Fantastic experience: I really like the Bridgewater dental clinic for many reasons but the main reason is because my dentist Sharon is very thorough and clinically very skilled. She is very caring and offers me all of the options options with clear explanations and this is very important to me. I also really liked the reception staff who are always very helpful and very cheerful.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit nervous going in, as I'd had a bad experience with my previous dentist, which led me to avoid going for quite a while. Dr. Yu Xiu and Shannon completely understood my anxiety and made me feel very comfortable. I'm really happy with the treatment I received, and I can confidently say I've found my new dentist. It definitely won’t be so long between visits!

I had never been to this particular dental practice before, & from making the appointment with the friendly receptionist, to the dental assistant, to seeing the dentist & getting work done, it was a positive, friendly & relaxing environment. Fantastic experience: Incredibly grateful to Dentist Yu Xiu! By far, the best dentist my husband and I have ever come across. Having previously worked as a dental receptionist, I was super impressed by Bridgewater Dental! The pristine gorgeous clinic, reception area, staff interaction with patients, treatments provided - level of knowledge, expertise, kindness, THOROUGHNESS - ATTENTION-TO-DETAIL (Dr Yu Xiu). Bridgewater Dental go above and beyond! My/my husband's teeth were cleaned extremely well! We were both educated about how to properly care and clean our teeth - individualised guidance. Dr Yu Xiu is a highly skilled dentist. We did unfortunately experience a few issues post-filling (1 filling each). High sensitivity lasting for weeks. However, every phone call, email and interaction with staff (including Dr Yu Xiu herself) was met with kind, caring, considerate and informative responses. Prompt action was taken - another appointment was scheduled. I was given a very good understanding of all possible causes/outcomes and treatment to address the sensitivity. I can happily say I am now sensitivity free!!! Yay!! After my second filling (to a baby tooth that has no adult tooth) - I was SO IMPRESSED THAT I JUST HAD TO post a Google review :) :) - the service provided was outstanding - my baby tooth has never looked better - it looks and feels like an adult tooth now - thank you Dr Yu Xiu for going above and beyond for my tooth - for giving it so much love and care! xx Highly recommend Dr Yu Xiu! All of the staff I have interacted with have been friendly and helpful. My dentist explained everything clearly and took me through all options without pressure. Fantastic experience: My experience was exceptional. Dr. Borrett was able to do a much deeper clean than anyone I’ve seen in the past decade, and my teeth look and feel amazing compared to any previous treatments. She was also wonderful with my 9month old, using all sorts of tips and tricks and mostly her natural warmth to engage her - so much so that she wanted to keep having her mouth suctioned! . Won’t be going anywhere else again!

Fantastic experience: Excellent experiences taking kids here for their regular check ups (however we do have to take them to the paediatric dentist for other more specialist appointments). For a place to take the family for regular check ups the team are personable and professional and great with the kids. (They even took note of the toothpaste that we liked and gave some to us on our following visit!) I think you can book online, however I would suggest calling as they seem to have more appointments available that way, in our experience they can usually book you in the following week..

Fantastic experience: Absolutely BRILLIANT practice. Staff were lovely and Dr Sharyn Borrett is one of the best dentists I have ever seen. I have been to many dentists in my adult life but this clinic will be my regular from here on in. My 5 year old had a great time attending my appointment too, the staff were very accommodating of her. It's very hard to find somewhere that ticks all the boxes, but Bridgewater Dental have definitely achieved that, and more.

All provide a gentle and caring approach balanced with realistic advice e.g. "if you don't do X then Y is likely to happen". We always have a great chat about non-dental things too, very friendly and highly competent clinic all round.
