Fantastic experience: I have visited this clinic for 50 years. YES 50 Every dentist that has treated me has been excellent in maintaining my dental requirements. My current dentist, Belinda, is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. 5 stars from me. I had another visit to Collins St Dental. I had the pleasure of Belinda attending to my dental needs. After the work was done she showed me photos of how the two teeth looked before the new fillings and what they look like now. I was pleasantly surprised. They look and feel great. I cannot speak highly enough of Belinda's high level of skill. Also I must mention what a friendly environment it is to visit. All of the other staff members are so pleasant and competent. 5 stars from me again. Once again another productive visit to the very skilled dentist Belinda. My dental maintenance programme has now been completed. I honestly feel like my teeth are in the best condition I can ever remember. Now it is just a 6 monthly check up. Thankyou to Belinda and all the friendly and talented staff at Collins St Dental. 5 stars truly warranted. Les Dowell My sixth monthly checkup. Hilary, my Dental hygienist checked and rated every tooth before Belinda my dentist, examined my teeth. Once again she performed the work required to ensure my teeth are in the best condition possible. I am really lucky to see Belinda and the other staff at Collins St Dental. Negative experience: I have been trying now 3 times to get anyone to call me back but they have failed. I can't be bothered calling a 4th time. Seems to be really poor customer service which is sad since I been going here a few years.. Need to do better!

Every process is explained in detail and performed with empathy and proficiency. Can’t say it’s fun going to the dentist, but this visit was pretty close.

Positive experience: Loved the practise. Chris was personable, professional and very friendly. He was thorough with my treatment and handed over well to my hygienist. Reception lady was also welcoming and friendly. My hygienist though gave me a bit of a fright.. I will say that was the toughest and most scary dental clean I’ve ever had. I had a mouthful of blood every time I had to spit and she literally cleaned blood off my face from the splatter… I can’t say it was the best experience I’ve had and I feel a little traumatised. Not sure I want a clean ever again.

My concerns were really taken seriously and some considerable juggling of times of appointments happened so that my treatment could be fitted in around my commitments. Fantastic experience: Always busy and get anything you want. If you feel like a salad roll, or just ham and Cheese sandwich this is pla e to go. So busy that there are quies waiting to get their order. Staff are efficient and helpful. Fresh products. While you're their, ask them what sandwich you want to and what fillings you want and prices are great.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience. Very expensive. Had 3 fillings. All were done incorrectly with decay left under the filling. The teeth broke within a few months and had to be repaired again. Will never ever go back. Beware.

Negative experience: Have changed their business model to Paris end. Golden water cooler says it all. Unresponsive admin. Inflated charging for that bespoke dental experience you really don’t need.

Fantastic experience: I needed to find a dentist in Kiama and a friend recommended Collins Street Dental. I found the young staff very friendly and professional. I also liked that the dentist took photos which showed clearly where the problems lay. I also liked that I got a print out of the full costing for each procedure and that it was up to me to decide whether or not to go ahead. I was also offered options as to what could be done. I never felt pressured and the dentist and dental nurse were very considerate, always asking if everything was ok while the procedures were taking place.It's also good that the practice is situated away from the main traffic area and parking isn't a problem. I would highly recommend Collins Street dental.
