Fantastic experience: A visit to the dentist is not everyone's cup of tea but Dr Ahmad and team makes you feel at ease. From the start till the end, they look after you and make sure you are fine. Very friendly ladies at the receptionist as well!

Fantastic experience: Great local dentist!

Negative experience: Took my mum in and she came out in severe pain. The dentist rushed the job with no care for the fact that the numbing stuff was not working and my mum could feel every single slice and drill. Even after expressing she was in pain the dentist did nothing about it. Not worth the money!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Arnika here for many years and she is very caring and thorough. The customer service at reception is always exceptional and very helpful and always feel like the surgery itself is set up well. Never have to wait for my appointment as they run on time. Love my dental experiences!

Fantastic experience: This dentist makes going to the dentist, very easy. The staff are really wonderful. I have had many teeth taken out and now have Dentures. I couldn't have found to experience, any easier, or less painfull. I recommend them to everyone

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend that anyone who needs dental care goes here, there is no care. I went in about 2 months ago with wisdom tooth pain, the dentist told me I needed to get them out, and she wanted to see the X-rays from my last dentist so she could give me a referral. 2 weeks later, hadn’t heard anything, I followed up and they told me there was an error (this was never communicated with me). I called my old dentist and they confirmed they had sent the records, called primary dental again and they said they got them and would call me back. 2 weeks later, nothing, so I call again. Over the past 2 weeks I’ve called 4 times, each time with a promise of a call back and received nothing, yesterday they promised they would send the referral straight after the call. It’s been a waste of time and money because now I’m going to have to go somewhere else and I’ve been in pain this whole time.

Negative experience: I paid for a clean and teeth were not cleaned at all. Visible stains are still all over them.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to receptionist for awesome customer service. And big thank you to Dr Parisa & P.A for making my dental experience comfortable. It’s been about 14 years since my last visit so when she recommended a deep clean I didn’t hesitate. Intitally it was sore after the procedure but 2 days on my teeth feel amazing, gums healed & I can’t wait to come back in again in 6 months. Thank you team

Negative experience: I arrived on time for my dental appointment today, only to be told by the receptionist that their booking system (HotDoc) had made a mistake and my appointment was not recorded on their end. i had taken time of work for this.

Negative experience: In there for less than 5 minutes. Wanted to know more about my wisdom teeth. Tells me not to come back until I get them all removed, with no reasoning or explanation. Paid $55 for no work and 5 minutes of his time. What a joke.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!! Dr Parisa took care of my mother’s tooth that was giving her grief for days. She was kind and gentle and was very lovely. It was also incredibly helpful that they had a Vietnamese dental assistant as my mother does not speak English very well. We also love Linda the receptionist there who is always so sweet and fun to talk to when we see her. Always so helpful and goes above and beyond to get things done for us. Also, their online booking system makes it nice and easy to make appointments and to choose your dentist. Thank you Oxley team!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for years. The entire staff are pleasant. The dentists are friendly and accommodating especially since getting dental check ups can be a bit scary. Nevertheless, they’re incredible and now I actually get excited to get my teeth checked! I recommend this clinic to all my friends and family purely based on the food experiences I have.

Negative experience: I went for an extraction and x-ray only. They charged me $65-00 for an examination I specifically asked them not to do. $360-00 for less than 10 minutes work.

Fantastic experience: I came there for wisdom tooth extraction ,I searched from Google and my one friend said that ,s very painful procedure so I was nervous when dr arnika performed procedure she did very well my tooth was outside but I still thought procedure is pending .so I couldn't feel any pain .next time if anyone ask me for dental care definitely I recommend primary dental care and Dr arnika .all the staff are really good there ,communicate very well main thing prices are reasonable .I am so happy with services .

Fantastic experience: I've had 6 tooth extractions and denture impressions over 3 appointments with Dr Mayat to date. Both Dr Mayat and assistants at clinic are very professional with warm and caring personality and approachable attitude. They make ones visit very comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend Dr Mayat and staff to everyone requiring dental treatment.

Negative experience: I will never go there again. They removed the wrong tooth. She held the drill on the good tooth until i could start smelling burt flesh trying to make a hile it it. I had to go to a different dentist because she couldn't find the right tooth she though thought she'd make one. I wrote a letter to them and they didn't listen to me, the sent me some letter saying she wouldn't do that but she did.

Fantastic experience: Dr Aarnika was amazing! I’ve had a severe fear of going to the dentist ever since school dental vans but from the moment I checked in for my appointment, the girls there reassured me that everything would be fine! They clearly communicated with me what was going to happen and created an environment that was safe for me to ask questions and speak up if I needed to. Highly, highly recommend! :)

Fantastic experience: My son and I have both been to this dental practice multiple times and I am very pleased with the customer service and also the treatments. The reception staff and dental assistants were very helpful and professional and the dentists were great and very knowledgeable. My son isn't the easiest of dental patients as he suffers from anxiety but all the staff were very positive and my son enjoyed his experience. I would recommend this place to my friends and family!

Negative experience: Our son went for a checkup and clean.. $310 later...which included $118 for a bit of floss.. in and out in just over 10 minutes which is good i suppose however his teeth were not cleaned thoughrally.. too rushed.. go elsewhere..

Fantastic experience: Dr Vishal Patel & Dental Coordinator Siann, extremely helpful, professional and caring when I had a wisdom tooth removed. Very quick and ensured it was painless. Highly recommended for anyone who is fearful of the dentist. Clean and well organised surgery.

Fantastic experience: Dr Aarnika is absolutley amazingly! I went for a full comprehensive oral examination. She peovided me with a treatment plan and explained everything to me in plain mans terms. She was gentle and always made me feel comfortable. I'm sorry I didn't get the receptionist name. But she also was absolutely amazing friendly and easy to talk to. She called me up to confirm my appointment and asked the right questions to find out what I wanted. She informed me of the package deal going at the time (which she did not have too). I arrived at the practice a little late but they were all very happy and understanding. After my appointment the lovely receptionist discussed my payment options and happy to have a chat about "afterpay" and just a lovely bunch in general! I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to EVERYONE and ANYONE who wants to be taken care of and made feel comfortably especially if you get anxiety about visiting the dentist! And thank you both for EVERYTHING and the lovely dental assistant

Fantastic experience: Just had a tooth removed by Dr Patel & I didn't feel a thing. Highly recommended dentist. This centre is appointment based & I didn't have to wait long, i was seen on time as booked.
