Negative experience: The worst dentist I’ve ever met, Gisely. She’s rude, very impatient & unprofessional. She had a very heavy hands, I was in extreme pain & yelled at me. Definitely NOT recommended to go to this clinic.

Negative experience: Do NOT attend Tooth Booth Chermside!! I paid $5K for my clear aligners in full prior to treatment and have since needed braces but now Tooth Booth have said they cannot complete my treatment as my Orthodontist no longer works there!! I’m stuck with braces on my teeth and nobody will complete my treatment even after complaining to Management!! I’m appalled to say the least. Don’t waste your money here!!

Positive experience: The dentist was nice, he was very friendly and informative throughout my teeth whitening experience. However I wasn’t fully warned about the pain and sensitivity I would experience in the 12 hours after treatment. I am still thrilled with my white teeth though, and despite the zingers still think the process was worth it. I’ll be preparing better next time I get this done!

Jessica was extremely kind and patient. Dr. Yani and his nurse, Nelly, were both pleasant and gentle with my teeth. Really happy with their care! Would highly recommend! ♥️

Negative experience: Just had a consult. Lovely receptionist but orthodontist was so rude. Should’ve walked out in the first two minutes, but I stayed and listened and walked 5 minutes later. Worst experience ever, will be going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth I needed gone, and got an appointment promptly. The tooth was quite strong but luckily the dentist I saw was a large and strong man who not only managed to pull the tooth out without breaking it, he also was very patient. Staff at reception are friendly and service is well priced and no nonsense. Best dentist I've seen since I've been here.

Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give them ZERO stars I would! I canceled my membership A MONTH in advanced and got a confirmation that this was being sorted out. It’s now been 3 MONTHS and I’m still getting charged weekly. I have followed up over email and they barely respond. When I give them a call they say and promise they will sort it out but weeks later I’m still getting charged and I am receiving NO RESPONSES. Horrible!!! I’ve given them so many chances to sort this out privately but it’s just getting ridiculous. I hope you finally see this and finally pay attention and give me my money back!

I have always been a nervous patient but Dr Giselle is AMAZING and I know have no fear getting dental work done, I recommend her to everyone. At my recent appt to get my wisdom teeth removed she was so kind and very gentle and genuinely cares about her patients comfort and well being after the surgery. Fantastic experience: My partner and I came in for a check up and clean. Would highly recommend seeing a dentist here! I was initially nervous about seeing a new dentist, however Dr Chloe Lee was fantastic! She made me feel very comfortable and completed a thorough examination. I was super impressed with the holistic approach she took, and the level of detail she provided! She really took the time to go through x-rays and provide recommendations. Fantastic experience: The best dentist I’ve ever had! I’ve moved around for work quite a bit and have never found a more comfortable, honest and reliable dental practice like this one! Dr Gisely - she’s one of a kind! I’ve had to have a lot of work done and each time had been amazing, she’s funny and very approachable which i think is vital because you want to be able to trust your dentist is doing what’s best for you and funny because it can be very daunting and scary going to a dentist but Dr Gisely makes me laugh and I just sit there and trust her work 100% ☺️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

Negative experience: A couple of weeks ago when i presented with strong tooth pain, I was expecting to have a thorough examination where my tooth in question was looked at to see what it needed diagnostically. Instead a filling was rushed and then i had to come back a week later to have it taken off and refit. The pain in my tooth did not leave and in fact got worse. I have now since learnt that what i really needed was a root canal. I understand that sometimes you have to begin treating something with a tentative approach before you go in all gung ho! But I would have appreciated the dentist taking more time to test my sensitivity and how agitated my tooth nerve root was. Another dentist identified what i needed straight away. Having gone through this expensive, time consuming and painful process, I'm sad to say I won't be coming back. I felt rushed!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share a great 1st experience with Tooth Booth Dentists. From the online booking system, booking confirmation, the location, and Dr Gisselle thorough explanation and education of my dental status, it was a thoroughly professional and authentic experience. I have only recently moved to Chermside, so it is comforting to find a Dentist that I a can attain continuity with.

Fantastic experience: Excellent as always. Dr Eden is fantastic. I needed some Vaneers to cover damaged teeth and extremely happy with results over my two visits my vaneers are natural looking and the colour I wanted. I am a very nervous patient but staff always supportive and helpful. Highly recommended. Sorry I think this has deleted a previous review I did! But that review was also 5 star & excellent service.

Negative experience: I spent over $1500 only to have more problems than I had before I went to the clinic and having to pay more than triple the amount to get it fixed elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.

Negative experience: Not recommending at all. Not really skilled I think. Did filling and it only lasted few months and I have to do it again now with full fee because they only give 3month warranty. I have had fillings from other dentists and they last for years. I am not going to pay that money only for the next few months again.

Fantastic experience: Love Tooth Booth Chermside. Service is always fantastic and staff are great. Mandy in particular is always so genuinely warm , friendly and welcoming - she really knows the meaning of true customer service which can be extremely rare to find these days.

Fantastic experience: I had my first consult today with Dr Ann and I must say I'm very impressed! She took time to talk to me about any concerns I had with my teeth and explained what she was doing throughout. She gave some really good advice regarding my treatment plan with options. The reception staff were very welcoming and most certainly know the meaning of good customer service well. They talked me through payment options and were not pushy at all. I have booked my course of treatments and will be taking my girls there too. I highly recommend this dental practice and thank them for their superior service.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ann was very respectful and conscientiousness, I felt as though I was in good hands during the entire procedure. She really took the time to thoroughly explain findings from my oral assessment and the reason for the treatments. Highly recommended dentist. Staff were attentive and friendly overall, and really helped clarify my confusion with the payment plan options.

Negative experience: Terrible Experience! My sister visited this place three times thinking things will get better but nothing got better! She had some fillings needed to be done and had slight gum recession. So Tooth Booth started with filling of one tooth which was the most sensitive tooth. They have taken out the old filling and put a new filling again. She went there after few weeks as the sensitivity was still there but two other fillings needed to be done. So another doctor named Dr. NIKITA NEPALI did the other two fillings. This doctor was not gentle at all. She pressed so hard, rubbed around that area that my sister's mouth was sore for a week and she had trouble drinking water. The doctor noticed she was not comfortable during the procedure but she ignored. Third time my sister went for a follow up as her sensitivity heightened so much and again they didn't pay attention to gum recession. They were only concerned about doing fillings, doing extractions for molar tooth which will give them easy money. We went to consult with Dr. Alex but he said to give time as the fillings need to settle down. My sister was completely helpless at this point! He just suggested a mousse to apply on the gum as it might comfort the area which didn't do anything. They needed to make sure a patient cannot walk out of the door without paying something even if my sister went there just to consult because she wasn't happy with what was done. When she asked why is she paying for some routine x-rays on that day again, the receptionist said ' But, you still gotta pay something?'!! They usually take images after each fillings, so they had xrays which was done 2 weeks/4 weeks ago. Now for a consultation on the procedures they have done why there would be some x-rays taken again? The biggest turn off was, they didn't pay attention to the sensitivity problem and gum recession problem when my sister wasn't able to drink anything other than luke warm water!! We went to a different practice to Aspley straight after this and they took sensitivity as their first priority! The doctor there said, the first thing for gum recession, dentist needed to take measurements. I have read it in many articles as well but doctors at Tooth Booth completely ignored it! After a deep cleaning to the other practice, my sister felt better and her gum got stronger but Tooth booth didn't pay attention to any of these! There might be other satisfied clients but for us this place was a nightmare. We spent $1000 for nothing as we had to pay that to another practice again, 1 filling also got chipped in 6 months. No amount of explanation from Tooth Booth's side will be enough in this regard, sorry!

Fantastic experience: I just finished my second appointment at Tooth Booth (Chermside) today and I am overcome with Appreciation and Happiness. From the moment I entered their doors I was greeted with a smile and treated with so much respect. I felt very cared for and like my treatment there was the most important part of their day. I'd (had) a huge fear of the dentists for my entire life. I like to know what's going on in all situations and feel like I have a say in what happens to me (remembering, these guys are the professionals and WILL look after you no matter what work needs doing.) They went above and beyond. At Tooth Booth everything is explained in great detail, nothing feels rushed or like an inconvenience and for me, being a highly anxious person that admittedly hadn't been to the dentist in a VERY LONG time, I didn't feel judged or pressured in any way. Thank You so much to the Team at Tooth Booth Chermside. Feels extremely unusual saying this but I can't wait for my next check up. You guys are the best!
