated the total cost of my treatment, and spaced it out so that I could maximise the rebate from my health fund. Now that's what I call customer service. I no longer fear going to the dentist, I simply go to Syndal Dentistry and Shaun looks after me. He can do the same for you too, so I recommend you book an appointment before the word gets around and he gets booked out.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful clinic and such friendly professional staff! Came in for a clean and to get a mouth guard molded for the argee-bargee I sometimes find myself in when playing basketball. The whole appointment was really fast, professional, and informative. Shaun took me through the whole process from A to Z like a bird feeding their young. I should add that by "fast" I do NOT mean rushed but rather something more akin to the old sniper's adage "Slow is smooth, smooth is fast". Highly recommend!

My mum is usually anxious when going to see the dentist, but once meeting the dentist she was put at ease.
